I am having to change my good review for this location it has gone downhill over the last few months I am literally the only car in the Stalls I have been here since 8:00 it is 8:45 and I have still not received my food other cars have come and gone from the drive-thru the woman who took my order told me that they were having a skeleton crew but this keeps happening. I would suggest hiring ample staff or paying the current staff a wage that motivates them to work. This actually makes me sad because I really loved this location

Long wait times, wrong orders, half the stalls are broken, and the drive thru backs up so much that you cant get out of a stall even if you find a working one. Its obvious that the place is short-staffed and mismanaged.

I wanted to make you aware of a horrible experience I had the other day. Mostly for the future improvement, but I would think that a refund would also be in order. I dont typically write these reviews or emails but this was exceptionally awful and not my first bad experience that this location. I ordered a head on the app at 8:30 in the morning so that I could pick up the order at 12 and eat lunch with my kids during lunch time at school at 12:30. I showed up about 12:10 which allowed me about 20 minutes to get the food and go to the school. Since I had already ordered and paid ahead of time, I thought I could run through and grab it and get out. Hence the reason for ordering a head and the reason for the app. Instead, am employee told me to pull into a broken spot and she would grab the food. I did and after about 5 minutes she never came. So I left and went to another spot, pushed the button, waited a few more minutes. The employees answered, said that they would bring up my order shortly. I waited another 5 minutes and pushed the button and got the same response. Then I walked up to talk to someone, waited, etc. It turns out that they couldnt find my order and that was the issue all along. After all of this back and forth, it took a total of 40 minutes to get an order that was placed with a 3-hour advanced notice. I missed my kids school lunch. They were upset and crying. The school could not accommodate a longer lunch time for them even though they had not eaten lunch. I will say that the location was very busy ( and understaffed). However, the whole thing was awful and could have, and should have been avoided. To top things off, the manager never came and spoke to me nor did I ever get an apology. I go to this sonic at least once a week to get a sweet tea and unsweetened tea. No issues. Depending on the time of day it can take longer my only real complaint is sometimes they forget the sauce but that s gotten better in the last few months. It s one of quick and fast food restaurants in town!

Another rude experience. I ordered two pretzel twists and the lady there said we don t have cheese sauce so if that s what you want then we don t have what you want. There was no salt on them either. Every time I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt someone messes it up worse than the last one. The food order is never correct and there is always something with the quality of the food served. Corporate should just close this one down or force new ownership to turn it around.

Not only was I there for over 30 minutes. I ordered a slushie with nerds. They didn t have nerds and tried getting away with it by putting some random cake sprinkles, and not telling anyone. I asked if they were out of nerds where the guy replied probably. Went inside and made a plain slush and on top of that they still didn t refund the nerds.

The Huffman location needs scheduling help and determining how long after the patty comes off the grill to slap the cheese on it. I am not a fan of cold cheese on my hot burger. This location is getting worse. 10:30 on a Sunday night, the ice cream machine is already broken down, so no desserts. Add to that we sat 5 minutes at a stall after the app check in waiting for our things to then have to push the button, wait more, to find out the ice cream machine was down for cleaning. Oh, there is only one other customer car there.we were there 20 minutes for a Frito burrito. Just sad! Update 04/04/24 - The service was fast and friendly. They put all the requested condiments in the bag and brought out a spoon promptly after we requested one. Things are, looking up here.

Very nice staff, but their food leaves a little to be desired. Too often, Ive gotten an order of tots and theyve been soggy or actually cold. Thats disappointing coming from a chain known for tots. Ive ordered mozzarella sticks, only to find the whole order is just the bread shells and all the cheese leaked out somewhere other than in my order.

Stopped in for an easy dinner tonight, took it home. Went to eat and part of my order was wrong. Im sure it was a accident. Called up and ask if I could have it corrected and was told yes. It was no issue for me I dont live far. The manager and staff were supper sweet about fixing it. They are always nice when I go there and I appreciate the heck out if it. Im a generally grumpy person. One gentleman even offered my ice cream while I waited. I declined, but only cause I have so much in my freezer to eat. Mistakes happen. I make plenty on the daily. Does this franchise owner read reviews? Everytime I ve came here I ve ordered off the app. Everytime I check in, they quickly have it go through the process on the screen-order-in the kitchen- out for delivery, goes quick but I still wait an ADDITIONAL 5-7mins after it s cleared my screen. Like I ve received my order. They do this to make it look like they are getting through the orders quickly and not. Cheating the system. This location has steadily declined throughout the years. Half the stalls are broken but not clearly marked until you pull in, so you have to back out and find another one. If you order ahead (10+ minutes) the wait isn t too bad usually, 1-5 minutes, but ordering there is at least a 15 minute wait.

I have been going here for over a year now and the past two times have been ridiculous. 1st time my experience was almost an hour, for 2 milkshakes. The order taker to awhile to respond and when they did that told me they would be a minute, then when I got my order taken my order didnt come out, I had to do the same process AGAIN with the order taker letting them know my order didnt come out and that I am getting upset. I get my order and it is wrong. I tell them I want a refund which that was a whole 20 minute process in itself. 2nd try after 3 months I then went there for what will be my last time, I went through the drive thru this time thinking they cant forget about me surely. Well they managed to do that by telling me to wait then no response for over 5 minutes. I pull up to the window and they say there headset died, They didnt tell you that? All the while her music is blairing, chewing gum, and never once apologized. Normally I wouldnt care about chewing gum or listening to music, but it was just her attitude on handling this mistake she clearly made. Finally get my order in and get my food, but its left me in a foul mood reminding me about my first experience. I dont think they are changing anytime soon. I ordered 3 footlong meals 2 with tator tots and 1 with broccoli cheese tots and 1 footlong only. I had to reorder 1 footlong that was missing from my order, I got 1 fry and one tator tots, instead of 2 tator tots and everything was cold. Didnt taste fresh. Disappointed!!

Update: so today, 7/7, I accidentally ordered a regular cherry limeade instead of diet. I ordered on app. Arrived and hit the intercom. Steven answered and was super nice and willing to assist in changing my order due to my mistake. Steven thank you!! Ordered on the app. Set my pickup time. It was ready when I arrived. And might I add the carbon was super friendly.

I honestly have no clue how this place doesnt have a lower star rating. Between the constant mess ups from orders, the food being Luke warm at best after waiting 20mins for the order. This place is absolutely horrible !

Very bad service rude service had to ask them to repeat the order to check got our order wrong didnt even show how much it cost or even the order on the screen was about 5:30 waited till almost 5:50 an still nothing.

I came with my kids I press the button and was waiting about 8 minutes untull I keep pressing again and finally they answer and I was ordering when she stop talking and ended my order and never answer again. The only was nice and apologized was the server. But dont think I would come back again here.

Pre ordered, waited 30 minutes after waiting they brought out a order that wasnt ours, they took it back and brought back another one, wasnt ours once again after 20 more minutes they finally gave us the correct order. Wheelchair accessibility: You dont have to get out of your car but the button still is very far away and may be difficult to reach.

I worked at this Sonic as a teen so maybe thats why I expect more, but going to Huffman Sonic is a roll of the dice. You never know what youre gonna get. Ive had amazing food come from that kitchen, then again Ive been served a green hotdog The choice is yours, but best to stick to made to order fried foods like the mozzarella sticks or cheddar peppers. Kid-friendliness: The patio is a fun place for the kids to gather and have ice cream on a hot summer day. Wheelchair accessibility: I will say Sonic has great ADA practices and accessibility.

My experience here is always good I stop here quite often after church to get me a drink and some of the workers are nice but then there are a few that are kind of rude at the drive-thru window by us being customers they need to have a better attitude

Anytime I go into Huffman I always stop at this sonic. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. The girl taking the orders did not pay attention to what was being said. I dont know if she had a rough morning or what but you need to get it together when you are in customer service.

Dont waste your time with this sonic. Half of the stalls are out of order, and after finding one that works, they said they are drive thru only. Then going to the drive thru, they said their ice cream machine isnt working.

I had to take the time out of my day to give a huge shout out to Sky at Huffman Sonic. This place was doomed about a year ago and I dreaded coming here. For the last few months the employees have been so kind and fast, ALWAYS apologizing for the wait which they do not have to, I get it! But I especially love my carhop Sky, he is fast, and seriously the sweetest every time he brings me my stuff. On top of that, I never have cash to tip but yet he doesn t even care almost. He s still happy every time. Sky, if you read this, I promise you ll get a great tip from me the day I have cash! Thanks for helping out our local sonic!

Online ordering always down and all of a sudden they can no longer honor happy hour prices unless you order online . If it s down, there is no option. It is interesting to me that they have honored half price in the past. In fact, the lady working the window offered it too me many months ago. This new crew says they don t do that and have never done that.
