We went there to play a few games of pool, and have a few drinks. The bar did not have Malibu Rum, which I wanted to drink, but it was a nice atmosphere. Ill definitely go again

Visited today. It was slow as always, no DJ. Stood at the bar for 15 minutes, no service. An alleged regular said if the bartender doesnt know you, youre not getting service. The bartender looked at me and never came to offer service. I walked out, it was an advantage for everyone going to WR who stated PUB ZERO is trash .

Walked in here around 5 pm on a Tuesday. $5 Jameson and $4.50 Coors Light longneck. The bartender was nice enough, until I played a song on the Touchtunes jukebox, and she promptly turned it down. Bummer.

First time visiting PubZero, music was great and drinks were even better. Both bartenders (Emily & Emily haha) Were great, they have great vibes and are very quick and attentive. Will be back on Thursdays to hopefully be attended by these girls again.

Mike is extremely rude. I had 3 drinks and he cut me off. I had several people with me that could vouch for me being completely sober. He was upset because my bill was wrong and I corrected him so he made a power play. I will not be back.

Place was pretty empty but that wasnt surprising considering the day of the week we went but I ordered an old-fashioned and the bar tender said he didnt have the ingredients and didnt know how to make one. Food was fine, nothing spectacular.

DONT EVER COME IN FRIDAYS! The bartenders on any given night are great, but I went this past Friday and had the worst service ever. Why is there drink specials on the menu, but then they charge you for full price? That s false advertising and no other bartender does that except for Abby and Brenda on Fridays. This the second time they ve charged full price on a Friday and this past time caused an altercation with another customer who was upset about the specials not behind honored by the bartenders. Also, they re wearing little to no clothing serving drinks, I thought this was a neighborhood comfortable Pub. If I wanted to see that I would go to Hooters or Ojos. I just wanted to have a drink and chill that is it. Love coming here, but I will never come back on a Friday again as long as they still work there.

At first this spot was nice, music was good wasnt busy. Took awhile to get the bartender attention. But overall was a good vibe. Came out with a friend to relax and chill. Wanted to play pool so we looked around. Already had food and some shots with my friend. A man came up and said we needed to pay our tab. We were confused cause we were just walking. We told him we were just looking around. Made the night uncomfortable so we decided to leave. The bartender who seem ready to get us closed out. Asked if we were closing our tab. We did and walked out. We left the same man, who stopped us earlier. Told us we needed to pay our tab again. My friend told him not to worry about our tab, we were good. He then started to follow us, saying we needed to close out. I told him no sir we paid. He asked to see our receipt as if we had a reason to lie. Then asked why I had a revised receipt not the one I signed. I told him sir you dont get the copy you signed. Instead of apologizing he kept running his mouth as we walked away. So if you enjoy being ignored, harresed and being follow this is the place to be.

Bartender was a cute red head but on her phone the majority of time! My friend and I chose this place over quotes but definitely regret! We had our drinks at the bar and decided to look around at the darts and pool table before ordering more drinks when the so called manager harassed us and chased us down to pay our tab when we had no intention on leaving and not paying! We paid and decided to leave because he s a buzzkill! He then waited outside for us and asked us for the receipt we then showed it to him and he still wasn t happy after he realized it was paid for all he said was ok no apology or nothing, will not be coming back here ! GO TO QUOTES !

They will not serve you unless you are wearing a shirt with sleeves. Literally one of the dumbest rules I ve ever heard. It s Houston in the summer and 105° outside. Will never come back here again. Beer is also old and flat on draft and hardly anyone in the place every time I go. Pretty sure it won t be open much longer, or you ll see them on Bar Rescue.

We came up here and was so excited to see Emily!!! We absolutely love her. We usually come on the weekends but haven t seen her, so we stopped coming for a while. Popped up today and finally we get her. We adore her. She always takes the time to talk to the customers, you can tell she has good relations with every single one. Casually checks up on us. Never leaves us with an empty glass. Always a big smile and great personality to have behind a bar. Best bartender we have came across in a long while since we ve been coming here back in 2019.

Came in on a Wednesday night around 11pm. Ordered a beer, but was told I have to wait for the manager to come back just to get quarters to play a game of pool. I had to ask a second time, to make sure I hears her correctly, she doesnt have quarters to give me until the manager returns, to give out to play a game of pool. Hmm, how likely is the manager to return if its already 11:37 pm. 4 thumbs down at this point. Big waist of time...!!

Overall the atmosphere is great. Plenty of tables and bar space. The bartender was friendly when I went a couple weeks ago. I am eating it 4 out if 5 stars because I somehow ended up paying for 2 shots that someone else ordered and the bartender put it on my tab. Some nights there is a DJ there , there are pool tables and a nice outside patio sitting g area. The restrooms were clean and I will go back I ll just need to watch my tab closer.

This past Saturday was my first time here. Phenomenal experience, nice chill spot, food was fantastic. Those cheese sticks won my heart and the wings lol. Came in on a Wednesday around 330p to kill a few hours. Happy hour had started $3 beers and well drinks. Wednesday was steak night that started at 5p for $12 bucks. Talked to manager who suggested steak salad which I ordered. Was awesome! Had a great time watching hockey and passing time. No complaints and will be back.

5 months update. Still absolutely the same. Difference is the gentleman bar tender was actually trying. Food is is good, but staff is short and under trained. ...................................... Food is delicious, current wait staff is unfortunate. Came in for a few drinks and some food after work as I have many times in the past. Like quite a few times and often with large groups. I have not been in several months, looks like the wait staff have changed, and not for the better. Apparently we need to be pampered as we were told because we were expecting table service as we have had every other time we have been here. Took 20 min to get an order in, which each of us had to repeat several times. Another 15 min to get our drinks, and about another 20 to get food (which is say is on par). When we could coax the staff from behind the bar they would either forget our drink order or get it wrong. Hope to return in the future to a more willing wait staff.

I really like this place. My friends and I come here very often. I love the bartenders, most of them know who I am. We spend PLENTY of money here but the manager seems to OFTEN try to give us a hard time. He escalates things that doesnt need to be. He doesnt listen even when trying to speak with him in a calm & rational manner. Id like to continue to come here because I enjoy it. Im not sure of the managers name but please work on this. I see other complaints about management in these reviews. He needs to learn how to talk to people. If this continues too much longer, I will take my business elsewhere. Im tired of it. Too cramped interior, dj offered an admirable attempt to liven up the 40 patrons. Covid-19 I assume dampened this establishments charm. Friendly bar staff, reasonable drinks, nice taco truck on site. The only negative was patrons snorting blow on the patio and getting asked to buy Xanax in the bathroom lol. Do not go there if youre an easily intimidated individual.
