You are asking us how to improve but there is no way for us to respond to you without editing the review. Well my fish was bland and fries soggy. There was no salt or pepper on any tables to help the food taste better. My friend wanted a bloody mary and was told that there was no mix. First, a bartender should be able to make basic drinks from scratch. Second a manager should have gone to get the ingredients when it was know that they were out.

Went bowling here for the second time. Both times The person checking in is rude and more concerned with their phones. Waitress came pretty quickly but the drinks we ordered took OVER 30 minutes. The atmosphere is overwhelming and none of the employees act like they want to be there. Will not be coming back

the manager russel is very rude and made me leave immediately after his conversation with me, i haven t even walked out of the parking lot and im writing this, NO MANAGER should take to paying customers as if they have no common sense when he had the situation and the people mixed up. he came up to me talking about the no refunds for the game me friends & i wanted to play, i politely told him i wasn t the person he should be talkin to it was my other friend who had already purchased it and off the bat he came with an attitude, i expressed his demeanor was very aggressive and he said he was not talking to me etc. anyways i ll never be coming back, i couldn t even cash my tickets i was so upset

I come here a lot with my co workers and every time something less than great happens. I sat at the upstairs bar forever waiting to get a drink when there was at least 4 staff members behind the bar. Then they starting training someone so the service got a little better but before then it was so dry. I do always leave my card bc I try to keep a tab open and they re always nice about giving it back.

We are regular D&B customers. We ve been to this location numerous times and each time the service in the restaurant declines. We didn t even stay to eat this time because when we approached the hostess stand, 3 employees were sitting at a table, saw us and did not get up to greet us. The manager had to ask them to get up to greet us. The waitress who took us to our table threw the silverware on the table like she was shooting basketballs. Three of our seven people immediately went to the bathroom to wash hands and when she came to the table, she said you re going to want to wait until they come back to order drinks, huh? In a way that was signally that it was inconvenient for her. We just left after this to avoid a disappointing experience.

We recently visited Dave & Busters, and it was an all-around fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the energy was palpable bright lights, exciting games, and a lively atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a fun day out. The game selection is incredible, with something for everyone. Jun and Min especially loved the Minecraft game, and there were plenty of other options to keep us entertained. The variety was impressive, and all the games were well-maintained and easy to play. It was a great way to spend time together, enjoying some healthy competition. Although we didn t eat during our visit, the overall experience was still top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and explaining how the Power Cards worked, which made our time there smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Dave & Busters is a fantastic place to hang out, whether youre with family, friends, or even on a date. It s a unique blend of entertainment and fun that makes for a memorable outing. We re definitely looking forward to our next visit!

I was greeted pretty quickly when I arrived and I asked for ice water. About 10 minutes later I still had not received my water and when I looked up my server was huddled with two other associates. I observed for a minute and got the impression they were just socializing. I almost didnt tip my server but i ended up tipping anyway

After being seated, we waited 30 minutes before our order was taken. We had to go look for someone twice before this happened. After our orders were made it took another 15 minutes for the drinks to come out and it was only because I complained again. The server forgot several additional items including sauces and extra small plates for sharing. To pay for the order they bring the point of sales system to your table and you enter the tip with the system in the waiters hands. The waiter knew we were upset so he mentioned you can skip it if you don t want to add a tip. One of the worse dining experiences.

I spent hundreds of dollars trying to complete the SpongeBob coin pusher set.. and I found out that none of the machines have the gary card because employees are selling them on ebay. Please give kids a chance to complete the set and stop people from making the game impossible. Employees even told me that they purposefully removed the Gary cards so people can t get the 3000 tickets. It s blatant false advertising.

Service was horrible. Didnt get the waiters name bc name was smeared off his name tag. Seem like he didnt want to be there. The most uncomfortable part of it was watching him eat in front of us during the time he was taking care of us. However, seemed like it was allowed there bc we had asked someone else for a refill and salt and pepper and he said let me go find the server even he was right in front of us eating. He then told our server we needed something and he didnt even jump up and take care of us right away. We looked around at all the wait staff and most of them on their phones. The taste of the food was meh but I ended up getting sick 30mins after with stomach pain, I had the chicken Avocado club. We ended up cutting our visit short bc of the restaurant. Will not ever go back.

Went to watch the fight last night, service was horrible, got seated , waited 15 minutes to get greeted by a waitress, took another 10 minutes to get water, we ordered sliders and boneless wings , the food was ok, but had to eat with no napkins and no silverware , then when we tried to leave, the waitress couldnt run my credit card on her tablet, she tried 3 times with different tablets, I offered to pay cash because she could not get the machine to work, she took the cash for the total amount plus tip, just looked at my bank account snd noticed they took the money out of my account too!!!! Needless to say Ill be disputing this charge with my bank and looking for a new place to watch the fights.

Service was so slow, like had to go get people 3 times to find our waiter and it wasn t even busy. We called the day before to make sure UFC was playing, when we got here no one knew where or if UFC was playing then the staff didn t even acknowledge us and motioned us to a table and never said a word. Then after the horrible service we asked 4 times about getting one small tv on our section to play ufc and we were ignored but assured when the main event came on it would come on the big screen .LIE asked to speak to a manager, waited 15 minutes he never came, the big screen was showing recaps of the baseball game that ended 45 minutes earlier and STILL no UFC we closed out and 5 minutes after that they managed to put it on the little screen and 15 minutes after that the manager finally put it on the big screen after he snapped at me and said you are the 10th person to ask me to put ufc on!!! So rude Never coming here again!

This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. All the staff I encountered greeted me and my family with a smile and provided excellent service. It was the kiddos first time at D&B and I must say it was a truly memorable and pleasant experience. I want to thank Russell Jones and Rashonn Cline for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They made me and my family feel like we were the most important people in there. Not to mention that the place was extremely busy when I went, but that didn t impact Russell and Rashonn, they took the time to make sure I had a great experience and anytime we crossed paths throughout the night, they would always check up on me to make sure I was doing okay and having a good time. The team they have there is top notch and the food was extremely delicious as well! We had an unforgettable evening and we will certainly be back. Thank you to everyone that made our night special, I really appreciate it. 10/10 experience!!

I come here sometimes to play games with my boyfriend. Everytime we come , we ve had a great experience. Except for last night. Friday, August 9th at around 10:30PM. We waited at the bar for over 10 minutes to order as there were two bartenders. One of them the male, looked very busy. Which was understandable. But there was another bartender who served my boyfriend- was very rude. She attended other guests that came after us. I patiently waited , she served them and didn t even ask for their ID s. When she finally came to us , she asked for my ID specifically and had an attitude. I didn t have mine and I asked her if a picture was okay. She said yes. So it took her another 5 minutes to come back just to tell me they didn t accept photo ID s wasted my time at the bar for nothing. All I know is that she did not want to serve me at all since I had a small attitude but again , I had a reason to be upset. I didn t get her name last night . But her race is black and she wears glasses. I was not satisfied with my services here last night. Won t be coming back here for a while now. The establishment was horrible. She needs to work on customer service.

Saturday- Just came from there today, this place hasnt changed from a decade ago, needs a major upgrade. My reason for a bad review it seemed like every other game was either getting stuck, not reading the actual score, saying I had more balls than were given. My experience was pretty disappointing, D&B isnt cheap either to be this way. It would have been 1 star but I do like the bowling area upstairs.

Alieyah was upset because she wanted me to give her a tip of 18% automatically when it s suggested to give a higher or lower amount . The registers stopped working, and we had to wait for them to reboot. While it wasn t the employees fault, it was inconvenient. Many of the games didn t work, and since there was no indication, we had to get a staff member to refund us twice. Both staff members were rude about crediting back our cards. When we went to get some beers, the bar was pretty empty, but it still took a long time for someone to take our order. I had to settle for my fourth choice of bottled beer because none of my first three choices were available, despite being on the menu. After we finished our beers, we had to wait again for someone to come so we could pay. This was definitely not the experience I expected at a place meant for a fun time.

I would love to give Raven the recognition that she deserves for the care she provided my family and I in your establishment! Not only did she continue to check on my family and I while we dined, she then proceeded to help my daughter learn some of the games when she was confused and frustrated trying to learn to play a couple of them. She was patient, kind, helpful and continued to go above and beyond. Her service surpassed my expectations by far! What a great manager! Service was luke warm at best..The server mumbled throughout my time in the restaurant and thought that after horrible service he deserved a 15% tip ( service did not warrant a tip but I gave him 5 dollar minimum for showing up) In his unprofessionalism he did not bring me a bag for my food that i requested..Marcus you need a bit more training because the 5 dollars was what I thought your service was worth. Definitely understaffed for the crowd tonight; only one person in the winners circle, though the line for return was wrapping around. Additionally, a couple of us asked to have one of them machines unjammed, and by the time I had left 30 minutes later, it still hasnt been done. Update a year later: still understaffed. Spent more time waiting on service than I did playing games or eating. One server for the entire restaurant area. No bartender or host.

The food is good, but the wait time is longer than a normal restaurant. The food is slightly on par with Olive Garden. The games are too expensive though. It gets crowded but the games tend to free up quick since they are so expensive. If you are meeting friends for a drink then youll enjoy it. But if youre looking for a place to take the family and kids, go somewhere else, unless your wallet can take the hit.

The only good thing I have to say is the lady who helped us at the bar was incredibly nice and made us feel welcomed. However y all s greed will make sure I never return. Imagine being so pressed about 970 tickets that I took a video of me wining and sat there and watched it count for you to tell me yea sorry that s unfortunate it didn t get put on your card, here s enough chips for one game 970 tickets in the shop gets me a 2$ flavored lip balm kit but no definitely don t let them have the tickets they won and make sure that all the staff knows too. Weird having staff from a different part of the place go oh that was y all who complained? So your manager likes to talk about guest behind their back? This d&b has been going down hill for years and I can tell why. Trashy, greedy, overall unwelcome. Also not to mention getting so pressed about 970 tickets when I came in and spent triple what I spent on a play card with food and drinks alone. I ll make sure to not make that same mistake again and go look at the other entertainment areas that Houston has to offer.

Spur of the moment family outing. Nice, spacious and clean facility. All attractions/ games worked and we had fun as a family. Kinda expensive for a family of 4, we spent a little over $100 just playing games. Other than that, cool outing.
