The Tea Party event, Erica Haupert, put together was such a fun and enjoyable experience. The banquet hall was decorated so beautifully and the food was delicious. The photo booths were a nice and fun touch to this event. The tea party was such an enjoyable and unique experience and San Antonio definitely needs more events like this here. Hats off to Erica and thank you for your hard work putting this together for us!

We had such a great time at the recent Tea Party! Everything from the entrance, the photo opportunities, the table arrangements, the food, the giveaways, to the host was amazing. We strive to make each and every event an unforgettable experience and I can 100% attest to them hitting the mark recently. I hosted my moms 70th birthday there 2 weekends ago and we were blown away at the execution from start to finish. Anytime you host an event at a new venue it can be scary but from the moment I met with Amanda I knew she understood my vision. While the venue lends itself to a western theme I did not want anything western and Amanda and her amazing support team worked with me every step of the way! Executing the contract was clear and easy, no hidden language. Selecting the event colors and décor was super easy and one of the main reasons I chose Pedrottis. As a busy career woman I did not have time to manage every vendors and to my surprise Pedrottis can handle everything. Table décor, lighting, stage, balloons, giant numbers, catering and more... Leading up to the event I did a walk through with the team and felt comfortable with how everything was going to be executed. Sure enough on the day of everything was PERFECT. I highly recommend using Pedrottis for your next party, company picnic, team building activity, graduation party, wedding or whatever your needs are. They are super accommodating and you will enjoy working with them like I did. Our 24 holiday party will be at Pedrottis in December! Id like to give a special shout out to Mr. Pedrotti, Amanda, Pablo, Briana, Ana, Maria, Chef George and anyone else who assisted with our event. I would like to also let you know the food was 10/10!! All of our guest commented on how fresh and delicious the food was. Thank you Pedrottis Ranch!

What a great venue. The food was great, asked about some allergies and they knew the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. The MC from the venue was kind, entertaining, and respectfully nice to the crowd and the family gathering. They had fun games and events for people to participate in and they kept the event going forward. Would highly recommend for large personal events or all company events.

This is a great venue for any conference or large gathering. It is spacious in the auditorium and the first large room when entering the building is ideal to set up tables to meet guests and an area to set up displays or sell merchandise. At the Helotes Pageant, the stage area in the auditorium was perfect to make presentations. There was great lighting, sound, and screens to present videos.

We used Pedrottis for our high school prom this year. The staff at Pedrottis is SUPER easy to work with. Norma helped us map out specific features we wanted like a balloon wall and 2 photo booths. The staff was amazing. The students had chosen items to use as table decorations with our theme. We dropped them off the week before the prom, and on the day of, Pedrottis staff decorated all the tables for us. The food was really good and the kids liked the Pedrottis DJ. It was an amazing night and low stress for teachers and administrators who were chaperoning. the kids really enjoyed themselves and stayed until the end of our event. They also have lots and lots of parking that is free.

My son had his band banquet there, and the decor and atmosphere were nice. The food and parking were atrocious. I am not sure they can fix the parking issue being where it is located. I had no problem with the selection of food, but the taste was very absent. No flavor and very dry. When you have to scrape the bottom of the pan for food, please put some more out.

The venue is cute and really big; Nothing wrong about it at all, hence the 5 stars. Only reason I wasnt as impressed with it is because of the way my school organized our prom. It was fun but the DJ sucked. But the ranch is fine!

We just had our companies annual award banquet here and This place is Amazing!! Everyone is so in tune with one another. I attended a Christmas party with a group in my neighborhood. This has got to be the worst event I have ever attended. I am gluten intolerant, and told the event coordinator that I needed a gluten-free meal. Before any of the the meals were served, the wait staff came to our table and had the names of people food allergies, but my name was not on their list. When I politely asked if I could get a gluten-free meal, they told me no I had to take it up with my event coordinator. I had no clue who my event coordinator was. When everyones meals arrived, they were cold. We complained and asked for warm meals. The staff continued to serve the entire party cold meals. Numerous other tables began to complain. My table of 8 continued to sit with cold food in front of us and I sat with no meal whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager on behalf of my table, and the waiter that I spoke to proceeded to tell me that he tried to tell his boss that they were doing things all wrong. He also informed me that he had his own catering business, and actually tried to give me his phone number, and Information so that if we did another party, I could use him instead of Pedrottis. I truly was looking for a candid camera because I could not believe that this fiasco was actually happening. We had arrived on a bus with the exception of a few people who came in their own cars. We started trying to arrange for our group members to leave via car. Well over 30 minutes or more of waiting for a hot plate, two of our table of 8 found a way home and asked for their meals to be put in a to go container. The same waiter that tried to solicit business for his own company went to get to go containers and then came back and said they cant give us the food and a to go container because of Covid. I notified Pedrotti s and got absolutely no response.

We attended a corporate event. The area is very well maintained. There are lots of scenic places to take pictures. The reception hall where the holiday party was held was very big, clean, the temperature was kept at the comfortable level. Not sure of the price or what exactly is included but I would definitely recommend this property for special events.

Went to the 3rd annual fall fest. Unless you had kids you could set in the bounce castles or put them painting pumpkins and take a load off vs. paying a sitter, this was pretty boring and overly expensive. Didnt really have fun till the band came on. Rodeo seating was cramped, really need to expand that as ticket sales online and at the door outpaced available seating room and standing room was nil. Need more actual food offerings, vs coffee, ice cream outside, specialty juice and one BBQ offering inside with a 6pm start time during typical dinner hours. Not sure the goal was with the vendors, but there was zero trinket shopping, candles, candy, popcorn, etc, but they had a silent auction going on or gutter guard sign up. 6 adult beverages, and 3 brisket sandwiches, $140 plus $60 for the entrance tickets and we didnt even get to see the rodeo. This seemed like a 1st year event to me, not a 3rd.

We attended an event for our daughters dance studio. There were several other events going on at the time. Everything was labeled nicely so as not to cause confusion. We enjoyed the space. We went to a company event at Pedrottis, and it was SO MUCH fun. The staff did an AWESOME job hosting the various games and events. They somehow got everyone to (voluntarily) participate in the different activities, and they even made Bingo really interesting. Everyone from kids to adults genuinely had a good time. The deejay was awesome too. The caricature artists were really talented too. Such a variety of activities for everyone to be included.

They were able to accommodate a large group in an efficient and organized fashion. The bonus/surprise was the rodeo event! It was so much fun to watch the skilled pros bull ride and barrel race. Terrible parking. Never enough spots and my new vehicle was scratched because the facility is too lazy and cheap to cut back the thorny branches that one their garbage parking lot. The food is ALWAYS garbage with no seasoning or flavor. I almost threw up and fainted because they are also too cheap to air condition a room with over 100 people in it. We were really impressed with the staff and the venue. The hall was a little warm for all the dancing and warm bodies. I have to say that I was not impressed with an older gentleman who claimed to be the owner. While the father of the debutant was giving his toast speech, this old guy decides to publicly reprimand a staff member in front of everyone. Not only was the time and place inappropriate, but the humiliation he put his staff member through really didn t sit well with our table. The fact that we had to listen to this guys power trip while trying to listen to the toast the debutant father was giving was very unsettling. I m my opinion, this guy should stay in the back of the house and keep his ego in check.

Went here for the Red Ribbon Luncheon it was very nice spacey, clean place. Outside was very nice and well kept. Its a nice place to def have a wedding, party, baby shower.. very nice.
