My husband and I hosted our wedding at The Bell Tower on 34th in September of 2021. We recently celebrated our anniversary, which left us reminiscing of the extraordinary time we had and how truly beautiful it was. Going through the photos, I felt compelled to leave an outstanding review for The Bell Tower. Years later, we are so happy with our decision to work with them. As a bride, I was very nervous of how my wedding day would go, but the day of the wedding I truly had nothing to worry about other than walking down the aisle! We worked with Leslie as our on-site coordinator through the Bell Tower, and we could not have been more pleased with her services! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! She kept us on time throughout the event and had a great flow to keep our guests entertained. Another thing I must point out is the high quality of the food and over all hospitality of the venue. Not only is the venue stunning, and the catering is amazing as well! Several of my guests are part of the event industry, including food/beverage and hotel management, and we were all HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the quality of the food and plating. Reminiscing of this incredible event has only left us with one issue... When to start planning our vow renewal at The Bell Tower on 34th!!! We cannot thank you enough for these lasting memories!

The Bell Tower on 34th is hand down one of the absolute BEST venues in Houston. My company has worked with this venue for many years producing numerous events together. Every one of my clients that we have worked together with mutually has been beyond satisfied with the beauty of the grounds, hospitality, food quality, bar services, on-site coordinating services, you name it! Review for Bell Tower: I recently attended a wedding at the Bell Tower in July and was thoroughly disappointed with the way things were handled. Despite being told that there would be air conditioning, the building had none, leaving the guests and bridal party in an unbearably hot environment. To make matters worse, the wedding ceremony was held in a dimly lit room where candles had to be used for lighting this is simply unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. I had called beforehand to confirm if they had AC and lights, particularly after Houston had just experienced a hurricane, and was assured everything would be in order. Yet, the bride s hair and makeup were completely ruined due to the heat, which was heartbreaking to witness. Being served water in Styrofoam cups further reflected the lack of attention to detail. Bell Tower is known to be a beautiful venue, but I expected much more from them, especially in terms of basic comfort and service. This experience was truly disappointing.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Bell Tower and had the absolute best time. To start, Lisa Herrera, our event producer, could not be more sweet and accommodating. She was attentive, communicative, and always willing to go the extra step for me and my bride. The venue itself is pristine and beautiful with a wide selection of options that can be tailored to your event. On the frequent occasions that we had to visit the venue, it was clean and presentable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were slightly nervous about the requirement to use in-house food/catering, but all worries went away when we had our menu tasting. Lisa and her team made sure to get our feedback on the food to adjust to our preferences. I highly recommend the Alfredo pasta. Our guests even mentioned, best wedding food ever. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and will remember this day for the rest of our lives.

The musicians were incredible, and the Bell Tower venue was beautiful! I was glad to finally attend one of these shows. My only suggestion would be to have a little more space between the chairs, as it felt very cramped sitting so close to strangers. It was uncomfortable trying to avoid brushing against someone s arm all night. While the seats themselves were uncomfortable, adding some space between them would help a lot. Thank you!

I gave my 40th High School Reunion Event at the Bell Tower. Leslie Gonzales was my event producer. She was easy to contact and communicated options plus the cost. I met with her twice, and we documented everything we wanted plus placement of the tables. On the night of the celebration, she was there early, and she made sure all my requests were met. Everything went as planned, and my classmates are still posting pictures, and they are all extremely satisfied with all aspects of this venue. There were concerns of how good the food would be, but when I asked over 130 guests, how was the food EVERYONE was pleased. If I could give Leslie 6 stars, I would. Job well done and if possible we will be back next year. The pictures speak for themselves. The Class of 1984 Forest Brook and Smiley did it all out. First class as always

We recently had our wedding at The Bell Tower, and it was beyond perfect better than we ever could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, Leslie and the entire team made sure everything was seamless. Leslie went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. She coordinated everything, making sure we could simply enjoy our night without a single worry. Were so grateful to have had her as our wedding coordinator. The bar and buffet staff were outstanding, and our family and friends couldn t stop complimenting the service. The Bell Tower truly made our special day unforgettable. In addition, Leslie and the team were always prompt in responding to our emails, questions, and concerns, which made the entire planning process so much easier. They were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to visit the venue whenever we needed to finalize details or just get a feel for the space. Had my daughters wedding and reception at this venue. The ceremony room was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time at the reception. We were supposed to take care of the clean up for personalized decorations, but the staff had taken care of most of it before we could get to it. My Husband and I had the most beautiful ceremony at this venue for our wedding. Miss Damaris De Leon and her assistant Ashley were just the best. Miss De Leon was always available for questions via text message, gave good honest answers and made the whole process a breeze. During the actual event she was on top of everything! We had nothing to worry about from the moment guests arrived till we departed and I was told by our families that after we left everything was so well cared for. The food was outstanding! We had the fried chicken stuffed with cheese and prosciutto, mashed potatoes and green beans with the tenderloin as a carving station. All of the food was just 5 star! Miss De Leon even asked the chef to make a little extra Tenderloin for my wife as they had run out when she asked for more. If someone in your guests is Glute Free they help accommodate by providing GF meals if its not what you wanted for the whole party. The Bell Tower on 34th set up our event on short notice (9 days) with a dedicated planner that accommodated our every request. Very pleased with the beautiful facility, coordination, wait staff, multimedia technical support, options available, and even the price was pretty reasonable. No complaints. Nit picks: the web portal was not super beneficial but didn t really need it because of the personal involvement of the dedicated planner.

If I could give more stars to this venue, I would give it a thousand because five just doesnt seem like enough. First and foremost, the building is gorgeous; youd think you were stepping into a mansion in the Italian countryside, the greenery was just perfect. The staff was just excellent, very professional and polite; especially our coordinator Leslie! She made our wedding an experience that I will never ever forget, she was so kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond to work with us on our day! Exceeded expectations on every front wouldnt even begin to describe how great the Bell Tower on 34th experience was for me and my team. I hosted a large corporate event here and Leslie Gonsalves (event coordination superstar) and Trey Smith (AV extraordinaire) went ALL in to make sure we had the time of our lives. We used three spaces: the waterwall, chapel, and the chandelier ballroom, and the evening was seamless from moment to moment and space to space. The food was delicious, the entire team was incredibly on point, and Leslie and Trey stepped way the heck up. Like most corporate events we had video and speeches, but unlike most, we decided to put on a 25 minute parody musical to surprise and delight our teams. Trey and Leslie said no problem and went to work making my wild vision come true. We turned the chandelier room into a theatre with beautiful lighting, dramatic entrances from all over the space, and a mix of live and recorded music that would scare most AV professionals. Trey made himself a valued member of our team to make sure the show was a smashing success and Leslie could not have been more accommodating and lovely. 1000% would recommend for any event - it is a steal for the quality of people and venue!

The Bell Tower is an outstanding event venue that provides exceptional service in planning, communication, and execution of events. We collaborated with Leslie G. to organize our companys Holiday Party, and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Leslie was highly professional and kept us informed throughout the process by connecting us with vendors and assisting us with the partys layout. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was always available to help. The staff did an outstanding job taking care of our guests and providing excellent service throughout the night. I recently got married at the bell tower and It was a dream! I highly recommend the Bell Tower for your wedding and ask for Lisa Herrera as your coordinator! I had the absolute best experience at the bell tower and with Lisa. From the moment I walked in to tour the place and was greeted by Lisa to the second I walked out of there married, It was a dream! Lisa and the team at the bell tower made everything go so smoothly and stress free. Communication was always great and Lisa always had an answer for any question we had and I got to live my dream wedding. The day of my wedding Lisa and my wedding planner handled everything so well if there was any thing going on behind the scenes I had no idea. Lisa had also recommended DJ Trey Smith and he did not disappoint! There was never a down time on the dance floor. People even mentioned that they had never been to wedding where all the guests were up dancing. It was a seemless perfect night for me and wish I could do It over and over again.

The Bell Tower is a first class venue with excellent service from planning, communication, and execution of the event. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the same location and worked with Lisa our Coordinator along with Dana and Adrian who led the team during the celebration. The staff did an amazing job flipping the room and providing great service throughout the night! We received so many compliments from our guests of how beautiful the Bell Tower was with its elegant plush but yet rustic look (you feel like you are somewhere in Italy) and how amazing the staff was with taking care of them. Also the food was so good as well! Highly recommend the Bell Tower for not only how beautiful and unique the venue is but also the people that guide you through journey your journey and provide a memorable experience.

Were extremely disappointed in the double standards from website stating you can customize your venue & being sent away in less than 5 minutes by Mrs Herrera that they only do full weddings & reception.

From beginning to end I have nothing bad to say about my experience with the Bell Tower. We signed a year in advance with Brooklyn for our wedding. We ended up working with Damaris and it was such a pleasure. She answered all my questions and had great insight into planning the perfect day. The food tasting was amazing and we were really blown away on the wedding day how hot the food was and it was so good! We opted for the seated dinner and it was everything I wanted. Everyone was served at the same time and all the food was hot. This gave my husband and I a chance to sit and eat and enjoy ourselves. All the service we received was fantastic! From the attendants in the bridal suite and grooms suite to the servers and bar tenders. Damaris really made sure the day went off without a hitch and I couldnt be more grateful. The Bell Tower is stunning on its own and was great for my vision.

Beautiful aesthetic, but horrible customer service/attention to bridal needs. I was in my sisters wedding and was extremely disappointed in the service we received. The wedding coordinator, Lisa, was cold and desensitized to our needs. Perhaps, she has been working in this industry far too long and may need to retire. Caitlin (I believe her name was), who assisted Lisa, was a smidget more personable, but just as the sensitized. As the ceremony approached, we realized we didnt have bouquets and notified Caitlin of their location in order to get them. She left briefly and returned with no bouquets saying cant find them. The bride insist the bouquets were in a particular location and should be relatively easy to find. At that time, Caitlin was able to find only the brides bouquet (Note: all bouquets were in the same location) and declared the bridesmaids walk with cute hands; since we all had manicures. Lisa or Caitlin made any suggestions for the bridesmaids bouquets and we were left to figure out arrangements ourselves. We left feeling like the wedding was just another event they had to deal with and not special in any way. I do not recommend this venue. Throughout their effortless search for the bouquets, we were told the bridesmaids bouquets were disassembled and added to decor which was untrue. Once the night concluded, My sister went to the exact location she described and retrieved the bouquets.

Worst experience in my life! Yes, this place is beautiful and the service was acceptable UNTIL the rehearsal. My wedding party came from different parts of the world with delayed flights. My coordinator, Lisa made them feel so uncomfortable. She kept saying rehearsal is 30 minutes! Im not sure how this is even possible, especially working with kids. Moving on to wedding day. Everything was extremely micromanage. It came time for the ceremony. The ladies realized we didnt have our bouquets while I was getting dressed. I told the employees exactly where they were. We were told, we didnt have time to (walk in ONE ROOM) to get MY BOUQUETS! Are you kidding me? I refused to come out. Later someone came into the bridal suite and said we found one, which was mine. All bouquets were together, including the mens. They refused to listen, stating we were 10 minutes behind. WHO CARES? THE CEREMONY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT! Take time away from the reception. I was concerned about the day being rushed from the beginning and Lisa assured me, it would not be a problem. So concerned, Id call to cancel and was told not to worry. This place also only allows 2 hours to set up for decorations, so unless youre 100% sure everything will run PERFECTLY, dont dont plan on having your dream wedding, unless you want to give them more $$$$ for additional time for decorations. Most venues allow access the morning before the wedding for setup. Long story short, my wedding party walked without bouquets. They found baby breath scraps that were left over from decorations and threw them in our bridal suite and said here, lets go! I spent thousands of dollars on flowers and were unable to use them. After the ceremony, I went directly to the bouquets in the exact place I said they were. Wedding photos ruined! Thanks Bell Tower! Responding to the owners response: Your response further proves the treatment we received. Since were relying on security footage, the arch contained NO FLOWERS! Security cameras should also show me going directly to the bouquets after the ceremony. Lisa is a lie if thats what she told you. I mean Lisa also cried to me during our last meeting, telling me your staff were discriminating against her because shes Hispanic. Bottom line is your staff ruined my wedding by not allowing us to retrieve our bouquets!

Horrible treatment and dismissive of our feelings. I was in a wedding party on 10/15/23 and Kayla refused to go get the bouquet that the bride had personally created for the wedding party. Instead we were told due to been 10 minutes behind that we could just hold out hands pretty. Really!! Your reply that the bouquets were dismantled is incorrect. After the wedding, the bride went right to where she was telling you to look and found them in perfect condition!

I attended a wedding at The Bell Tower recently. This was my second visit here with the first about 9 years ago. The place is beautiful. It s hard to believe that it is set among a residential area. Once you re on the property, it s almost as if you ve been transported to a far off destination. The wedding ceremony took place at the water wall, and it was lovely, though the hour was getting late and there was no lighting. They really should consider fairy lights or something so that the wedding ceremony can be seen. Cocktails were served in an adjacent room while we waited for dinner. The foods prepared for this were quite delicious. A fruit and cheese tray were in the center of the beautiful room, while lamb chops, and shrimp were brought on trays by the servers for guests to enjoy. Dinner was served in the Chandelier Room. Another beautiful space on the property with a winding staircase from which the bride and groom descended. We were seated at table for ten with a dinner place setting for nine. We called for one of the waiters to ask for another place setting, which for whatever reason called for the manager s attention. We tried to let her know that it wasn t anything major, just that the table was missing a place setting. She felt it necessary to tell us that the bride and groom had already gone over their guest limit, not understanding our request, then she walked away. It was a rude statement and she was very rude about it. We found another set of utensils ourselves, and later, one of the servers brought a set of utensils, but not a set of glassware. For this instance, this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 from me. No representative of a venue should ever make such a statement or treat a guest that way. The food was delicious. The bisque was my favorite. It was served buffet style, and the lines managed by the staff so the wait was not long at all. Except for the dinner room manager, The Bell Tower is a lovely place for weddings and corporate events with valet parking, which was really nice. There was another wedding taking place on the property at the time, but I never even noticed the other foot traffic or heard the other party. It was a fun wedding of our friends, and we did enjoy the party.
