This was my first experience with a personal injury lawyer so I wasnt sure what to expect when I first made contact. But all of that uncertainty went out of the window as soon as I spoke to them about my injury when they broke down the whole process for me. I am downright impressed with the level of how on top of everything they were and how professional everyone at the firm was. I broke my ankle back in June of 2023 and my family and I didnt know what we were going to do because I couldnt work. I was devastated. But Attorney Benjamin Roberts and Staci Huynh called me a few days before Christmas to tell me that they had good news for me. And they definitely did!! We had won our case. It was a Christmas miracle! Staci was great about explaining how the process would go and what I would need to do and I cant say enough good things about this law firm and the people who work there. I definitely recommend Attorney Benjamin Roberts for all of your personal injury needs. They fight for the little guys and really go after those intimidating insurance companies!
