Hello, my name is Timya Benson. I Was a recent employee worked at the five below at Summerwood under Latoya Johnson and I was fired due to me having a illness and was trying to get in contact with The manager at the time and I got ignored. I don t recommend anyone to work at this place because Latoya Johnson is very unprofessional. She is very rude when it comes down to her employees, not only that I tried to contact her on the date of my sickness and try to let her know what was going on and even came into the store to talk to her and now one time did she even acknowledge me at all, knowing that I was trying to get in contact with her and tell her what was going on and how we could move forward.

I went in today about 2:15 and on my way to check out I over heard what I guess was the manager on duty chewing out and employee so loud! on top of that while the store was full of people! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I understand correcting an employee but please do it in private or when there s not customers in ears way and can hear you belittling someone!

I havent shopped at this store in months and Sundays. We popped in looking to find a 6 foot phone charger for an iPhone and they had one in stock, What I wasnt a fan of is self checkout while it may offer a resemblance of convenience I would rather not be a customer and an employee simultaneously

Not impressed with management and customer service. We had multiple associates who would not restock an item that was present in the back room because they were too busy. These are items my daughter wanted to purchase and neither associate was busy with other customers. We were told to come back later. Very disappointing.

That was my first time going to a five below and my first experience was the worst I have never experienced profiling at hand but after paying for my items inserting my cash it did not return my change from a 100$ bill this rude thing of a manager made me and my friend stand by the door as though we had been caught stealing for 20mins before going to the back and running the cameras back to see if we were lying that was unprofessional very disrespectful and embarrassing she should never be allowed to run a business on her own and I will never step foot in this place again

Cute store if you like knick knacks and trinkets. Lots of candy and snacks and sodas. Cheap earbuds, phone chargers, phone cases, and home decor. They have little battery operated waterfalls, lots of art supplies, $5 t shirts (I got 2), makeup kits, germ x, volleyball, basketballs, lots of toys and neat little products for cheap.

Nice store. Attentive staff. Super clean. Has an entire section of the beyond five items... I bought a small bench, end table for $10 each, and I saw other items like swim stuff, pet section and even roller skates and scooters for kids for about $20. Good quality

I cannot stand this store and how far behind they are from every other 5 below. If the store is filled and the line is cutting into the aisles there should be more than just one or two registers open. I came by on my lunch break to get a drink and a candy and had to leave my stuff there because it took my whole lunch break just waiting in line. Never coming back to this location again.
