Jessica Baker January 21 we got married here and Right after my reception started it was a disaster. The bathrooms stopped working. My guests started leaving because they could not use the restroom and the sewage was backing up in the kitchen and by the bar in between my caterer and my bartender where all my guests could see completely Heartbroken that over half my guests left and werent, there are able to see us off on what was supposed to be a perfect night! Because of lack of cooperation from the venue feeling forced to talk to a lawyer this week! Had such high hopes for this venue

Wow wow wow. What s not to say about The Weinberg at Wixon Valley? I had been invited as a plus one to a wedding at this gorgeous venue and knew that this was where I wanted to get married once the time came. Once my boyfriend at the time proposed, I brought up getting married at this venue when we had started talking about the possible locations. We had a tour and both our minds were solidified on marrying each other at the Weinberg especially because we were becoming The Weisberg s! I will forever cherish our wedding day at this venue because it made our day magical. I highly recommend getting married here because you will not regret it!

I knew I wanted to use the Weinberg from the second I laid eyes on the venue! What made it even better is the people who own and run it. My wedding was 9/16/23, and I still will never get over how perfect of a day it was! Everyone at the Weinberg worked so hard for my husband and me, and it truly showed throughout the entire day. The entire venue is absolutely beautiful and clean. You can really tell they put detail in every single little area of the venue. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married and I will forever be praising the Weinberg and staff for all they did to make sure my day was perfect!

We had a hard time finding a wedding venue that would be close enough to Bryan/College Stations and that would accommodate our unique wedding date (Monday weddings aren t exactly common). Working the team at The Weinberg was so much fun. They stayed in contact as much as they could to answer and questions or to let you know that they are thinking of you and your big day. Our guests loved the venue, everything was so beautiful! We will forever remember this sweet place and team that made our wedding a reality.

Beautiful venue. The staff were very courteous and for djs the setup is nice with plenty of power plugs to setup your gear (reminder to the djs, you are not allowed to use gaff tape so prep accordingly for your cable setup) Easy load in and load out. For couples looking for a beautiful venue to get married I would definitely recommend this place .

Absolutely THE BEST! The Weinberg is a gorgeous venue that provides such a wonderful, happy atmosphere - we have said a million times over how happy we were to have selected The Weinberg for my daughters wedding. It sets the stage for the event, and was perfect in every way! Shaylie, Skylar and Allison have created something so special - thank you for that! We were lucky enough to be able to use the stunning chapel soon after it opened - just breathtaking, so fun and so unique. Ill never forget the moment the doors opened for my daughter and husband to walk down the isle - beautiful. And it relieved so much stress to know that we had an indoor option for a February wedding. The flow of the event was perfect - outdoor cocktail hour, reception, flow of guests to the buffet and bar, and the dance floor - it all worked so well. And the bride and groom suites for getting ready are setup perfectly and added so much fun to the day! Plus, everyone at the Weinberg is simply wonderful to work with too!! So responsive, friendly, supportive - as a mom planning a wedding from out of state, I appreciated how easy it was to get questions answered plus how accommodating they were when we were in town to visit. Their recommended vendors were all great too - no regrets on using everyone on their lists. And, I have to give a shout out to The Weinberg Bar! Dylan and his staff were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond on some special wine requests we had, and were so great the night of the wedding - cheerful, friendly, helpful - just a continuation of the professionalism and happy vibe The Weinberg creates. All in all, I would do it all over again! Dont hesitate - youll love every bit of having your wedding at The Weinberg!

Lovely place for niece s wedding I see they are adding a chapel. We had the service outside and it worked so beautifully. The reception was held inside and there was plenty of room for a large gathering. The scene was Christmas themed. It was way out in the country but was easy to get to from College Station.

The Weinberg was the perfect place to have our October wedding!! The grounds are absolutely stunning, it is spacious enough to host several hundred guests, and the staff was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. I specifically want to highlight our point of contact at the Weinberg, Allison. Allison answered all of my many questions in a timely manner, checked on us repeatedly throughout the day to make sure we had what we needed and that the AC was where we wanted it to be, and even helped with bustling my dress when we needed help. The Weinberg was the perfect place to host our wedding! From tours, to bridal pictures at the venue, to our wedding day, Shaylie and The Weinberg team went above and beyond in every single aspect. Weeks later, our guest are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was and that it was the neatest place they have ever been! We could not agree more. The Weinberg at Wixon Valley is a remarkable place to get married. When looking at venues for our wedding, my husband and I had our eyes on the Weinberg from the start. It embodies elegance with a rustic flare and overall is a breathtaking place all on its own. It allowed us to host all 250 of our guests easily and with room to spare. If we ever had a question or needed a recommendation the Weinberg managers (Shaylie, Skyler, and Allison) were quick to respond which made communication about our needs for our wedding very easy. Beautiful venue, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY FROM THE MGMT NEEDS SOME WORK!!!!! Considering the amount of money you spend at this venue, you would think the hospitality from management/the owners would be top notch... but that is not the experience we had at all :/ Sadly, in my opinion it was very obvious that The Weinberg was much more worried about upholding their precious venue than making the bride/grooms dreams come true! If you have a limitless budget and are willing to just allow them to do things their way, Im sure you wont have as many issues...BUTTT If you are a small town girl like me with a budget and want family and personalization to be priority, AND want to make the day your own...then some of these issues may arise! If there was an issue, instead of them assisting to resolve it, they actually added more stress which no bride wants on the day of :( Make sure to read every single line of the contract- they will not budge on any of it to accommodate:/ When Shaylie entered the bridal suite in the morning my mom sweetly said Oh.. youre one of the owners?! and she replied, Well no actually my sister and brother -in-law own it and Im just the work horse! That was definitely not the answer we were expecting and kind of set the tone from there on... Here are some of the reasons as to why we stated the above: - Bridesmaids asked if they could use the bridal suite for breastfeeding/pumping purposes and they were told NO and that they could use the bathroom or walk out to their cars- It is stated in the contract that the bridal/grooms suite will be locked during the reception, but we assumed for mamas there would be some wiggle room- our mistake i guess (there are also no changing tales in the bathrooms)- for being a family run business it was obvious that having kids allowed at your wedding was not their preference - Dont expect a cute congratulations card or a bottle of champ as a thank you in the bridal or groom suite in the morning- they dont even provide you WATER while getting ready- you have to bring your own - My (now) husband and I worked HOURS putting together a slide show to be displayed behind the bar on the drop down TVs (we had all necessary adapters, etc as listed in the contract)- technical issues occurred and my maid/matron of honor had to PHYSICALLY STAY and watch Shaylie fix it or else they wouldnt have taken the time to get it done (acted like it was an inconvenience) - it wasnt playing for the first part of the reception - The venue and bridal/groom suites were HOT- had several guests complain - During the Grand March we were not allowed to use the inside and outside and were told that one of the guests could break the doors... seriously come on!!! - the experience was not the same for guests - You are required to have a professional bussing service- this is in the contract, but just know that it essentially has to truly be an outsideprofessional service- using your catering service in our instance did not suffice to the standards which ended up costing us another $1,000. Overall, after discussing with my now husband, we would not have chosen a different venue. Our guests did have any amazing time and it was a beautiful day & for around 400 guests your options are limited! The bar staff was absolutely lovely! The communication & recommendations leading up to the big day were very helpful! It truly boils down to lack of hospitality for me which is a HUGE deal! As a bride you already have tons of other stressors going on and the added lack of assistance, human kindness, and overall support from the management on the day of was just very frustrating- especially considering the amount you pay for this venue! Hope this helps future couples choose the venue you dream of!

Beautiful venue, went to a wedding there. The bridal suite is one of the best Ive seen. Its spacious for the whole bridal party to change together. Only drawback is that there is no wi-fi (well there is but as the brides sister from UK I wasnt allowed to be given it) but the venue itself is beautiful for a wedding or party

Beautiful Venue! I came here for the wedding of a dear friend and I was surprised at how gorgeous it was. It has a lovely outdoor area as well. There is an area with turf, then a pond that has a bridge over it which is perfect for photographs.One can see the vineyard easily as it is right past the pond which has a secluded sidewalk going around it. The building is a decent size. Do not let the timber beams fool you, the interior sports large chandeliers and metal work giving the facility a very professional, classy touch. They also have rock benches that surround gas fire-pits so guests can socialize outdoors when chilly! I would recommend booking an event here, although the website makes the impression it is reserved solely for weddings.

I just attended a wedding at The Weinberg and let me say, wow!!! The grounds are beautiful with a vineyard in the background and beautiful ponds nearby! The facility was enormous and beautifully decorated! Three enormous chandeliers helped create an upscale feel in a rustic setting. The venue was perfect for the wedding which was held outside and the reception held inside! As a guest, I can only say that I was impressed and loved every minute of the event!

Came to this winery for a wedding recently. They have a large gorgeous space with two outdoor firepits and two bars (1 outdoor and 1 indoor). The bar manager initially refused us access to the elevator but after we kindly pointed out we had multiple pregnant ladies and heavy coolers allowed us to use them. That was an odd issue to say no to in our opinions. Anyhow the indoor event space has plenty of room for 200+ people. They have two separate suites on separate floors which worked out very well for the bridal party and the groomsmen. The bridal party suite is larger to accommodate for hair styling chairs and make up stations while the mens has more couches and a balcony with a view of the parking lot. While the event took place in the beginning of summer, the indoor space was not cool enough, everyone was sweating. When asked the management refused to lower the AC.. The bar staff were incredibly kind and cheerful helping keep everyone hydrated and pleasantly tipsy. Once the wedding was over however the staff didnt clean up. The bridal party was forced to stay, clean up, and even dispose of the trash in the dumpster What an experience!! The staff did not help in any way. All in all I cant recommend this venue. Ive never been to an event where the management didnt care about customer requests like lowering the AC or when the elevator can or cant be used. Not to mention giving attitude along the way. If you do insist on coming here be prepared to pay for the privilege to clean the event space after your event without any help from the staff. This includes taking the garbage out to the dumpster..

My daughter was just married April 25th at this venue.....it was absolutely beautiful and the wedding was very memorable. They worked with us on moving tables and chairs to accommodate my daughters vision for her special day. The ceremony area is located next to the vineyard and their beautiful pond which is accessed by a gorgeous stone bridge. This venue is breathtaking from the moment you drive onto the property. Every detail was taken into consideration to give this rustic yet elegant venue the fairytale setting that every bride dreams of up until her special day. Besides the beauty of the grounds and the venue, I was impressed with the way they used the landscaping and some metal accents to block the view of the parking lot. By doing this any picture taken has a beautiful background. My daughter and son-in-law worked very hard to put together the wedding of their dreams and thanks to The Weinberg at Wixon Valley, everyone was part of this simply magical day. When we first started planning our wedding back in 2019, we were looking for the perfect venue to fit our goals and needs. We wanted a place that would be able to handle our projected number of guests, fit our style and blend of personalities. We wanted a place that would be flexible to our desired vendors, be close to hotel accommodations, places to go out afterwards, and everything in between. Let me tell you we couldn t find anyone . That was until we saw the renderings for this new place being built in early 2020 The Weinberg at Wixon Valley. We set up a visit with Skyler and Shaylor and came to the dirt & studs. Let me tell you.. we fell in love. We walked the grounds, we listed to their dreams, and their stories. We talked about the vision, and we knew it was the place we were meant to get married. It is crazy to think about since we had toured dozens of venues that were built and had photo evidence of immaculate weddings, but Shaylie and Skyler were unmatched in their passion and vision. Fast forward to 2020 and the global pandemic. We were constantly worried on what to do next, but hopeful by 2021 things would smooth out a bit. Skyler and Shaylie were so kind and attentive to every question we had a long the way, and when we finally made it out to the venue to see it in-person, we were absolutely stunned. EVERY detail from the screws, to the chandeliers, to the rocks in the pond; they were exactly as they had described them to us. It was no longer a rendering, it was reality and this is where we were getting married. The Weinberg at Wixon Valley is the most incredible and beautiful wedding venue I have ever been to. The team is amazing and the sisters have got a gem on their hands. When we finally got married in 2021, they worked with us to make sure every detail came to fruition the way we wanted. They were kind enough to help get through every hiccup and were on-site for any questions. Above and beyond doesn t begin to describe how hard they worked to make our wedding perfect.

Like most 2020 couples, we had to postpone our wedding. We originally were supposed to be May 1, 2020 and rescheduled to Oct. 2020 and the venue was more than accommodating. On top of a global pandemic we were also having to plan our wedding from California. The venue was very patient and accommodating and even understood when we mentioned that we possibly would have to postpone again due to my husband s leadership possibly denying his travel request. Luckily, we didn t have to postpone! Venue is BREATHTAKING. We first toured the venue while it was being built, and just from the land alone and the concept art we could tell this would be special. Bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. The hall is spectacular. The weather was kind of iffy that weekend so at last minute we decided to play it safe and have an indoor wedding. Absolutely spectacular venue. Photos do not do it justice. If you re looking for a one of a kind venue in college station with an indoor ceremony option, this is the place!!!

The venue and grounds were very nicely landscaped and decorated. The entire venue must be recently opened. Everything was new! Even with covid precautions, the wedding and reception we attended was beautiful.

I got engaged in December of 2018 and we didnt immediately jump on the venue hunt. You see I wanted to get married at a castle in Ireland and my fiance really wasnt down for that haha. So as time went by we finally agreed on a date! Halloween! Then the hunt was on! When we found the Weinberg online we were instantly drawn to its character so of course we had to schedule a visit. Shaylie met us at the venue while it was still under construction! now let me tell you, touring a venue while its under construction Is a totally different feeling. However as the months went by the venue transformed before our eyes! I wont lie I creeped the weinbergs Instagram and Facebook daily for new updates because I was so excited to see it come together!There truly is not another venue around that even comes close to the beauty this venue has. I wanted glamorous and romantic...and my now husband wanted something rustic an industrial... The Weinberg accomplishes both. Not to mention its on Kurten Cemetery road... How perfect for a Halloween wedding!? Then COVID hit. What a bummer right!? I freaked out! All of my planning, my guest list all of it was soon in jeopardy because of the pandemic. Shaylie was such a godsend. Every email I wrote, which had to have been about 6,000, she responded to with Grace and understanding. she kept us in the loop the entire time as to what was going on at the venue and what that meant for our wedding in the future. Luckily as things progressed, the restrictions were lifted and we were able to go to the venue to take our engagement photos. when we went to take our engagement photos, that was actually the first time that we were able to see the venue completed. When I tell you I was crying inside, that is an understatement. I was elated with how the venue had turned out. Our photographer even made mention of how gorgeous it was, and how she has never seen anything as beautiful as the Weinberg. Our photos turned out absolutely phenomenal and a large part of that was because of the grounds. It truly is breathtaking.Fast forward, at this point were about a month out from the wedding. My catering company wanted to take a look at the space and Shaylie was happy to accommodate us! During this time Shaylie also sent us emails for everything that we would need to do before the wedding, a checklist if you will. This was so helpful! As weddings get closer you get what I like to call bride brain... This is when you forget everything. So these friendly reminders were amazing in helping me plan and orchestrate the perfect day. Now comes the big day! Some of my vendors showed up a little bit early and they were still able to get inside and set up which was much appreciated because it helped the day move along so smoothly. Upon entering the bridal suite I was greeted with a beautiful framed photograph of me and my fiance from the Weinberg along with the most beautiful handwritten note. Its these little touches that makes such a big difference! You can tell that the Weinberg really cares about its couples and theyre invested in making sure you have the most perfect day. Once most of my girls were there, Shaylie took us on a quick tour to explain what would need to be done at the end of the night and how the venue should be left. this was so nice because it set the expectation and everybody knew what they had to do throughout the day. Unfortunately at the end of the evening I got very sick. Heres a tip for brides make sure that you eat!! I was told about 50,000 times you need to eat something you need to eat something but of course I didnt listen and it ended up biting me in the butt. Ill tell you those nerves get the better of you at the end of the day. However once Shaylie heard that I was under the weather she went upstairs and unlocked the bridal suite for me !! This way I could be sick in peace haha. That was so kind of her! Overall my experience have spent nothing short of exceptional and I will continue to sing the praises of this venue for the rest of my life! (I could keep going but Google is cutting me off)

**UPDATED** Unfortunately, this venue s ownership is poor to say the least. Compassion and empathy are necessary when working in the wedding industry and the lack of concern for the couples that entrust them with their special day is evident. While the venue is attractive, the attitude and poor business acumen of the owners is extremely unattractive. I recommend staying away from this venue as their focus is on keeping your money rather than ensuring you have a magical event. There are far too many beautiful locations than to settle for a place that lacks customer service and basic hospitality. **Response to Weinberg s response** Unfortunately this response was anticipated as there has been a lack of compassion or ownership throughout this entire situation. Jamie did in fact reach out with you to try to come to a resolution in early July. Had you not put a hard stop to the idea of rescheduling and not simply stated that she would have essentially thrown her money away if she rescheduled, the tough decision to reschedule would have been made at that time. That would have left 5 1/2 months to reschedule a wedding or event for that date and certainly increased the likelihood of this happening. Unfortunately, you did not entertain the idea of postponing or crediting them for the ridiculous expense that you charge for your venue until SEVERAL emails later. I find your lack of compassion and callous attitude during a worldwide pandemic absolutely appalling.

You have NEVER EVER been to a facility like this. Let me further express it by saying never! Whoever built this facility must have died, went to heaven, took a glance, came back to Earth and then built this facility based on what they saw in heaven. Wherever youre getting married is like getting married on the set of Sanford and Son compared to this place. I dont work here, Im not associated or affiliated with the facility. Im just telling you what Im seeing. Im a DJ and have DJed at many facilities in my life but none even compare to the Weinberg

This was the most incredible wedding venue I have ever been to! Everything was perfect and everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful! I could not recommend this place more to hold a wedding or event. The building and grounds are just breathtaking! The bartenders were super friendly and quick for even a wedding of this size. The women who run the place were extremely friendly and on top of every detail. Thanks for such an amazing time!

I was recently in a wedding here, and it is a GORGEOUS venue! Not one detail was overlooked while they were building this place. Everyone at the wedding was talking about how nice the venue was, and the wedding went off without a hitch! I loved the outdoor area for yard games and socializing. Highly recommend this venue.

We attended a wedding at this venue. They had just opened the new facility. This was the event s 3rd wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The decor was simply classic and breathtaking. The couple chose a amazing place to hold their wedding.
