DISCRIMINATION without proper or legit explanation. I was here earlier in the evening while me and my friend had to use the restroom. It was already a red flag when she didn t have her ID on her and she clearly looks over 30 years old. They were doing the most just so we could pee before boarding a party bus. Abuse of power already from heavily padded security (what s up with that?) and I already showed my legit drivers license which showed that I am 43 years old (clean cut looking female). We came back later after being on a party bus. I was sober, and my friend may have looked a little buzzed. Ok? We were there to eat, and I am the designated driver. Nevertheless, we did not have any intention of consuming any hard liquor, if any alcohol at all. (Maybe a corona with my meal and that s it.) I m not about to let my friend throw up in my car later either. Duh. I was the driver- responsible and very accountable. We simply tried to walk back through the door later in the evening about 2 1/2 hours later and we re accused of drinking. What does that even mean? If someone has been drinking, don t you think that it would be appropriate to serve them food? I had 100% intentions of consuming the Mexico City tacos combo. My friend was also going to have a meal as well. Once again, we were not going to indulge in alcohol. And the group of 10 guys we were with also walked in and they let them in. They had been drinking heavier than any of us. All we wanted to do was eat and we were denied. We couldn t even use the bathroom or get some water if we desperately needed to. I called the cops because I didn t understand what the hell was going on. The cops came out, said that they had a right to refuse me for any BS reason. and then they tried to make me get in an Uber and go all the way back to the southwest side. As if!!! So, me and my friends turned around after one mile in the Uber, came back and got my car and OF COURSE me and my friend made it home safely like I knew we would. The manager is a w I m p y little guy and I don t understand why he didn t try to give us a resolution. There was no issue. I am a female who is dressed fully closed, appropriate and sober. All I wanted was a meal and I got denied that. I would not give these people my business because they do not care about anybody. They let their three security guards at the front push people around for no reason. I was manhandled to the point where I almost fell, but I refused. There was absolutely no reason for that. I don t know what kind of drama has been up with this place. This must be a dangerous place to eat at! 3 armed security guards that block the entrance way! I ve never seen that at a basic Mexican restaurant/sports bar. But after yelling at the security guards because I don t know who they thought they were, then they accuse me of drama when I m not the one who brought the drama. Once again, totally responsible, sober enough to do anything. I even dared the cops to give me a DUI test because I was that confident and they refused. They decided to be just as ridiculous as this unprofessional chain location. So I don t respect them anymore either. Trust me. The point I m trying to make is nobody needs to give this establishment their business. If you have any complaints, they simply don t care. They ll just discriminate against you and send you away and accuse you of drinking even though you are not drunk. If I can walk into an IHOP or anywhere else and be served food because I need to eat then why can t this place serve me food as well? I am absolutely appalled, disgusted, and confused. I have NEVER had this happen to me before. This location is a complete disappointment and shock. And I m sitting here sober over an hour after I got home writing this.

For starters they have an extremely limited menu selection. But beyond that the facility in general is absolutely disgustingly nasty, the bathrooms didnt have any toilet paper or soap and were just generally in need of a major deep cleaning! Im leery of what you eat here even on a limited menu because the facility is so nasty Id hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Do not recommend

Terrible service at the bar area. I had been avoiding this place forever for some reason and sure enough I know why not to return. The red-haired girl named Haley, she must have a high commanding position or something for her to be able to look at people with disgust and with a condescending attitude and not get in trouble for it. She was very displeased when she asked me if I wanted another beer and I answered no, because I wasnt ready for another one just yet. Just because I dont want another beer at the moment doesnt mean I wont order another one in a little while. How are you going to treat someone with disrespect if you dont even know them, especially if theyre a customer? Either shes racist or has complexion issues about other people, but she has issued and needs to check herself before someone else does. She had the nerve to write thank you :) on the receipt, with her hypocritical self.

Last night we had a problem at this location. The waitress lost sample letter of credit. And I didnt know what to do. They just told us that they were working to find her. He wanted to give us another card from someone else. It was Asia that didnt know what had happened. I mean, its obvious that they lost it. He wanted to blame us. For one reason... the manager was not professional instead of saying oh we were to blame sorry oh something... he asked us how we were going to pay the bill... well how are we going to pay if your waitress lost the bill... Gave 1 star since they charged my card twice for the same visit. Tried calling at 4 but no answer. Would have given 3 stars at least since a few times I had good waitresses (ellie, Cielo, Evelyn, a few whos name i forgot to ask for). Sadly wouldnt say that about the one who charged me twice (Isabel). Plus I had to get a beer from the bar since she forgot about me. Tried the food a couple times and its been lacking. They keep changing the sports channel to whatever the dj is playing. Last time I checked this was a sports bar . Music is too loud but thatll never change . You get padded down prior to entry. Stopped in for drinks. Bartenders and servers keep serving people alcohol even when they are obviously beyond their limit. Witnessed two drunk arguments inside. I had an absolutely amazing experience. Me and my friends got to drink Tower. It was great. We also got roasted chicken and fajitas and tacos. It was amazing Sophia and Jennifer, we re amazing waitresses. I definitely recommend coming back still again. I truly enjoyed my experience. Came here twice with friends while on vacation . The first time we had Sophia and the second time we had Jenn . Both were equally as amazing . From beginning to end of service we felt welcomed and accommodated . The food was great as usual , as I ve stopped by every location in Texas . Places like bombshells, twin peaks, and tilted kilt are a much better version of this place. I would recommend you go to one of those instead. Old broke down building with music so loud you cant even conversate with the people you came with. Food was ok but not good. Drink prices were decent.

Had just got back from working out of town, and wanted to have drinks with a couple friends of mine so we settled on this location since we had never been. The service was great, the waitress was attentive, nice and accommodating. BUT unfortunately our night was cut short because security decided that I had too much drink and cut off our table...we were not being unruly, intrusive, or anything of the sort and obviously I was confused. I asked the manger what the issue was and his response was that security said for our safety we need to stop drinking. Even after I explained that we took Uber and that we are being responsible they still refused us service. I paid the tab (about $260) and explained that they had just lost a good customer. Unfortunately I wont be returning. For what its worth, the bathroom was clean.
