The woman working the register at 1030 on 9/14/2023 was rude. I have never encountered this at any Whataburger, Im 69 and have visited many. I eat Whataburger every am 5xw. You have to check your burger every single time. Every. Single. Time. Even ordering using the app, where theres no chance of communication...they just dont care to do anything but the default for every burger. Clearly states my order on the receipt, but, lol, nope. I come to this restaurant all the time I have never had problems until today. As you see in the first photo, my car is parked sideways in the middle of the parking lot. I was parked on the other side of that truck in a parking spot waiting for my son to get his food. Truck pulls up, blocking everyone coming in and out and blocking drive-through and he honked at me demanding me to move. I told him no you re rude. You can wait! I was here first I m waiting for my son to get his food. Then the truck drive said, fine you can be blocked in then. Then the truck driver, calls the manager at Whataburger manager goes out there and allows it so I m blocked in there but luckily I have a small car & had to do the reverse and pull up thing so I could squeeze out of there otherwise next step I would ve had to call the police. I wasn t gonna wait there for two hours for a lazy truck driver to do his job because he doesn t wanna park from away of the front entrance of the restaurant. Even blocking all the handicap spots. Whataburger is open 24 hours of the day and night. It s just ridiculous that people don t even have patience to wait five minutes and have to create problems. And to add on top of it, they couldn t even get my order right.

So much for my first burger here. Came to get food and got in the drive thru at about 10 30. Got to the window at about 1042. They didnt even know my order and asked what name it was under. This was after serving someone who had pulled out of drive thru and parked on the side of someone else. Not sure whats going on here but it looks like I wont be tying this place any time soon. I understand that glitches in the order system are not the fault or responsibility of individual restaurant employees and managers; however, the industry that you are in is customer service. Or at least it used to be. So, as I explained to the manager on duty after waiting for the Whataburger system to catch up with my #FavorDelivery app at the other managers recommendation to no avail, when I have a valid order # and a full order description for one of YOUR delivery customers and you refuse to make the order on the grounds that you cant do it without a screen behind your counter telling you to, what you really mean is that you refuse to, and its your overreliance on technology (having apps communicate with each other rather than making an effort to actually serve people) that has deluded you into believing that you cant. And when a manager dismisses a legitimate request such as mine by waving his hand in my face and walking off without even attempting to be polite, then I sincerely hope that the other crew members watching understand what a poor example this so-called boss is setting and are not expecting to be treated any better by such a person. To the other Favor runner who saw the debacle I was having and reassigned his customers order, I sincerely hope you communicated the circumstances with your customer and with support services rather than choosing your own personal convenience over your job description (also customer service). Because broken systems dont get fixed if no one is willing to do anything about it. The robots certainly arent going to do it for us. Pathetic.

I only come here as often as I do because its close to home and my husband is obsessed with Whataburger. I hate this location (6-19) Once again, sitting inside the dining room, waiting 30 minutes for our order, while watching several tables get their food before us...those who ordered after us (2-27) Our order only took 11 minutes tonight, but as usual, the order we received was incorrect. A lady took our complaint and made sure the issue was corrected. A young man told me her name is Laura. She has provided the best customer service here since Clarita! Laura was awesome (2-22) This location is the worst excuse of a Whataburger ON THIS PLANET !! (2-1-24) this is absolutely NOT fast food! Waiting 25 minutes in the lobby for food is ridiculous! I also saw some pretty unsettling handling of the food being prepared. Apparently food safety is not a concern to the employees here. (2-12-18) Ive been here for 20 minutes already and still havent gotten my food. I ordered one sandwich. I sat in my car waiting in the Drive-Thru for 11 minutes before deciding to come inside, where I waited for another 8 minutes. I now, finally, have my food and it looks like they got my order correct, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The boy who took my order (Demontre N.), took my order then walked away for a second and when he came back, he had already forgotten me and asked if I was ready to order.

The absolute worst service in Atascocita. Their entire job is to make hamburgers. There is always a 10-20 minute wait no matter the customers in front of you. Tonight they outdid themselves - 30 minutes and blamed it on the onion rings while everyone behind us was getting their food. Got home and only had 1 of our 2 orders and they were greasy.

Whataburger used to be 5 stars several years ago, but quality and service are not as good now. Burgers are average and the fries are undercooked. They used to serve soft ice in the past, but not anymore. There are better places to get burgers in Atascocita, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Porkys and Hippo Burger.

We went through the drive through. Everything was done well and the people were friendly. The drive through is setup for two stations, but they reduced it to one. This gives the impression that they are slower than they actually are, which is something they may want to look at. Food was as expected. That is why it is a five star overall. Everything was good. Overall, the service was quick for what they provide, but it would be better if they had you pay at the first window and pickup at the second as designed. If you have the time, it has a nice dining room. I think that is the best Whataburger experience. We just didnt have the time.

I was returning wrong order they gave me again... bit this time two customers are complaining about the floor being wet and one of them slipped and fell because of it. Employees did not handled the situation properly. Instead of apologising for what happen, they taunted the customer and a fight broke because of it. BAD EMPLOYEES!!! POOR WORK ETHICS. I dont usually do burgers, I get the salad from here, ya, weird, I know, but they are REALLY good!! For a fast food place, the salad choices are phenomenal! I just so happened to be in a burger mood though, and this is where you go for a big, beefy, juicy, made-to-order...and they ALWAYS deliver on any specification you can imagine....single, double, triple, heck, Im sure you can get 4 patties if you wanted...whatever your stomach requires Let me tell you...I inhaled this thing!! Their buns are always perfect....soft, yet supportive, and the tomatoes are near bun-sized, cut to the proper thickness, and ripeness, absolute perfection!! You just cant find that on any other burger. Period. The lettuce is never soggy, limp, or hot, its just right, its never too much or too little...onions, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, bbq, hot sauce, ranch or specialty sauce...everything or nothing on your buns....doesnt matter here, you cannot go wrong! These burgers are pretty big, and I can only usually handle a few bites before I hit my wall....not today!! I ate all but 3 bites, its as big as my whole face! So thats a feat!! And like other places, you arent hungry in 30 mins, because they are filling and sustaining...theres no place like Whataburger!! From burgers to chicken, salads to breakfast...I challenge you to find another place where there isnt something you dont like on the menu! Kid-friendliness: Kids absolutely love it!! Not just the kids either...I love how they pack each individual meal, its like theyre all kids meals!!! I cant say enough about this place!! I absolutely love Whataburger!!!!

I did a mobile app order and they didn t give me half my food, I contacted them and I was told to call corporate (which I did) and I still haven t heard anything two months later. I did another MOBLIE order and this location said they didn t receive my order even though my bank account was charged. I showed them the receipt and the same thing happened, call corporate . This store owes me well over $30 for food I ve never gotten. Corporate will not answer the phone, I ve called them countless time and I ve left many voicemails. Years ago, this location boasted fantastic quality and service. After todays lunch stop, however, my family will not be ordering from here again. I realized that it was the lunch rush and I knew I was ordering a lot of food (for 5 people) so I kept the substitutions at a minimum for their convenience. My $50+ order was repeated correctly so I pulled up to wait. I waited for 20 minutes before the food was handed over. The server was gracious and kind. At the end of the transaction, I asked her if I had everything on my ticket before driving off. She advised me that it was. Driving home, I noticed the french fries were lukewarm and had a stiff, old texture. I thought it was super odd as it was a busy time for them and I thought the fries would be steaming hot and fresh. Upon arriving home 30 minutes later, I realized we were missing a meal and there was no cheese added to a sandwich, although we had been charged for both. I called and spoke with the first person who answered the phone. While she seemed genuine, she explained that there was no way to refund bits and pieces of my order. I told her to refund the entire thing and we could re-charge me for what was received. She explained that Whataburger did not have the policies and procedures to do so. While $10 may seem a bit trivial to chalk up to a loss, in this day and age, every little bit counts.

I am and have always been a loyal fan of Whataburger; however, tonights experience was a complete and. total disaster. To start, the Onion Rings and French Fries that we ordered tasted like old cooking oil. You couldnt taste anything but cooking oil. Imagine drinking straight from a bottle of cooking oil, thats exactly what Im describing to you in regards to the flavor. We couldnt even eat them and threw them away. I was sad because I was so looking forward to having their rings and fries. Second, our order of Original Whataburgers was horrific. Imagine eating dinner when you have a head cold. You cant taste anything because you cant smell anything. Basically, eating our Whataburgers was exactly like that. There was absolutely no seasoning at all on the meat patties and the mustard had to be searched for, which we fixed by adding our own Whataburger Mustard to them that we had previously bought from HEB. The vegetables had absolutely no flavor as well. I know that it might sound weird that I stated that the vegetables had no flavor but its true, I cant even begin to explain it to you. This review has been hard for me to do since I have always been a huge fan of Whataburger. Tonights experience in regards to the tasteless burgers and oil drenched sides is something I just couldnt let slide. The best part of tonights experience was that the staff and manager were extremely polite and friendly. Also, I received my order in approximately 7 minutes.

Everytime I order here my food is wrong. How hard is it to not put Mayo on a burger I understand once even twice but every time I tell the cashier multiple times no mayo and still they put mayo on the burger. The workers here need to be retrained or something I won t be coming back and alway tell people to avoid this whataburger.

Quite upsetting took for ever to get my food Asked for my party Fresh & well done . Manager Jean excellent! And 90% of the team members are great except for a couple who don t have a positive demeanor to serve their customers! They should not be in the front line. In general this is a great location, I just hope they don t put those mean staff in front.

I m pretty disappointed! I placed a pickup order and I ordered the Southern bacon double burger, and my burger literally was a double cheeseburger with lettuce. NOTHING THAT I ORDERED! I also paid a lot more for what I received. Pretty disappointed guys. My heart hurts
