Line of 7 people. Single employee told us that he must stock the snacks and drinks before he can help us

I stood around for about 20 minutes waiting to purchase some time to play but no one showed up and there were people inside playing unattended

The gentlemen helping out my family today on 7/13th was amazing. He was so helpful. Checked on us multiple times. A class service. This is such an amazing lounge to kill time while you wait for your flight. Great selection of games. Very comfortable chairs. Even the care to wipe down all accessories and stations between customers is well noted. 5 stars.

Ripoff. Says it takes all Priority Pass members but when you try to check in, they claim its only for Chase Priority Pass members. Im going to guess the next person thar shows up, they will say they only accept Amex or whatever other Priority Pass member. The lounge was completely empty by the way.

Cool place to kill time before / between flights You can access through Priority Pass through Chase (not AmEx or Capitol One). Even if you don t like gaming, you get a free snack and drink and a comfy chair to rest in. Staff are friendly.

This place recently opened at Hobby Airport according to the employees. Its located near Gate 1 and was easy to walk to. I found it via Priority Pass and got a compliment one hour stay for myself and my guest. The priority pass also gave us a complimentary water and snack of our choice. You can play games or do work here. It was very chill and is a great addition to the Hobby airport. The employees were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here again when Im traveling through Hobby.

Wow! I am so happy I decided to walk around the airport this trip. Haha, I was actually hunting monsters in Monster Hunter Now and they led me to this cafe. Tucked away by Gates 1-5 I couldnt believe what I was seeing as I walked closer. Big screens with PlayStation 5s tucked underneath them. I was immediately on board. Bought an energy drink and sat down to play Overwatch with my friends. Felt like a true gamer, and I was so excited that I could spend time with my online friends while I was at the airport. Makes me want to get to the airport early more often I will definitely be back.

We went thru this airport many times but didn t know this place until we searched for lounges and it came up for Priority pass members. The young man was very courteous and helpful. We didn t have time for the games. There were plenty of choices for snacks and drinks.

Absolutely great place if you have a priority pass. Love the concept of gaming before your flight, and this should be implemented into more airports. Overall, prices are competitive for what you get, and you get to try games that you might want to try. Will be coming back when I stop by Houston.

Went there today and the place itself is great. Pc Xbox and PlayStation 1 free drink and snack. However the staff is not great. I patiently waited for him to finish his game then another patron comes up. He decides to try and help the other patron first and we both had to tell him I was standing there first. Several other people approached and he was playing games instead of helping

Gameway I just found one of the best ways to let time pass while youre at the airport. Why not play video games while waiting at the airport for your plane. I enjoyed this place so much and to me the price was worth it. Just to get an hour to play a game that Ive always watched on the internet but never got a chance to play. God of War 2018 version with Kratos and his son going on an epic journey. I needed this when I went across the pond and had that 7 hour layover. Just remember set a timer dont miss your plane lol

Best lay over ever! Super friendly and helpful. All AMEX carriers should call to let AMEX know they need to recognize GameWay.
