I decided to try their new wings, but was completely disappointed. I got the BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. The Garlic Parmesan flavor was mediocre, but at least those wings were sauced. The BBQ wings had a decent BBQ flavor but they were not sauced. It looks like some did a heavy drizzle of BBQ sauce over them. The flavor of the actual wings were mediocre. If you are looking for a good wing dont go to Popeyes, they are not in the wing game!

For the most part this Popeyes is clean and the staff friendly. I took off a star because I had to ask the person handling my food to wear gloves. In addition I had to go back to the restaurant, to replace my order because they still got the order wrong even after specifying several times what part of the chicken I desired. Again, great staff, they could work on listening better and wearing gloves for customer safety.

The absolute worst Popeyes Ive ever visited. This is the 2nd time and last time for me. The first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just having a bad night. Nope! I made the mistake of returning. I ordered via website and picked up my order. Items were missing and substituted and they didnt even tell me. I asked the employee at the window if everything was in the bag. She said, check. I of course did. I let her know my Mac N cheese was missing. Her reply were out. Okay. So you were just going to charge me and not say a word? The manager then comes to the window - My 2 fish sandwiches were substituted for chicken sandwiches. I asked about that she said they stopped having fish 3 weeks ago. Yet (1) the website let me order it. (2) The bright sign outside said fish is back (3) they didnt even ask or let me know about substitution. All while the manager is handling she was rude and acted like all this was my mistake and I was bothering her. Horrible!

Came thru drive thru to order , couldn t under stand the person taking my order .. I had to repeat it several time Shrimp & tenders spicy with fry s & unsweet tea !! Very simple right !!! The person wouldn t allow me to speak kept cutting me off til I finally said Can I please speak !!!! Get to the window & some kid takes my credit card to pay $11 & change ok , get my drink ( which by the way is massive SWEET TEA ugh ) my food come out , I check the bag it s all not correct !!! I get a kids tender meal with brisket no shrimp & TONS of Fry s !! I go back in with my receipt & asked about my shrimp that I was charged for . What you didn t get shrimp back & forth with the kitchen as to my food finally get my shrimp ( not Spicy by the way ) Come on now Popeyes !!! It seems that the microphone system is hard for the window clerks; its difficult to understand when placing orders; and when you get to the window, i always have to park & wait; and then you wait and they never come to the car for 10+ minutes! I wish that could improve. The chicken should be dropped quite frequently doing peak hours and there looks to be enough people in there to handle the impact of the window and customer service at the front I think you should have some team huddle meetings to keep things moving quickly as possible sometimes it could be a wait but not all the time

Stood at the counter while being ignored by your cashier for several orders. She hands a customer his bag. They exchange words in Spanish and she starts to ring him up for another item. I got the 5-piece chicken w/ fries and mac & cheese for around $10. The food was fresh out of the fryer and still hot after I walked back to my hotel room. Everything tasted great and it was really cheap. Its hard to find a good chicken shack but this location is on point. Ill be back, for sure.

Ramona is the most sweet, and courteous employee I have encountered at any restaurant in this town. I can tell even in the drive thru, she is providing my service with a smile on her face. First thing is dont use your Apple pay always pay with a credit card when I first pulled up to the window a gentleman ask are you going to pay with Apple pay I replied no. My order was $18 and some change I gave the gentleman a $20 bill he gave me the change back he kept my $1.00 dollar when I said hey you owe me a $1.00 dollar he said oh and gave me my $1.00 dollar back. Always great service at this location. Ive been coming here for over a year and it always been perfect. I had an issue one time and Edgar went out of his way to resolve it although it didnt involve him. I haven t been to this location in years because the staff was always rude and impatient with customers. They were very unprofessional and used profanity so freely, with no regard. The last straw was when I parked to go inside (due to the drive through line being so long) and as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle I was hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Tonight I drove by and saw a new staff, so I went in and I m glad that I did. The manager (Edgar) greeted me, he was very nice and professional, but most of all he showed every customer that they mattered!!! The other staff members that I interacted with showed compassion and professionalism as well I ll definitely be returning!!!

This is close by and nice people but I will drive to the next one because every time I come here something always happens. This time I went there tonight in a hurry to get food. They messed up multiple things. I got the 14 piece and asked for sauce. They forgot the sauce even though I said it to them twice. That was not a big problem so I waited in line for about 10 minutes to just get sauce and I was still nice because people forget. It happens. What is not okay is ordering a 14 piece and getting 13 or only 1 breast and 3 thighs. The rest legs and wings. NOT OKAY!! This upsets me very much. I tried calling to let them know but they did not answer . EVERYTIME something is messed up. I suggest driving to another if you actually want to get what you paid for
