The wedding hall itself is OK. But 1 star removed for the horrible parking. The other star removed for overpriced Kim Son catering that came with cold food.

Nice venue, parking on-site, yet not a very large parking area. The event room upstairs easily held a couple hundred people. The food was outstanding. I believe it was an 8 or 9 course meal. The timing, food quality and quantity, and really smooth efficient staff made the event flawless.

Very nice place, I went to a wedding. The food was excellent and atmosphere exciting. They have a very nice size dance floor, clean bathrooms, along with the service you receive makes this place a wonderful place to book any event. I recommend it highly. I believe it is Vietnamese, not sure, still a wonderful, friendly place. We ate a 7 course Dinner and I cant tell you how good it was. I dont eat large meals but I did eat more than usual that night. Everything was exceptionally great.

The food is awesome. The people are so very friendly and helpful. We had a 7 course meal, all course were divine. I even brought some home. Also very pretty place. You never had to even ask for anything. Great place.

Decent food, but the staffs were not good we waited so long to be served and we also booked a whole room til 12am but they took all our food and drinks away at 10pm. Nice decorations though.

Today I came as a invited guess for a wedding. The venue, the food, and service was amazing. At the end of the night a good Friend lost a pearl earring and all the wait staff or the clean up crew was very helpful in looking for the pearl earring. There was one person, a male from the staff that was very rude. I did say a few words to him to correct his attitude, but after that everything was fine. But I was very disappointed with this type of attitude with no compassion towards the lost of this earring. Unfortunately we did not find it, we did bring some of the trash bags home in hope to find this earring. But over all 4 star for the Chateau for the one staff member that could not hold his cool.

So grand! 2 story. Upstairs is perfect for a wedding. Beautiful chandeliers. Very spacious, plenty of room before you even enter the main ballroom.

There are better banquet halls in the area. Not only that, but I am having hard time believing I wasnt treated funny bc Im not Asian. The young man didnt greet my fiance (only me because I called) or give us a tour. He just opened the doors to the reception room. Talked to us rudely the whole time making snide comments and did not even want to even show us the kitchen area. Asking questions felt like I was irritating him? I asked for a business card in case and he said you called me, dont you have my number? Never want to experience something like that again as Im getting ready for my wedding. And I wont because I am booking elsewhere.

Good place to have an event or a wedding. There are 2 halls: one on the first floor, one on the 2nd floor; up to 250 guests each. The food catering here is done by the Kim Son staff so if you like Kim Son you will like it here. The parking space is small though and they do have valet which takes up half of the space.
