Bad customer service, representative told me if I am buying a phone or not stop wasting his time. I literally was there for 5 minutes tops. Representative slabs the door. Very odd and cringy experience ever! Go where they value your business. Dude was too hungry for business that he got angry assuming I was not going to buy.. Horrible way to be. Crazy part of it all I bought a phone from him before and came back and he didnt remember me or something and treated me like dirt.

Sales and service at this location always great. Less a star as I had been a Boost Mobile customer for almost 15 years. I loved the shrinking plans and my monthly payments. But as years did pass I noticed Boost service itself shrinking into nothing. The selection of phones to upgrade to, Missed calls, texts, phone not connecting to network, phone shutting off out of the blue, unable to use phone while traveling which I do a lot(before I had no problem gradually kept losing signal and over time nothing).... this became a problem. I visited the shop on multiple occasions to fix the network issue which was regular! They were always happy to help. When it started to happen daily, I decided to leave Boost for another carrier! I loved the service of all the people that help out at all the locations, but the product did not live up to expectations. Boosts product quality failed miserably! And I was told they were phasing out most phones and only going I-phone route.(less problems) I hate I-phones and related products from Apple! Boost lost my entire familys account. Husband and daughter left with me. We all wanted better phones that actually worked. We are all at our new carrier, and me with my new upgraded phone.(Galaxy 21 ultra) wanted the Note but they were out of stock so purchased what they had available to walk out with. Getting used to it and loving it so far. Best sounding phone I have ever had! Loud!

Came at 7:50 to find out some information. Store closes at 8pm. Doors are locked it s 7:53 as I m writing this. Gentlemen in the front looked at me and looked back at is computer! Not a way to run a business. Doesn t matter if it s 5 minutes to, the doors stay open until 8!
