Contacted Brian Roberts office after seeing reviews on google due to an unfortunate event and set up a call with him to discuss the situation. From the beginning he was very professional and reassuring about the situation. He did not allow the case to proceed without all the evidence being reviewed, and because of this he was able to talk with the DA to review and got my case dismissed. Chrissy was very responsive to calls and emails when I had questions or concerns. Overall a very stressful situation was made a little easier with Brian on the case.

Brian was Awesome. He was professional and very caring. I never had a criminal case! I was super scared and he assured me that everything would work itself out. I had so many questioned and he answered them all skillfully. I feel he really went the extra mile. He did not treat my situation as another check he treated my situation with understanding and with urgency. He got the case dismissed without delay. I was so relieved to have a clear record again. Oh and let me say he also has the BEST Assistant ever. Chrissy called, answered questioned, and returned calls swiftly. She was a big help throughout the process as well. I am so glad I went to them. The first attorney that looked over my legal matters had me believing I was wrong. With my stomach in knots full of anxiety, I contacted Brian regarding my legal matters early this year. Where do I begin? Brian is an outstanding attorney. Very diligent, professional, and caring. He was highly recommended to me for my fathers alleged criminal case, that quickly turned ugly. I called his office and left a voice message, and within minutes, received a callback from Brian himself. From beginning to end, Brian and Chrissy always kept us well informed and treated my family with respect, never making us feel judged. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Brian went above and beyond for our family and I couldnt be happier with his services. Brian takes the time to review every case detail and he will not let any detail slip through the cracks. He will defend you like you are his own family. Brian is extremely professional and you can tell how resepcted he is in the court house by his interactions with those involved in your case. I needed an attorney quick. I called Mr. Robert s office. He immediately called me back. We discussed the details and moved forward. He is great, does everything he says he ll do and may I ad that we only went to court 3 times. His office is very professional and very knowledgeable. Chrissy also took great care of me as well. After requesting a consultation regarding an assault citation. I recieved a call from this attorneys assistant letting me know they do not handle all assault charges and they definitely dont handle Class C misdemeanors so if youre not charged with a more serious crime, dont waste your time. She did give me the the phone number of another attorney though so theres that. Is three stars enough for you or would you like to use more public ridicule,to see if you can get me to give you more stars for,again, not being willing or able to provide legal counsel?

I would highly recommend Brian Roberts. He represented my family with an alleged criminal proceeding that led rightfully to a no bill decision by the Grand Jury. This was an extremely difficult and emotional time for my family and not sure how we would have gotten through it if not for Brian. Brian provided sound legal advice and thoughtful guidance on the facts of the case but also on the judicial procedural process. He did not sugar coat the situation or what we could expect. While it was at times difficult to hear his guidance and such guidance initially conflicted with what we heard from law enforcement, he prepared us in a supportive and transparent way. Ultimately, his legal advice was solid and prevailed. He completely understands the intricacies of the legal system and provided us sound legal guidance.

Brian the best defense lawyer anyone could ever ask for, professional, compassionate, understanding. I called his office and knew that he would be the lawyer i would choose. i set up a meeting at his office and he made time for me. After explaining my situation he assured me that he would do everything he could to help me. The office visit was very thorough and i was very pleased with what Brian said he could do for me. Mr. Brian and Chrissy Roberts have been a big blessings to our family, the best defense attorney I know. My son at age 17, a sophomore in high school, star football player with several college offers was looking to doing up to 20 yrs for street racing due to bodily injury, which is a 3rd degree felony. He was suspended from school and placed in an alternative school until the outcome of his case. Brian and Chrissy took the case as if they were defending one of their own children. He did not settle for just any plea. He faught for what was right, My son was inasint and that is exactly what he faught for. They kept us up with everything that was going on in the case. They were always available when needed, even after hours on their own family time. Months after, which seemed forever, Mr Brian Roberts got the case dismissed by grand jury. I dont ever write reviews because honestly I just never really cared enough to, but more importantly for privacy reasons as its one the most valuable things you have in current times. With that being said I feel that Brian and his team deserve a word of recognition. A defense attorney is a subject/need that no one is ever excited about. But as unpredictable as life can be its important that you have a trustworthy reference in an unforeseen moment of crisis. It can and will have a major impact on stress and possibly even your future. When interviewing an attorney you should always consult with more than one. Most lawyers will offer low cost or many times free consultations to assess your case and Brians consultation was completely free and he even does it with flexible times - maybe even on a Sunday. Although I may seem nonchalant here are some factors that I pay very close attention to and noticed about Brian Roberts office and their operations as anyone should when vetting an attorney: again the consultation was free, the time available was accommodating, he has an office location in Humble & Downtown Houston, the office was well kept and organized, when I spoke to Chrissy (Brians right hand) she was already briefed on the subject matter and this is extraordinarily important. Their level of professional and prompt communication did not change before or after they were hired and got payment. I have personally witnessed others being burned by their attorney that majorly pivot once they have been retained so dont just go with someone that will over promise and under deliver. Attorneys are just people well versed in the language of law and people have motivations, so dont just be sold the dream because promising or eluding to guarantying you an outcome is not only unethical but a major red flag. You need a licensed professional on your side, not a used car salesman. At the end of the day the lawyer you choose to represent you not only has to be experienced in the scope of what charge you might be accused of; but their communication pattern as well, because due diligence is nothing without negotiation skills when theyre fighting for you in court. Brian was not only an Assistant DA in Harris County previously but his and Chrissys communication is prompt and concise. Sounds like petty details but Ive interviewed many other attorneys for varying business reasons and often time there was blatant disconnect/redundancy in the flow of information within their office, and if their own operations werent streamlined and efficient how do you expect them to be a liaison for you in open court effectively. Also, when your freedom is at stake, the little subtleties and nuances all add up in to important influence as your attorney is your single biggest advocate or worst enemy in mitigating a case. Dont hire Brian because of a couple random reviews here and there or my word for that matter. Hire him and his team because youve done your due diligence and realize Brians integrity, as well as, breadth of experience is of tremendous value and trustworthy. Like I said theres no guaranties in life, especially when it comes to legal circumstances but dont you want the absolute best chances possible - Brian and Chrissy did not disappoint.

Our family never thought in a million years we would be hiring a criminal lawyer for a case, but there we were, having a meeting Mr. Roberts about a year ago. We had no idea who to reach out to, until another lawyer (who is not a criminal one) highly advised us to reach out to Mr. Roberts. She assured us, that because of the type of case we had, only the BEST would do. The case our family member had was not an easy one. As a family we had several questions and concerns. Every meeting we had with him our family came armed with questions and worst case scenarios. He was always patient with us. This whole ordeal was one of the most difficult ones our family has ever experienced. However, with Mr. Roberts constant professionalism, he always gave us answers to our questions and always stayed positive through this whole ordeal. He is exceptionally qualified in his field.
