Decent size place however treats guests afterwards terribly. My sister threw up and all of the staffing was very rude stating she needs to leave and I have a venues reputation to protect versus caring how the guest is and getting her home safely. I was continuously harassed for this review to be removed from this site. Very unprofessional.

Greatly Dissapointed While a beautiful venue I was disappointed at the service provided by the event management. We were told twice by the original event manager, Dani Meador that there was no need to hire and event coordinator because The Wynden took care of everything and acted as event coordinator the wedding day. So over the course of three days I brought decor items over for my wedding and provided a visio chart for the setup to the manager, Jordan Story. Not once did she ask about deliveries nor did she explain she did not setup. I only learned of this the day the wedding after I inquired (literally hours before the wedding). My wedding party had to scramble 3 hours before the wedding to put items on each table. Did I only pay for food and not service? I do not understand why a decent event manager/coordinator would not mention that they did not setup tables with the decor provided. My wedding could have been setup the day before if Jordan would have said something. When I visited The Wynden in the past, I saw Dani setup table numbers, sashes and place floral arrangements on tables. The only thing she stated she didnt do was climb. She provided me with the layout of the venue so that I could provide her with how the reception should be setup. Its dissapointing that Jordan pick and chose what she would setup. In addition, upon arrival to the venue March 4, 2019 I discovered that the fountain was gone for our outdoor wedding and wouldnt be replaced. On March 7, 2019 I was told that lights would be in the trees and string light bulbsthat were not lit would be replaced. On March 8, 2019, workers were vacuuming as guest arrived at 6pm. They asked I thought we were in The Galleria area? and thought it was in poor taste. It looked as if The Wynden was unprepared. As I walked down theaisle, I noticed none of these things occurred. Again, did I just pay for food. The ambiance, that I thought we would have for our outdoor wedding was gone. On March 9, 2019 a vendor contacted me trying to pickup an item and Jordan was not available for pickup. Ive been to The Wynden when vendors picked up items the next day, but Jordan stated the wrong vendor contact and said shewould call them. I spoke with the vendor March 10, 2019 and they never heard from her . Update: The vendor had to wait over a week to pick up their items. Sorry is not good enough at this point. Several times we had to request for invoices/receipts because we paid cash. We did not use The Knot to find the venue so Im not sure why Jordan would go through that website to provideus with one, wait until we requested a receipt or text a screenshot. In addition, I dont understand why she felt comfortable enough to ask my age but not comfortable enough to tell me she did not put table arrangements on the tables. We thought the location and ownership of the venue would represent the type of service we would receive but we were mistaken. We paid for great food, a pretty venue and to be in the Galleria area.

This Venue is amazing! My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Wynden on Saturday, January 12, 2019 and we are just blown away by how truly wonderful everything was from the staff to the food. We worked with both Dani and Jordan and we even got to meet Mr. Russell Masraff who made excellent food recommendations by the way! The staff was very helpful and professional. The food was exceptional from the hors doeuvres that were passed out during cocktail hour like the tuna tartare tacos to the red snapper and the oven roasted vegetable ratatouille we had at dinner. The venue was decorated beautifully and so elegant. We felt like we really got to experience best of both worlds here at the Wynden since our cocktail hour was outside in their gorgeous courtyard (that has a gazebo too), and dinner and dancing was moved inside. The buffet was set up in their wine room that was also very spacious and the line moved quickly and efficiently. We had space for a photobooth, a couple cocktail tables, our cake table, and the sign in table. The Wynden is a beautiful venue that is reasonably priced and you really cannot beat the service you were will get along with the amazing food. I would highly recommend this venue to any future bride and groom, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jordan, your team and Mr. Masraff! - Love, Ana and Chris H

I really wanted to like this place but after attending a half day corporate event I would have reservations. Food was very good and a bit on the elegant side. Viewability for corporate presentations was not good for groups above 60 in attendance. I am sure for social or wedding events this location would be perfect. Parking was horrid yet the valet tried hard to keep up with the surge of arrivals at the start of the event.

I threw my 40th Birthday party at The Wynden this past weekend. It has recently been renovated and looks absolutely stunning. The space is separated enough so you have a bar area, an area with a fireplace (where my buffet was), the main space with dance floor, patio and outdoor area. There were all made available to me. Ginger, the Event Manager at Wynden, worked diligently to make everything perfect. She was always responsive and especially when I was in a jam with vendors, she helped to find replacements as well as working within my budget. The staff was also professional and nice to all guests. One biggest thing I must RAVE about is the food! When throwing big dinners, or buffets, I feel the food is a little above average at best; but, here is food was INCREDIBLE! Just fabulous. All the passed hors doeuvres, salads, risotto, fish/chicken/meat, desserts were perfection. This isnt surprising considering the food at Mastiffs restaurant is always spot-on. I cannot say enough positive things about The Wynden and hope to throw another event here in the future!
