More than 6 tables was dirty with the staff sitting around. I had to get the guy to clean up my table 4 times cause they rag he was using was dirty so I got him to get a new one which he was mad, once food was delivered he never checked on us and when he asked me if he will be getting a tip today with a stink eye I replied no. Now if he would have checked on us and actually cared about his job and customers then I would have tipped. Not impressed

I was brought a completely different menu item than what I ordered. I sent it back but the waiter had to return to our table 3 times to ask questions about my order. When it finally came out, the side was not with it. It tasted great when I finally received it. The manager did remove the charge for my plate but we dont want to go back. Dietary restrictions: As a cancer survived, I try to watch what I eat and I have a high protein need. I also avoid processed meats and there are menu items that work for me.

We recently visited the Burleson IHOP and enjoyed a satisfying meal. We ordered omelettes, which were quite good, and as expected, the pancakes were already great. We also had a side of hash, which complemented our meal nicely. The service was impressive our waitress was prompt, kind, and ensured we had everything we needed in a timely manner. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant could use some improvement. While the food and service were excellent, a bit more attention to tidiness would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and with a little extra care in maintaining cleanliness, it could be even better.

I wanted to take a moment to brag on this amazing location. Tonight was graduation, and afterwards many large groups went to IHOP. It being a Thursday, and them being completely in the dark about graduation, they had normal staffing. We were one group of probably 6, each with around 15+ people who popped in. They all went above and beyond, never once complaining. They provided drinks as the crowd waited, called in extra staff, and performed amazingly. I truly can t say enough praising words to express my gratitude. This place really stepped up. Thank you!!!

During the day isnt too bad, but if you go super late at night, its awful. The majority of the people are on drugs and make it very clear that theyre on drugs. The service is slow and you can hear the cook talking bad about you and your order. Its just super unprofessional. Not to mention how they mess up the order almost every single. My friend waited two hours for food and when she got it, she had to send it back because the cook messed up, they started talking smack and cursing about her, it was just super disrespectful. Manager on duty and our waiter did nothing about it.

We were just passing through and stopped here on a whim. It was pretty dead but our waiter was quick and very polite. Another waiter came over and challenged my son to tic tac toe and let him win and pick a mini shake. So kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bacon was crispy and hot, the crepes looked pretty close to the menu picture and were amazing. We all left full and happy. Such a pleasant experience. The kid really wanted to eat here. I wish I would have said no. The food was blah. The syrup on our table marked as original flavor was mixed with blueberry and ruined the waffle sorry not a fan of it. Didnt even offer to replace it. It took for ever had to give our drink order twice and our food order twice. Do not get tea it taste sour. When the bill came they double charged us and fixed it handed us the new bill and added on new charges for things we didnt have. We had to wait 15 minutes to get our bill fixed again. O and they charge 3.39 for a coffee. The staff has no idea what they are doing and the managers werent much help. but if thats not bad enough we over heard them tell the table next to us they no longer give vets discounts. And the worst of it all is how dirty it was. The floor was so sticky I actually stuck to it and it had not been swept in a long time. Dont waste your time go else where, if you do go have plenty of time on your hands your going to be waiting a long time for that food.

I came in at 11pm on a Thursday. I along with 4 other people stood waiting at the entrance for service. A skinny waitress with short hair came and said they were super busy and had to clean tables before they could seat us and that would take about ten minutes. I looked around and saw the place half empty I wondered what she was talking about. I along with the other customers waited for longer than 25 minutes to be seated even though it was half empty. When I finally was sat by a man with an orange beanie he filled by coffee cup 1/3 of the way and left to attend another table calling him. I overheard the table complain that the pancakes were half cooked and the eggs tasted spoiled. The waiter then whispered ok free dessert in the house about then I began to evaluate my choice of staying. I still gave them a chance, however, after about waiting 15 minutes for my food I looked around for the waiter (short man with the orange beanie) I noticed he was sitting down with some old ladies chatting .. at that point I got up and told him my food is taking too long but keep chatting don t stop on my account he looked at me and said oh I apologized then went back to talking to the old ladies . Clearly didn t care. To the manager of the store I hope you read this review. I will also notify the food inspector about this place

Very fast with seating us, waitress Maria was very friendly. Maria was awesome. California roasted turkey melt. Dont eat pork bacon or sausage, ask for turkey bacon instead of the pork bacon, No problem. With a smile. Dad an sister, ordered breakfast plates, again no problem to have turkey sausage links. As we walked in, I could see a young man with a beard. He was scratching on the bottom side of it, my thoughts were please don t let that be our waiter. Of course it was,and I m sure he didn t wash his hands. Menu has changed, no pecan waffles, just original syrup, smaller portions it seemed and bigger prices. Waiter was nice, food was hot. While eating I noticed black mold all under the window ledge. My mother had her back up against it, because of the way the tables were arranged. The ceiling had stains from water leaks, napkins stuffed in the a/c vents. Below the window itself caulking missing and paint chipping off. I m surprised the health department hasn t shut this place down.

Our sweet waitress was the only redeeming thing in this disaster. They got our order wrong in the kitchen. The items arrived still looking like they had just come out of the freezer bag. This ihop was very good, I didnt have to wait longer than 15 minutes, the food came out fast and fresh. The workers here seemed to like to work, and they made conversation with us while we waited. One of them even paid attention to my daughter and wanted to color with her. But now, on to the food. Steak tips were delicious but a bit too much on the mushrooms side. Its ok, though I probably should have said easy on mushrooms. Hashbrown came out fresh and not cold or overcooked. Eggs, you can really mess that up, lol. The waffle was the perfect crisp and golden brown. The waitress was also kind enough and brought out hot syrup without me even asking, and was recommending me different flavors I havent tried. (I just got a normal one, lol) Overall, we had a very good experience at this Ihop. This is definitely our new location, and we will be coming back to this one more often. P.S. I will try the omelets next time, I hear they are very delicious.

I guess we caught them on a bad night but nevertheless, the service was kind of spotty. It was four of us. Out of everyone my food was not made correctly. When I brought this to the attention of the server she took place back. Everything was okay until she brought the same plate back with the omelet looking disheveled as if someone had opened My omelette up and looked through it. The waitress admitted that her manager went through the omelette to see if the missing ingredients were in there and then had the cook add ra w vegetables to the omelette and brought the same omelette back to me. I couldnt eat it so I asked to speak with the manager about removing it from the bill. Instead of being accountable for the mistake or even bringing me back tampered food, he made excuses and then only offered a 10% discount which equal to about $3. Needless to say this will be the last time we go to that IHOP

I went with my kids last night to grab some dinner and get out of the storm for a bit and the place was beyond packed but my waitress I think her name was mauri was amazing. It looked like they were short staffed but she was running around making sure everyone was taken care of and went above and beyond with her service. Even though the wait was almost an hour she made sure to take care of us and even surprised my kids with a little dessert. Customer service was amazing and I highly recommend getting her as your waitress.

They were not very busy but were extremely short-handed. She service was not bad, and the food actually came out fresh. The server was very polite, and the food tasted good. Was pleasantly surprised for how understaffed they were. Good experience overall.

The horrible black and gray bathroom covers. Dirty, the floors, the sinks, its incredible to find a dirty place where you go to eat. I wish the owner would pay attention to this. I hope the kitchen is not the same...

Very dirty, very good service, very attentive waitress, the food arrived quickly and was not bad, but the restaurant was very dirty, the bathrooms were terrible. Does anyone know if they changed owners because the truth is, the hygiene of the place is disgusting?

Had a lady who was serving me and my girlfriend straight up put her hands on the table, and didnt ask but just waited till we said something, And then took a whole 10 to 15 minutes to grab our food from the counter to give it too us. Not only that but we had to get someone to give us our check.

The Burleson Ihop is my go-to place when my husband and I are in the mood for breakfast. Ive been there many times and have always had great customer service. The food is quick to come out and always tastes great. I was there for supper today. Shout out to our waitress Maria, she was great!

The website wasn t operating properly and when I called to place my order ahead for pickup they refused to take my order over the phone even though they were aware of the website issue. When I got to the restaurant I was expecting them to be extremely busy being that they couldn t grant the courtesy of taking a phone order. BUT you guessed it. It s was dead they were just being lazy!
