We tried this out for chicken livers. They were fresh and a good quantity, a bit bland though. Okra was good but pricey. Its kind of a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. Might try the chicken sometime. Parking: Busy intersection in a convenience store.

This place needs a ZERO! Food always dry, biscuits are SUPER DRY!! Churches is known for the honey biscuits, but every time I come to the location the biscuits lack of honey so much they are super dry and hard from sitting under the warmer all day. You ask for honey packets and they never have honey. GET YOUR BISCUITS TOGETHER PEOPLE! And they will get mad at you if you tell them the food they gave you is hard tuhhh!

Please close this store immediately I live less than a mile from this store there is no Managment what so ever the employees claim not to know the store number or manager name there is always a mistake with my order I once was told I could only order a ten piece in order to save chicken for the other customers ? the staff is highly incompetent under trained and rude the drive thru is at least an half hour ordeal there is constantly a pile of food to the side from incorrectly filling orders and not throwing it away when it is returned . The lobby is just as bad as the drive thru I just watched one employee make my order three times only for the employee working drive thru to take it when I asked what was goin on I was told I can wait !!! One star is to many please cut this store and redo it nothing like a bunch of unsupervised teens to ruin your dinner and chance of ever coming back !!!! Horrible Horrible arrived at 9:05p was instructed to go through drive through. Sat there for over 10 min no one answered. I then drove around to the window and was ignored. After blowing guy finally came to window and stated ... we only have few pieces of chicken, coleslaw and mash potatoes. Again its 9:20. This is by far the worst location Ive ever been to. It looked dirty and the manager was possibly training a kid that looked too young to be working and wasnt in uniform. They locked the doors at 5pm on a Friday as soon as we came in. Before I decided to get off I went to the drive thru and sat there for about 15 mins with no response or anything. My husband loves Churchs chicken . But I think its dry and flavorless. The mash potatoes are good. The Jalapeno poppers are empty, when they should be filled with cheese. The chicken strips are hard to bite into. I do love the biscuits with honey. The coleslaw was pretty good . The wait time was about average 15-20 minutes for a Tuesday night.

Arrived at this Churchs Chicken at 8:35 pm, was instructed to go through the drive thru, because they were closing the dine in. I sat behind 3 other customers over over 30 minutes when I final get to the speaker to order its 9:05, I check to see what time they close using my maps app and it said 10 pm. I sit there another 10 and no one acknowledges the fact that I am still waiting. I final decided to go to the drive thru window, only to find out they were closed. The employee had nothing to say after I explained to him I had been waiting in the drive thru lane for over 30 minutes. I dont believe Ill be going there for fried chicken.

Most of the negative reviews you see, are because of impatient people. This isn t completely fast food . This is convenient food. Everything was made to order, PERFECTLY. The food was delicious, and everything I ordered was there. I would give 6 stars if I could because the sweet lady at the window made my day. Came to this location today ordered the number 1 . 2 piece mix & asked for two thighs . Of course I got the leg & a thigh . I paid for biscuits, but when I get home, no biscuits. So I called. They told me to remind them and they would give me the biscuits. When I go back 06/2321, they would not honor their obligation. It seems that the drive thru stays busy so if you come inside, they ignore you as long as they can. The food is good, but I wish they would tell you up front when they dont have something.
