Not the fault of the poor dude working the register. They have a very limited grab and go menu. There was nothing hot available. Nothing. So I ordered a simple pesto sandwich. Took 20 minutes. There was no pesto on it. Some mayo and a strip of basil. Maybe. Tasted more like arugula. Fries were soggy. They had no to go silverware. Poor guy before me ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a meatball sub. They waited even longer than me. In an airport with flights to catch. I think they found him a small plastic spoon to eat with. Really sooooo subpar from start to finish.

I was really looking forward to trying the fettuccine Alfredo here, while I was waiting for my next flight, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar. The addition of chicken was a letdown too, with only a few thin pieces for $6.50. For a dish thats supposed to be a classic Italian staple, I expected more. Homemade sauce and generous protein portions are bare minimums. Sadly, this version lacked both.

Buyers beware. If you get anything from here To go make sure you open the food and check it. Yesterday I ordered a to go Mediterranean spaghetti pasta for a whopping $28 (with tip and service charges). Hopped onto my flight trusting the kitchen folks to do their job but that was too much to expect from them. Hungry and tired after hopping 2 flights in the morning when I opened the to-go lunch in my flight I was shocked to see only steamed spaghetti pasta in the box! No sauce, veggies or anything in it! How is someone supposed to eat only steamed spaghetti? It was not a rush order or anything just a normal order that took close to 20-30 minutes to make. They also charge a default tip / service charge to your to go bill ! Imagine that! No service no food and still charge a default tip and charge! Beware and better yet stay away from this place. They take your money and scam you with no food!

We were in town from out of state dropping our daughter off a Hofstra. This was by far our best dining experience on Long Island. The server and staff were very accommodating to our partys many dietary requests and were attentive and friendly. The food was great, and service was fast and on point. Thank you for making our visit to New York a great one! I highly recommend!

Just visited today during a long layover. I had a not so pleasant experience initially but that was quickly turned around by the other wonderful staff. My complaint was taken to the manager who made sure to stop by my table and was very apologetic. You can tell she takes pride in her restaurants customer service experience. The salad and cake were amazing! The singing and laughs were a bonus. Maggiano s continues to be my favorite Italian restaurant!

There was no host at the host stand so we walked towards the bar where other guests were sitting only for the host to come out and shoo us out saying no money, no food . He did not acknowledge us whatsoever when we were out of the restaurant and all back at the host stand. It was incredibly rude. We ate elsewhere.

Great service. My waiter Caleb was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu selections. I chose the Mediterranean spaghetti, but w/ some minor adjustments to my liking. Thanks to my awesome waiter for providing such a great experience during my first but definitely not my last visit. Truly, everything during this last week of July 2024 visit was above satisfactory. I look forward to returning and trying the different menu items, including desserts such as the chocolate cake Ive heard so much about.

Do yourself a favor and go to a Maggianos elsewhere. The server was terrible. She forgot to put in my sons order, and he ended up eating my appetizer. Then my lasagna was cold, and the sauce seemed canned and old (like a very dark red). The server told me she needed my check because she was going home. Never offered more water or anything, and 30 minutes later, I was seen serving others. The worst part for me was that she never gave us any bread, which is my favorite part of going to this restaurant. When I spoke to the manager, she told me the bread is upon request as if everyone, including new customers, would know warm bread is an option. Her excuse was that they are a franchise and every franchise did everything differently.

It is an Italian restaurant to preferably eat on site inside the Dallas airport. Only if you have time, although they serve you quickly, you have to remember that it is inside an airport and they need to be quick. So if you have a long wait, it is a good and comfortable option. They can convert the pasta to gluten free and they serve you plenty, you can even share it. The staff is friendly

This was an example of a restaurant that just shouldnt do breakfast. Between stale coffee, mimosa taking 15 minutes, overcooked eggs and overcooked sausage on a sandwich, overcooked sausage on a platter with somehow bacon that was chewy and undercooked. Our server was nice but the terrible food overshadowed the experience. You can do way better for breakfast, Dunkin comes to mind.

A person I ate there with and I had stomach aches afterwards. Maybe not the best place to eat right before you get on a plane. Parking: This restaurant is inside the DFW airport. There is no parking by the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishment

This is a national chain restaurant and has consistent good food. It is one of the better restaurants in the DFW airport. It was not overly busy when we were there and we were seated immediately. I had spaghetti and meatball which was very flavorful, but I found the noodles slightly overcooked. My wife had a Caesar salad with salmon which she said was very good. The huge piece of chocolate cake was excellent. Service was good, but may not be a good choice if you have a quick connection. We had over 2 hours, so it was a nice place for a relaxing meal.

Seated quickly, serviced quickly - I got their Italian beer (light-ish, pilsner/amber tasted good), the Fettuccine Alfredo, added chicken but I wish Id have added bacon instead - kind of bland. Ordered bread (not complimentary), bread was good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that left me full - had leftovers for the flight. Not a whole lot on the menu for food. There were more beer/wine/cocktail items than food items.

First time trying Maggianos Little Italy and was not disappointed. I wanted something light, so I decided to get dessert and coffee. I ordered the chocolate layered cake with chocolate mousse layered in between the cake slices. Rarely do I eat dessert, but this was an amazing slice of chocolate cake. The slice of cake was moist and very tasty. The double espresso was an incredible addition to the cake. The slice of cake is big! If you decide to eat at this restaurant, start with the chocolate cake so you can finish it all. And take the main meal home. You wont go wrong ordering the cake as the main dish.

Interesting experience. This restaurant has a limited menu compared to the regular restaurants and I have a milk allergy, so before accepting a table I asked the hostess if we could find out if the meatballs had cheese in them. She informed us that she had worked at the restaurant for many years and was adamant that there wasnt any cheese or other milk products in or on the spaghetti and meatball meal. When our waitress came over to take our order I explained that I have a milk allergy so we were going to split the spaghetti and meatball dinner and wanted to add a second meatball. Our waitress immediately responded with the meatballs have parmesan cheese in them! Nice save on her part. The food was good. I had the spaghetti with a side salmon filet. Its an airport restaurant so the atmosphere wasnt great and the guy at the table next to ours was speaking loudly on the phone for most of our dinner.

The caesar salad didnt have nearly enough dressing but even worse, one or two of the bites I took tasted like the lettuce was sour. As for the four cheese ravioli, it was fine except for the cheese had an almost slimy texture to it, the same texture as raw eggs. I ended up putting the rest of both in the trash, a shame that it was about $50. I will not be returning here and advising against it.

I feel the need to review this one because of the great service I received. Mallory was my server and was amazing. If youre in Terminal C at DFW, take the time to stop in.

In between flights I wanted to get a snack and a drink, went to an open seat at the bar, but some rednecks said they were saving 3 seats. The bartender told them that was not allowed, but their facial reaction made it clear nobody was gonna win that battle. Moved on.

The service very poorly. The waiter was not attentive. Othe waiters were helping with drinks. No sweet tea on this place only unsweetened tea.

I got a salad and 2 glasses of wine... it cost $87.... thats insane. Each glass of wine was $21. The salad was big but it was just a Caesar salad. My server was grumpy at first but then lightened up and was really nice.

Food tasted like it was previously frozen and heated up. Portion sizing not clear and a bit too big for one person. Service was excellent and wait staff are very nice. Atmosphere is what it is. Its an airport restaurant.

Maggianos is usually really great. There was only one exception this time, at this location. Brought out chicken alfredo pretty cold, tried to just dig into it but within minutes it was below room temp. When we asked if they could heat it up, they simply replied sorry, we dont have a microwave. No offer to solve the situation any other way. Like make something else, offer to reheat not using a microwave, offer to discount our remove the item ... nope.
