I have sponsored large physician office parties at this venue numerous times, where gratuity was included, which is reasonable given the group size. However, I was quite surprised during my visit tonight, as a solo diner,, when a 20% gratuity was automatically added to my tab. While I typically tip generously, between 30-50%, the presumption of adding a 20% gratuity for a party of one, without prior notice, has left a bad taste in my mouth. Its disappointing, as Ive really enjoyed my experiences here in the past, but I feel compelled to reconsider future visits due to this policy.

Everything was nice EXCEPT the valet service ripping people off! Theres no way that self parking should be rewarded by paying 20 bucks! Someone in my group was disabled with a placard and still forced to pay because of lack of disabled parking spots....Im sure thats against some type of law or ordinance...

I made reservations at Pour Behavior in midtown, Houston to watch the Texans vs. Vikings game, but the experience was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, the hostess refused to seat us at any of the numerous open tables, claiming they were reserved. When I pointed out that I also had a reservation, they insisted on seating us in the very back, away from the TVs and other patrons. The whole situation felt unfair and left me questioning whether this was due to racial bias. Its unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I won t be returning.

The atmosphere was really fun. The service was good, the music was extremely loud , too loud. The omelet I ordered was terrible. The egg was brown, the sausage, that was supposed to be a breakfast sausage was smoked sausage and did not complement the eggs. There was no salt and pepper on the table. The potato that accompanied the omelet was so greasy and soggy I could not eat it.

I really enjoyed Pour Behavior! The Dj was awesome and there was a variety of options as it relates to food and drinks. None of the food specifically stood out to me, however, it was delicious. Service was AWESOME! From the hostess, to the waitress, and the bus guy. Everyone was so polite and had amazing energy! Parking: $20 valet parking. Pretty typical for Houston. Kid-friendliness: I went for a birthday party and we had three minors included in the party. They left before 3pm lol but it was ok for them. I believe the earlier the better, however, I would not recommend children. Wheelchair accessibility: My cousin had surgery so had to utilize a wheelchair and there was no problem! Accommodations were present!

Poor quality, poor service , poor experience at Poor Behavior sat at the bar for 15 minutes on a Friday night 7/06 there was hardly anyone in the place. There was one bartender behind the bar who could not be bothered to do her job or leave her conversation. She literally looked at us walk in and sat down and continued her conversation. I tried to get her attention to place an order and again she could not be bothered I guess I should have took a hint after noticing the place was empty I think I know why now. Will never be back

The staff is very attentive and wonderful atmosphere. There are so many that you can sit anywhere and enjoy the game. I loved the Brussels sprouts and the spinach artichoke dip but my salmon was a bit bland. However that won t stop me from coming back. Parking: Valet parking was free on Thursday. Terrible and disappointing experience for a birthday party. Birthday package was a complete waste of money. Totally ruined my birthday by bringing out the wrong sign for the wrong person with the wrong name and wrong occasion. It read, Marcela is my lawyer. Imagine everyone recording during a birthday party with the sparklers and confetti and the sign is for the wrong person. They redid the sign (only) minus the confetti and other effects after they messed up when I was not even nearby, which defeated the purpose and did not redeem their mistake in which they attempted to still charge $285 for. Manager Noah was laughing and threatened to call security for being in the wrong when it was expressed that the customer service was poor. Terrible experience for a birthday party. Subpar music choice as well. Waitress Jordan was incredibly rude and seemed mad and irritated the entire time. Did not keep up with her tables. Mimosas were watered down and drinks were halfway made. However, the food was good and guests did like the atmosphere, but I do not recommend the birthday package or a party larger than 4-5 people AT ALL!

Pour Behavior: Great for Watching Sports and Chili Fries Pour Behavior is a spacious sports bar thats perfect for catching a game. While I only tried one drink (which was decent), their extensive menu offers a variety of beers and mixed drinks to explore. The real stars of the show were the wings, especially the lemon pepper flavor, and the chili fries, which were absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place to grab some food and watch a game with friends.

The service here is horrible. It was not crowded, but it took 20 min before we saw our waitress. 1 hour to get apps and drinks. The food was good but overpriced. Youre paying for the atmosphere, I get it. The website said DJ is starting at 6. We got there at 830, no DJ. Apparently, that night, he wasnt starting till 11. The overall experience wasnt worth it.

Let s be honest we came to Houston to party and celebrate a birthday and the only thing I wasn t prepared for was Vallet parking that was 10 or 20 dollars and supposedly mandatory so we had to finish smoking our medicine and come back but I get it it s a small parking lot so maybe it s safer idk what the purpose of it is really . Also I dont really want to have to pay for parking when I m expecting to spend a minimum of 200 at this place already. That 10.00 vallet fee should really go to the waitress just my opinion. The food was beyond tasty and you can add a lobster tail to any dish for 28$ ! For an appetizer I recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp the only sad thing is they serve four 4 and I think six bacon wrapped shrimp sounds better than 4 that s if you re sharing because they were so good I wanted to eat my boyfriends portion but couldn t because it was his birthday lol speaking of birthdays you get a slice of cake of your choice if you are celebrating your birthday overall I would spoil my boyfriend at this place again had him feeling like passenger princess for the day !

Honestly the overall experience was going well. My friend and I very much enjoyed our drinks. My food was good. The experience took a turn when after about almost 2hrs of being there the manager approached our table to inform us that outside food is not allowed. At which time we looked at him in confusion because nothing on our table other than ourselves and our bags was from outside. I happened to look around because we must ve been getting punk d. At which time I happen to see all the waitresses in a group looking right at us. We inform him that we did not bring anything from outside and that everything he sees on our table came from the establishment. I proceed to ask him who told him we had outside food and he says that he can t say but that it s not that serious and no need for us to get upset and he leaves. We requested his presence at our table again and when he eventually appeared we attempted to speak with him in reference to his approach and how an apology was warranted given that he found out it wasn t us but rather the table next to us. He went around in circles with how he didn t see the point and there was no reason for us to get upset. He was extremely dismissive, curt, and even when he did apologize it was more so done in hopes that we would be quiet. As for the waitresses, they are unprofessional and the moment they realized he stopped at the wrong table they should ve stopped him. Instead of standing to watch and laugh. They all need to be retrained on how to interact with customers and how to behave professional. The manager needs to take a conflict resolution class as well.

Service and respect means so much when it comes to patronizing any establishment. My friend and I were completely disrespected today at Pour Behavior. We ordered drinks and food, and was having a relatively good time until the manager came to our table and accused us of bringing outside food into the establishment. We sat there for almost 2 hours drinking and eating everything FROM THERE!!!!! The table next to us was the table in question that actually brought in outside food. The manager came to us telling us it was a health code violation to bring in outside food while we sat there dumbfounded and confused .. meanwhile the wait staff that gave him the wrong info were behind us by the bar looking and giggling instead of correcting him and directing him to the correct table. The gag is the table that brought in the outside food skedaddle like thieves in the night while the manager was talking to us. He didn t read the room or notice in that moment that he was addressing the completely wrong table. He did not apologize for the mix up right away and basically tried to play it off by saying it was no big deal. The waitress that gave him the wrong info then comes up to our table and apologizes (even though she saw the whole exchange and did not stop it because she was too scared to let the table next to us know she told the manager on them) by telling us she gave the wrong table number. We asked for the manager to come to come back to our table so that we could talk to him directly again because we were so offended by his accusatory stance and dismissive attitude. He then comes back to our table and once again is extremely dismissive. He s like someone gave me the wrong table, there s nothing I can do about it it s not that big of deal completely unprofessional!!!! We were so appalled by how he pretty much doubled down on his stance. We asked him if he understood how this looked and how this could be taken the wrong way, he just once again doubled down on his stance and said look I apologize but I can t help I was given the wrong info. If this is representation of leadership at Pour Behavior then you all need to go back to the drawing board and get some customer service and sensitivity training!!!!

This was an impromptu decision as I drove through midtown Houston, the name did help. It had free valet parking, and when I walked inside I was impressed with the place. Really nice cool vibe but not pretentious. I had a Guinness, Moscow mule, and chips and queso. The Guinness should have been a pint, not a glass. The mule was excellent and the chips & queso were worth the money.

Alot of their high rated reviews are paid for or employees, I went here first time was welcomed in, valet made me get a lockout service for my car when leaving due to their lack of knowledge on sport cars. Cost $200 for the time and distance of lockout Second time going for my fiances friends brunch I was denied for my neck tattoo which I had for over 5 years, and they let me in the first time no issues, they choose when to enforce, and also very rude about it since I already paid for valet again and they took 3 days to refund me... 0/10 would not recommend thing place.

I m so disappointed in my experience. I ordered the Original burger (pretty basic). I get all the way home and open my plate to see that they ve gave me the OH Behave burger (boatload of mushrooms and other toppings). I return back to let them know and ask for what I Originally ordered only to have to wait 40 more minutes and they just took the now extremely cold tater tots from the original plate and poured them with the new plate. (I could see the ketchup from on some tots). Just completely inconsiderate and lazy!

Ive been twice in the last week and 1/2. I love the fact that they have interactive themes, like the BINGO. That was our first time going on a Thursday. Food, drinks, and services all are top notch. Parking: You want to get there early to get valet inside of the lot. There is plenty of street parking, however, it is a busy area so it may fill up quickly.

Wound up finding this place on a whim and was highly impressed by everything it had to offer! The decor was beautiful, the music/DJ was rocking, service was impeccable and the atmosphere was lively! If youre looking for somewhere classy but want to let loose at the same time, this is your place!! My only negative but it is more of a personal preference, is that when I ordered a margherita pizza, it came with 2 large pepperocinis on it. If I had known about that, I wouldve requested them to be left off(it does not disclose the pepperocinis on the menu description either). All in all, freaking awesome place! Will be returning for sure!!

We came here for our anniversary and I ll say it was an interesting experience. The building is nice and the staff was great. The manager came over at the end and was a very nice guy, I d say the staff was the good part. The food was not good, I was pretty disappointed and I didn t really go with high expectations since it s a sports bar after all but it was bad. Chicken pasta, calamari, tasted like a reheated Sysco frozen meal. My wife got a pizza that was decent but pooled with grease on top so she didn t really eat. My drink was tiny and so much ice I only got 3 drinks before it was gone. If the place was Chilis prices it wouldn t be such a big deal but It felt like it was a waste of $100. We left to have a drink at a local bar, got hungry later and went to Dough Zone, soup dumplings were out of this world and only $31! 5 stars for the staff, good people, I can t recommend or say I d go back for the food quality at that price point.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The food was definitely the best part about it. Excellent options and everything we tasted was so good. The service was ok - really sweet young lady who I think had too many tables, just seemed like she was always busy and we didn t see her much. The place is beautiful, but what keeps me from wanting to go back was how loud it was. The music was ridiculously loud. We had to shout at the people sitting right next to us or across the table. It felt like a night club but at 12 noon on a Sunday. Also, $20 for valet seemed pretty steep, and we had to wait a pretty lengthy time for our car to be pulled around. Overall - food was excellent, service was good, atmosphere was just too loud, and valet was expensive.

I attended a Sunday brunch birthday event, and didn t enjoy my experience. I read many negative reviews about this place, but didn t experience the rampant discrimination mentioned in the comments. It still feely gross that they post an arbitrary dress code that is only enforced on their whims. One person in my group had a large throat tattoo that covered her entire neck while another was busting out of her top two things strictly enforced by the posted dress code when they feel like it, I guess. $20 for valet parking or $40 for VIP, neither of which is at all worth it or commonplace for the area. There are too many other places around that don t charge for parking. They also don t post this on their site, so it came as quite the shock. They ll sarcastically tell you that you can go find parking on the street or do a ride share. The service model is very broken. Our server was very nice, but came back and forth on no real schedule, happenstance allowing orders, and taking 10 minutes with some items, 45 minutes with others. Seems like a lot of unnecessary stress for everyone. The facility is massive, but badly arranged. Chairs are literally back-to-back, making it congested and uncomfortable to move around or go to the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom! Someone had vomited in the men s room, and though I brought it up to an employee, it was still there almost an hour later. Gross! For some reason, a DJ was blasting club music at 12:00 noon on Sunday despite no actual dance floor or anyone enjoying it. Everyone was shouting at each other just to hold any kind of conversation. Do not come here is you have any form of sensory issues. From the ear-splitting music to the bombardment of dozens of televisions everywhere, it is overwhelming for sure. My cocktail was $14, and came in a plastic flute. It tasted like Sprite. Horrendously disappointing. My meal was good. The veggie breakfast bowl was ample in portion, and full of fresh veggies. It verged on salty, but the salsa definitely helps. I would absolutely recommend the food here, as every dish seemed well made from fresh ingredients. I would never come back here or recommend this place to anyone else. This place is style over substance, and a money pit that isn t worth the astronomical amount of money you ll pay just to have one drink and an appetizer, let alone a $25 hamburger. I m not sure who this place is meant for. It isn t enough of anything. Club, bar, sports grill, brunch spot it is all pieced together with fake plants hanging from the ceiling. Not my vibe.

My wife and I attended a charity & networking event here a couple weeks ago and we had one of the best nights weve had in Houston in a long time. Was here for 2024 New years. I love it! The girls are super sweet and pretty. The employees are very accommodating. The atmosphere is refreshing, everyone is socializing dancing just having a genuine ball. The drinks are strong, one drink and you re tipsy. The food, delicious! This was not my first time here but EVERY single time i m here I have a good time. Especially as a person who goes out alone, I always end up socializing here. Thank you for last night Pour Behavior. The couples vip for new years was a complete fraud. 50 more than 2 gen admission tickets and it s still standing room and the only difference is a complementary bottle of Champaign. Visited for the first time to celebrate my wedding anniversary and everything was sooo good from the service to the food the vibe was definitely a 1..the only reason I didn t give it an overall 4-5 starts is because they charged a 20% gratuity on our check which according to their menus is reserved for parties of 6 or more also we were denied being able to order the mimosa tower because, the rules are you have to have 4 or more ppl in your party, but 2 parties around us ordered several towers and they only had 3 ppl in their party. If you go just make sure they give you a receipt and look at it before you leave because we gave our server a tip, which we would have anyway but I would ve disputed the gratuity. To me that s stealing.

Ever walk into a place and feel discriminated? Well yes this place did that the moment we walked in. They also said a table for 10 people would only be sat outside (weather was already hot and humid) unless we bought a bottle and can be sat inside. Mind you it was 11AM and their tables were not full since people were just coming in. Then when we were discussing the situation amongst ourselves and the people who were still not at the place the waitress and hostesses were talking to each other clearly about our situation for us not being from this city and being treated like this it definitely leaves a bad impression on Houston and how they seem so discriminatory. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
