Ive ordered take out here before around 4 times and each time it was excellent. Ordered wed evening 2 custom slices of pizza, chicken spinach Alfredo and salad. 1st let me say my order took an hour, when I initially placed the order it was about 28 minute order but then got notification it wouldnt be ready until about an hour from order time, I wanted to cancel after that but the app doesnt give you an option. Then I pick up the order drive 7 minutes to get home. 1st thing the pizza was horrible!! It was cold, soggy, and not even really cooked, I took a pic, look how the cheese isnt even melted. Second my chicken Alfredo spinach was cold and just didnt look like the normal variation I get there, compare my pick to the other picks on here and see. The only thing good was the salad, lol. Yes I was sorely disappointed. I still have the food and thought about returning for a refund, I still might.

My husband and I ordered carryout from Napolis Rowlett. The toasted ravioli were underbreaded and undercooked. The fettuccine alfredo was the worst weve ever had: bland, thin sauce and rubbery, colorless chicken. It is listed on the menu as grilled chicken but not a grill mark was to be found on this clearly frozen chicken. My husband said the baked ziti was bland, with some noodles undercooked. The tiramisu was frozen solid even after a 20 minute car ride. We called the restaurant and I spoke with the manager and owner about our bad experience. The manager was pleasant enough, but the owner told me that because we ordered online using the tool on their website, Slice, that there was nothing they could do, and that to seek a refund we would have to work through the third-party ordering portal. When we challenged this, the owner became agitated and began to shout at me over the phone. Ive never been spoken to that way by someone who owns a restaurant. It was shocking. Terrible food, terrible service. We will never go back.

The people giving this place 3 stars or less are Debbie downers. Very good pizza and pasta, the garlic rolls are delicious as well. First time there, and will be back plenty more since we live in the area. 10/10. We were also in and out in less than 30-40 min, we had no problem getting refills, getting our check, paying, etc. for those that don t know, yYOU RE SUPPOSED TO PAY AT THE COUNTER WHEN YOU GET YOUR CHECK AND YOU RE DONE.

Ive been to other Napolis over the years, and this one twice. The food here was lacking in flavor both times, we waited a while for our bill, and then longer for it to be picked up. We actually had to ask for it to be taken. The inside is rather worn, and the bathroom has no baby changing station. We had to take the baby out to change him in the vehicle. Kid-friendliness: No baby changing station in this day and age.

I ordered a veal entree to go on 5/16. Well, the veal was TOUGH and CHEWY ( terrible!). The only positive was that the pasta and artichoke/mushroom sauce that came with the veal entree was good. So, I threw away the veal and kept the pasta and sauce. Its so frustrating.....I am a teacher and just wanted savory, tender veal after a very long day. Too tired to drive back to return it. Do NOT order veal from this restaurant!!

We came to eat today as a treat to my son as Christmas Eve is his birthday and he wanted Italian food . From the moment we walked in, We were treated like we are regulars at this restaurant . My wife and I googled Italian restaurants near us. This place appeared with favorable Reviews, so we made our way to it. From entrance, the Customer Service was a 5-Star. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and my woman ordered Shrimp Alfredo. My Shrimp Scampi did not have traditional Scampi sauce, it was tomato based; red in color and marinara in taste. My woman s meal was perfect. I asked the Waitress questions about my meal and she said it was Scampi sauce. I only ate a couple of bites and I asked another Waiter about my meal and he explained that their Scampi sauce is tomato based but he could substitute my dish for another dish, free of charge. I ve seen or heard of this type of Scampi sauce. I told him to get me what my woman ordered, the Shrimp Alfredo to-go and to bring my woman a to-go bowl. He even said he d box up the meal I didn t want (I ll give it to my sister-in-law) because they would just throw it away anyway and that he d also bring us a dessert on the house. Excellent Customer Service!! However, we get home ready to dive into our food. I have the boxed up food I didn t want (tomato-based Shrimp Scampi), my woman s boxed up Shrimp Alfredo and another boxed up tomato-based Shrimp Scampi, not the Shrimp Alfredo I requested. Excellent attitude and decorum but I was disappointed in my food and the communication and delivery.

Well we just moved up there from Ft worth and I have drove by this place a lot and saidvwe should try that some time, but to be honest the hold back why it took us longer to stop by was the sign-building. Then sign is older and non appealing as its dingy and it was like hmm...mabey but..let me say last night we were headed for chinese food and we were slow rolling pass and I saw it again and I said hey screw it lets try it she hesitated and said well I guess I said come on something different...So...we did... Asome...the son was very enjoyable very nice guy had great small talk was actually interested in finding out where we were from so that means they pay attention to there locals, and the food was AMAZING...she had the shrimp scampi, and I had there famous pizza.... The onwer even came over and talked with us....So at the end of the day dont judge a book by its cover....9s.....all day long.. Only recommend getting the sign fixed!!! Because people do judge the book by the cover unintentional is just habit!

FAMILY FRIENDLY!! we used to be left scratching our heads thinking of where we could go to eat at the last minute and not worry about bringing our babies. Most restaurants these days will accommodate family for dinner, but being family FRIENDLY is not always a priority. Not only is the food awesome - try the Chicken Fantasia (dads favorite) or the Eggplant rollotini (my moms favorite) strombolis (husbands favorite) and their pizza of course (brother and daughters favorite) and i love their ziti with pink sauce. we LOVE this place!!

Our group had pizza, pasta, fried zucchini, and more. There is no alcohol served here-- they are BYOB. They do provide the glasses and opener, if needed. We were tended to as expected. Food was good, salads were fresh. There is a different charge for the Caesar salad versus just the side garden salad if you add it to your meal. The Caesar salad is huge, so it makes sense.

Sweet cafe atmosphere, Makayla is an amazing waitress and checked on us many times for extra things like parmesan, and dessert :) The Zita was really, great my husband had the Napoli Special the bread was right out of the oven. Smelled sooo good!! Didnt need butter but I tried it both ways, great either way. Ordered a pizza to go for later I am sure it will great. A cozy, inviting restaurant that would be easy to miss if you arent paying attention. We went after the lunch crowd had dispersed, so we mostly had the restaurant to ourselves. The aromas were tempting as soon as we walked in. Now to the food. My brother ordered the Tortellini Milano; I had the Spaghetti Pizzaiola, Portions were generous, the plating was visually appealing, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the blend of flavors. My brother remarked, You know the food is good when you dont even need to use the condiments. Staff took great care of us, and we left full and happy.

The food was delicious. I ordered a personal cheese pizza and that was really good pizza. People are so quick to put negative reviews but it s hard to get those positive reviews and I know that because I actually owned a pizzeria in Rockwall. I m posting this in hopes that when people like something the equally go and put a good review. I could tell you that the dough is made in house and sauce is flavorful and the cheese is good brand( not a cheap brand). Not only that I think it was the owner that brought the food to my car when it was ready so thank you!

It s a small place in a small town but looks can be deceiving. I consider myself a tough critic on food especially Italian, because I love it. It s a cozy place, excellent service (thank you Makayla) and the food is 1. Out of this world delicious but 2. Very generous servings. Between my step mom s doggie bag and mine I will be eating Napoli s for a couple of days with a smile. Highly recommended ..you wont be disappointed. This was my first visit in 18 years of living in Rowlett. Ive always seen many people come and go so I gave it a try. It was pretty good not the best but not the worse. It was not cheesey like I would have imagined being an authentic Italian pizza restaurant. Also, my toppings were just laying on top of the pizza without any resistance from the cheese, if turned sideways all the meat would have fell off. I will try again to see if this was a one off.

I placed an order online(OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE) and once we got there to pick it up, the food wasnt ready, and our order was never started. You all tried to tell my husband that there was no order placed for us. They simply asked, was it through door dash? Uber eats? Heck no!!! OFF YOUR WEBSITE!!! So they go to check the computer, and SHOCKING! THERE WAS OUR ORDER!! Yall told us it wouldnt take longer than 20 minutes to make, we had the time so we waited.... 30 minutes?? 30 MINUTES??? We should have gotten a refund instead, as we were late to an appointment because of yall at that point! Why have the option to order YOUR FOOD from YOUR WEBSITE if your employees arent checking it for orders? Never going back to this location. To make it worse, The food was mediocre..BLAND!! Food was burnt and oily. Sampler platter had was actually a SAMPLER platter. Only 2 pieces of 3 items for 11.99. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!! Bread was hard.

Ok, I must of got lucky today. I walked in today and this place smelled so clean and then the food aromas hit you. It was extremely clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The mens restroom was being cleaned., so l had to wash my hands in the ladies. The restroom were definitely cleaner than most places, already a plus here. I had a ice cold salad and chicken piccata, very delicious and a nice presentation on the salad and entree. The Garlic rolls are fresh and very large portions. If you are looking for a local Italian location give it a try

My favorite Italian spot! Oddly enough we ve never dined in, always delivery - saved as a DoorDash Favorite. Guess because it s such good comfort food lol. It s delicious, generous portions and fairly priced. Highly recommended the Antipasto Salad and the Tortellini Ala Pana - their homemade sauce that is AMAZING!

Ordered from here for the first time for a pick up order. Very fast ticket time from time to order and when it was ready just found my new favorite casual Italian spot. The pizza was absolutely delicious, pasta sampler was tasty, and the lemoncello dessert was amazing!! Will definitely order take out or delivery from here again for Italian cuisine.

My wife and I have lived in Rowlett for a very long time. We drove by often and always wanted to stop in a give them a try. The food was good, the service was fair and the atmosphere was apt. The bread that was served to the table was hard, and cold. It took 15 minutes for our water to come back to the table after dropping off drinks and bread, then when I asked for more fresh bread, it was another 20 minutes before they returned with the bread or to refill our drinks. The kid was more interested in conversing with his female coworker than us. Not the best experience but the food was good.

It was pretty clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The bathrooms were definitely cleaner than most places, so two enthusiastic thumbs up there! I had the caprese salad with grilled chicken and it was not great but it was good. If you are looking for a quick/casual/fast italian joint, this is it! Disfruta/enjoy!

What a delightful evening. Our extended family of nine (our son and family are local, hubby and myself are from out of country) visited here on a Friday night and had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we ve had in a long time. The atmosphere feels like home as soon as you walk in and the food was fantastic. Sofia and her family were so personable and still very professional. Service was quick and yet we asked for them to go more slowly so we could enjoy each other s company and they happily obliged. We even stayed later than usual laughing and joking with the owners and staff. Our 3 kids aged 5-10 were far from bored and loved the food as well. Also very much appreciated the affordable prices, large portions and BYOB!! And the lemoncello cake was to die for! This place is a home run and not to be missed. Highest of recommendations from our whole crew!!

Pizza wasnt bad I enjoyed it, but something on it (assuming the cheese) was really salty. The Mozzarella sticks was what I thought was bad. The batter used was not seasoned and too thick, no flavor.

We were looking for no fuss comfort food and we got food not worth a fuss without the comfort. The bruschetta was an open face french loaf with flavorless diced up tomatoes that left the bread very soggy in a short time. I thought bruschetta included some crispy baguette,some basil and a little flavor. The lasagna was very average with a generous helping of ricotta. The service deserves honorable mention. The team hustled during a fairly busy dinner shift and that is the main thing going for this Napolis.

The restaurant looks great after being remodeled, kinda upscale and more in line with the quality of their Italian food. Napolis is excellent food, especially the pizza. You can order anything off the menu and you will get the feeling of being grateful. When you bite into it, you can taste the ingredients are high quality and not the cheap stuff. This place been here for years and never disappoints because it is consistently excellent quality. I recommend taking your family to Napolis for a delicious meal.

I went last Thursday & it was on my mind all weekend so I grabbed another Meat Lovers. The Meat Lovers pizza was soooo good. The owner was really nice & accommodating to our large family. The staff was busy but took care of us & they had a great attitude which makes a difference to me. No more corporate greasy pizza restaurants for me. Napolis s just taste different & better.
