We had the most incredible time celebrating my daughters quinceañera at Batres Grand Venue. From the initial open house visit, we knew it was the perfect place for our daughter s quince celebration. The staff was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. They made this planning process stress-free, they were organized and prompt to respond. We felt guided and they offered great suggestions and solutions based on my daughter s vision, which was much appreciated. Everything was taken care of, leaving us with nothing to worry about except enjoying the event. We couldnt be happier with our choice to celebrate at Batres Grand Venue. It was elegant yet cozy, and the perfect setting for such a momentous occasion. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a special event. Thanks to the owner and staff for making my daughters quinceañera a day we will never forget!

Had our granddaughters quinceria on February 2nd. Just want to say Maggie and her staff did a Tinley job coordinating the event. They were very professional and would recommend to anyone else. They had a variety of food options that were all tasty. Music was non-stop and to my granddaughters liking. The location was somewhat hidden and could use a sign outside the entrance. Other than that, it was a grand time, thank you!

I am in love with Batres! Their staff is impeccable! Maggie & Marisol were always available to quickly assist with all of my many concerns during and prior to the wedding. Mario was our main bartender and let s just say, our guests LOVED him. He went above and beyond. My husband and I were extremely busy & he saved us some of our specialty drinks. Luis the DJ was amazing with assisting with our timeline the day of as we had some outside vendors. The in house photographer & videographer helped capture all our beautiful moments. We have not received our pictures yet since we had our wedding on 11.25.23. BUT the second photo was taken by one of my bridesmaids and the photographer alongside Maggie informed us how to pose and this is so far my favorite picture of us. They made this night so easy and unforgettable. Extremely grateful I had my wedding here.

My family and I chose Batres as the venue for my daughter s quince based on location and the great size. From start to finish our experience with the Batres team was exceptional. Maggie, Marisol and Mario were excellent. The level of customer service that they provided was incredible. They were always available to answer our questions, to help guide us throughout the planning and anytime we needed to circle back to anything, they always made the time. I would highly recommend this team for your next event. Mario, the bartender, took his time to help us plan our menu for the open bar 2 months in advance. He provided a drink tasting for us and gave us a thorough list of ingredients to buy and the right quantities. Forever grateful for this team. There was never any running around or any mis communication, everything was just as it should be but better. Thank you for your help in making my daughters quince an event to remember!

WOW, What a Night! OMG, I was completely speechless, excited and humbled from the service at Batres Grand Venue. I had my wedding at this location and it truly surpassed all of my expectations, everything was beautiful and executed as planned. The staff, caterer, and DJ paid close attention to every detail, and provided above and beyond customer service for my dream wedding. Marisol is phenomenal as she also assisted with the coordinating which kept the timeline running smoothly. Thanks Chef Mark; the food was superb and delicious, my guest enjoyed every bite and can t stop talking about it. The DJ kept the dance floor jumping the whole night, thanks Delvin. The bartender staff and Miguel what can I say, everyone left with a smile on their face. I am so glad I found Batres Grand Avenue, it was everything I wanted and more. The night was MAGICAL!!!

We had our daughters Quinceanera on July 1st. I truly recommend this venue. The whole staff Maggie and Marisol were very professional, kind and kept me informed of all the appointments. I also got to meet the owner Eli and she is sweet as well. Our event turned out beautiful and we all had a great time. I got a package and didnt have to worry about anything. They took care of it all. I got so many compliments on the hall and how well it was organized. The bartender Mario was awesome with delicious margarita drinks. The cake was very delicious and not to mention they hire real cops which made me feel secure. I looked at other halls before I booked this one. This one was the last hall I toured and my daughter and I instantly fell in love with it.

My daughters quinceañera was at Batres Venue, Maggi was the person who helped me at all times and I couldnt have chosen a better room. The truth is that from the beginning everything was very organized. The blessing, the presentation, everything was super nice, the super cool DJ with a super atmosphere, the super friendly photographer and cameraman made you feel confident. The food was delicious, the girls who served were super friendly, attentive to ensuring that all the guests had dinner and they did not lack drinks, excellent service. The Bartender also super accessible and friendly. The delicious cake. The truth is I had many good comments from my guests. And above all, my daughter had fun and enjoyed her party. We chose the Platinum package which is super complete. Thanks to Maggi and Marisol for their attention. Apart from the DJ, we decided to bring a group, which for reasons of time could not play for 3 hours because it would take time to dismantle the equipment, but regardless of that everything was fabulous. I would definitely give more stars, however, I am not for several reasons. -undercooked food the chicken had pink and several of my people complain of food undercooked and raw pieces. -Waitresses taking the cake away, and when asked said cake was finished, yet brought home entirely half of my 4 tier cake. I didn t get to tried my cake because when I came to get a piece the cake was put away. -Bartender opened and provide drinks before my schedule time then went ahead along with Marisol saying my people were demanding and asking for drinks and food. Marisol, not only lied saying she was so scared because of my 100 people asking her for food but yet, the whole time she was inside the bartender area talking and taking pictures with the bartender guy. Gladly I had my own coordinator for the day of and made it smooth for me to enjoy. She had to go find Marisol to have her closed bartending until my schedule time -Accountability not once but more than 3 times I received a reminder of NONPAYMENT when before and after the venue been payed off. When told it was paid off and we had to send them screenshots of the payments. Maggie, would say oh is because is in Elia s account and didn t see it before sending nonpayment reminders they should checked accounts. And my Credit card was overcharged. SO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU ARE KEEPING TRACK WITH PAYMENTS SENT. That s my personal opinion, as professional all these should be well organized. -Organizations big red flag with that. -deposits for my day of we had rain, so therefore it forced us to go to the venue at 5, I had people from out of state and whom went to mass with us. Yet, because of the rain we did not have another place to go. About 10 people not from my party had to come in inside the venue at 5pm along with me and my party. Knowingly that this was due to the rain Elia decided not to refund us the deposit back because we used a hour before my rental time so we re is the kidness and understanding this was not due to us wanting to have those 10 people in there but because of the rain. Seriously let s talk about being humanitarian and kind!!! I initially did not wanted this venue, yet my husband thought it was good enough, y all trust me there s so many more beautiful venues out there. I know this may be the only bad review, but sometimes we want to be kind and write good reviews to small companies that are barely developing to bring them customers, but they simply don t deserve it.

Batres Grand Venue was the perfect place for my daughter s wedding reception! The staff, location, and cost was very good. Each time I called or stopped by I was greeted with a warm welcome. The venue was always clean and decorated. Batres was able to assist us in finding our food vendor for the reception at an affordable price. The food was great and we had more than enough food to feed all of our guest. If you are in need of a venue for your event I recommend Batres Grand Venue! A wedding should be a couples most magically moment of their new journey taken as one. It saddens me to write a review on a venue sought to be so beautiful. With the many million of things a bride and groom to be have to endure, the last thing they would have to worry about is unprofessionalism and disorganization especially when offered services to assist with these matters with event planning. Needless to say, so many life occurrences happen even on the day of the wedding. Did we know it would be raining and schedules would have had to change? Of course not, but given that we are allowed 4 hours prior to the actual event happening, and given the green light to allow guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event; why is there an issue and discrepancy now? I was advised that guests were demanding. Sorry to say, but I am pretty sure the bride and groom knows who they invited to the wedding, family, and there s a complete doubt guests were being demanding !! To the owners, this is not the first wedding we attend, we know how the itinerary works. We may be loud, but we are not rude nor disrespectful. We may be from out of state, but all rules and respect applies no matter if we come from 20 mins away from town or from states away. Truly upset to know that my family members were being disrespected during the event as well. Serving undercooked meals, being cut off because of what? We know what type of adults the bride and groom are, I highly doubt they were irresponsible to making sure things ran smoothly. I see they let a couple of things slide, for instance the disorganized money handling and whether or not making sure payments were made (and they were made and on time, more than enough proof was there) and communicating in slang via text, but it sucks to know the aftermath. For those considering this venue, double check and keep track because apparently it s too much work for this venue. And make sure you take into account that if it s bad weather they are not accommodating even if they say they are!!!

My sister had her wedding here November 19. Due the weather that day we were forced to head to the venue at 5 since the rain didnt allow us to go anywhere else to take pictures. When she called they told her it was fine if we arrived there. No when is time for them to give back the deposit they are saying we arrived early and her guests were demanding food when it was asked only once if they could serve early. The chicken was not fully cooked and dry. The bartender decided to open early and start serving drinks. And she was told the same thing we were demanding drinks this is very unprofessional in my opinion. Yes its a pretty venue but the people have organizing is the worst and rudest.

The venue was nice, yes, but the owners left a bad impressio on us. I originally was going to give this venue more stars, but the management and overall organization is poor. The in house coordinators do not keep track of payments and will repeatedly ask you for thousands in missed payments even when every single payment is timely. It is common sense to check which payments have been made before repeatedly assuming payment has not been made. Keeping track of records is important and I wonder if other people have been taken advantage because of this.

This venue was beautiful. Nice bridal suite, nice bar area! Big enough dance floor! Clean restrooms! Great parking! And great food! The catering and their staff were super nice and fast! The in-house coordinator Marisol was super nice and helpful! I did not give it 5 stars because of a couple of things, dj and photography was a not so great experience but over all the details came together very last minute!

Would of got 5 stars but the bartender was kind of rude and i was like why am I tipping this guy everytime i come get somethen . I tipped about 14 dollars just for water and cranberry all night . The food service ladies were very hospitable and nice except they took my cake and i only got 2 bites off it . Parking got full but need to mark parking spaces on other property. Smart decision to close off exit gate to keep out riff raff. Enjoyed the venue

I cant thank Batres Grand Venue enough for making my baby girls day special!! I went with Batres because they had the whole package!! I had to just worry about going to our scheduled food tasting, linen choosing, cake tasting and photography session....all we did was choose and they took care of the rest. Batres has done very well choosing the vendors they work with. The food was yummy, the cake was delish, the decor was beautiful, the flower arrangements were breathe taking, music was good, photo booth was awesome, bar tenders were on point and the photographer and videographer were great!! Definitely recommend Batres Grand Venue for your special event. Will come back and add pics once they are received. Thanks a bunch Batres!!

Venue Review My wedding was December 3rd at Batres Grand Venue and I am beyond pleased with this venue and how easy and stress free they made this whole process for me. I booked my date in February of this year and I chose the platinum package which includes everything! I seriously felt like I checked myself into a 5 star resort with this package, lol. The vendors that were provided with my package were amazing! What was included: 6 1/2 hours, Dinner for 250 guest, 5 tiered cake, Bar Tending Services, Photo Booth, Video and Photography, DJ, Waiters, Parking attendants (not valet), all table linens (all colors), table decor, security, I was able to bring my own liquor and beer. Maggie, the wedding coordinator, was on top of every single detail! She would respond to my weekly messages throughout the process and helped me with the whole process. She made my day go so smoothly! I was a stress free happy bride because of her! I am so happy to have found this venue, it s a hidden gem in the Humble area. Check them out!

We were one of the lucky couples that was able to have our wedding the weekend right before Houston Covid-19 shutdown We still had a great outcome of guest and they are still complimenting us on our wedding at venue Batres Grand Venue We had a friend inquiring about having his 50th bday party here after our wedding We must say don t judge a book by its cover the minute you walk in the place is gorgeous The stairs leading up to the bridal suite, the bridal suite itself was gorgeous The setup they did for us was outstanding Thanks to Elia and her assistant Maggie hands up to you ladies for your patience and understanding you ladies hit the nail when I gave you my colors and table ideas. I was recently a guest at a wedding here and I was so impressed that I wanted to leave a review. First of all the venue is absolutely stunning, it has multiple chandeliers and a spiral staircase.
