Its been a while since I left a positive review for this kind of a service so I was pleasantly surprised. Very quick and professional service. I called on Monday to get a quote for gutters cleaning and a guard install, we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and got it all done on Wednesday. Both Felipe who did the quote and Juan Carlos Suazo who did the job for us were polite and professional. Kudos to Juan Carlos for double checking with me on some nuances of the job and taking extra pictures as I asked. Small details like cleaning the leaves from the front yard that fell during the cleaning were especially nice. And the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

TruShine window and outdoor cleaning services run by Arman is undeniably one of the best. The technicians were on time and took personal ownership of their tasks communicating along the way anything they found before and during the cleaning. The front office was fantastic in coordinating and texting me throughout the scheduling process. The pricing was straightforward. No hidden fees. No jacking up the price and discounting etc. Finally, Arman himself. He is a hands-on owner who definitely sets the culture for this company. He personally came over and checked out every nook and corner of the house outside and inside (window screen replacement and repair). Harold and Marc did a really great job at being careful with the windows and keeping me informed of what they were doing as they moved about cleaning the windows. There was a window that needed attention that they made me aware of and I was VERY appreciative of that. Carlos Suazo just finished our home gutter cleaning. What an awesome job. Very affordable, very professional, went above and beyond what most contractors would do. Cleaned up the very full gutters, rinsed them out, cleaned up the debris blown out and bagged it up. The roof looks awesome as well. He cleaned off the debris on the roof that was going to drain into the gutters! Put my hose up, clean the driveway, etc. better than it was when he got here! Took the time to recommend his findings and the quote I had received. I m a very satisfied customer and will be returning to this company for other services as well and gutter replacement. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the job that was done. My house has original windows from the 70s and they had not been professionally cleaned. After the hard water stain removal and full cleaning, they actually sparkle. My only complaint has to do with the communication between the technicians and the front office. After receiving the quote, I had informed the front office that I wanted to add the hard water treatment to the job. I was informed that the technicians would bring the chemicals with them so that they could do this. When they came out, they did not have the chemicals and said that was never communicated. This meant they only did the inside on the day of the original appointment and came back to do the outside the following day. After the second day, (I was not home at the time), my card was charged in full, but I noticed several things did not appear complete. I received no communication about an unfinished job so called to complain. It wasnt until I spoke with the technician when he came out the third time that I learned that he had not finished on that second day and intended to come out again to finish what had been left undone. I would use these services again because the result was fabulous, but I hope that the communication improves.

Had these guys out to clean 4 units in our subdivision. We have 3 story stand alone houses. When they first came out, they found that our houses were slightly taller than most 3 story properties in Houston and they therefore couldnt clean them at our original appointment. TruShine stood by their quote and came back the next week to clean all 4 properties. They call and email before the appointment and are always in contact. I had these guys help me with all the glass on my windows and doors. Initially they did the jet spray with the broom service but that did not really do the job. I called the office back and they immediately sent Mark in to save the day. He used soap and squeegee to clean every single pane of glass to perfection. Thanks Mark! I recently had Trushine out to clean my homes windows, inside and out, wipe down my wood blinds and make minor repairs to one of my gutters. I will definitely use them again as they did a very good job. They came out to give me a quote the day after I contacted them, and put me on their schedule for the following day. I was told they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. and they were here at 8:00 a.m. on the dot. I was hoping to do a proper review on the quality of service, but I didn t even get that far. I had tried several times, first time it rained, which is understandable, but the second time they couldn t wait for me to give them the code, they left before I could get the call. I work at a doctors office, and I can t always run to answer my phone. Then they were here today, already had the code, so I wouldn t worry about missing their call, but apparently they didn t know how to work it, and left. I called them 5 min after they called, and they wouldn t answer me back to tell me they left. I have workers at my house all the time, never have I had them not know how to get in, or just leave if I was delayed in answering a call. In response to your response, I did speak to him and gave him the code again, thinking they should be in momentarily they gave me 5 min after that call, and left. If they had 2 hours they could have said, we can only to do many since we lost time. I honestly would have been fine with that. Anyway, I do appreciate the refund, but I would have preferred my service. Management was fantastic, but not the service guys. As mentioned I have never had people just run off when I can t answer, or not answer my calls wondering what happened.

I originally had an issue with this company but Arman, the owner, called me and asked for a second chance to prove their services. I did use their services and he was true to his word. Mark was the one that worked on my house and did a great job. It turned out to be a great experience and would recommend them to others. Between Arman ensuring things are done at the highest level and quality and honesty of the job Mark did, I am a very satisfied customer. Their attention to customer service is great.

BEWARE- Trueshine has a disclaimer stating they MAY charge a 3% convenience fee. BUT - Youre given an invoice for your approval - You approve the amount on the invoice - then you are emailed an invoice with another amount which you didnt approve & it includes a 3% convenience fee. This is a deceptive business practice & is totally unethical. Its a shame - the employees did a good job - but I will never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else use their services!!!!

Arman came over first to inspect the house and then provided an extremely competitive price on Exterior Window Cleaning and took his time to explain the pricing and process. It also included cleaning of the Window screens. The finished job was excellent and I would highly recommend Trushine to anyone looking for window cleaning services.

Excellent service! Anthony gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for cleaning and installing gutter covers. Herold did the installation and cleaning. Both were friendly, professional and punctual. I paid for the package that cleans gutters and repairs leaks on gutter joints. They sent a very inexperienced guy out twice. The first time the guy said he didn t see any leaks so he didn t do anything. I told him there were clearly leaks even noted by the man that came out and did the estimate. When they sent the guy out the second time because after it rained I called and said the man that came out said to call if I saw leaks. He came out again and he did caulk or whatever but it was all messy like a kid in elementary school did a paper mache . Third guy came out and actually did his best to fill the joint leaks. He seemed to know what he was doing and did say the guy that came out the first two times was a new hire. Unfortunately, still leaking at the joint and the guy never came back out to paint over the mess the first guy made with the exterior leaking caulking stuff he used. This was back in May and I m just now getting around to writing this. I don t feel customer satisfied with the joint leak repair however, the gutter cleaning was good. Surprised I had this experience with all the good reviews they have which is why I chose them to begin with. After the third time of sending someone out I just felt like there was no use and I ll try again with someone else later.

Great Job! Rented a house and windows had a grey film with splattered paint, hard water deposits, etc. I had then cleaned by another and they never opened the windows nor got the frames, ledges, etc. They were still a filthy mess. I had Trushine Window Cleaning come and they were able to get the windows shining and super clean - both inside and out! They cleaned the frames, screens, and got the paint off of the windows too (which I did not expect). Excellent customer service and great prices. Highly recommend if you need windows cleaned. They offer other services too, but I did not get those so I can not comment, but would suspect they would do a spectacular job on those too.

The owner, Arman came out on Monday, May 11th and gave me a quote for gutter cleaning and gutter installation. I have not had my gutters cleaned since I moved into my house four years ago. I scheduled my gutter cleaning the next day on 5/12/20. Mark came out and cleaned my gutter in 30 min. I was impressed. I did not realize how much dirt, tree leaves and branches were in my gutters! Mark did an amazing job. I will definitely call Trushine Window Cleaning to come for gutter installation. See photo of my clean gutters.

The owner Arman personally came out to evaluate my gutter cleaning. Everything was done great. I had a small problem with my gutter/splash guard that they are helping me with. They are trying to fix my problem by using silicone to close the gap between the gutter and splash guard. If this low cost fix does not work then we will explore other options. The email and communication has been amazing. The service tech that has come to my house twice is EXTREMELY professional and nice.

Arman from trushine was an great contractor to work with. We have a three story townhouse thats very close to our neighbors property and was not an easy job. A previous larger well-known contractor had come out, and did not respond back due to their reluctance to take the job.
