Kung Pao chicken. Mouse size pieces of chicken swimming in a sea of liquid and vegetables. Tasty but not enough protein. Fried rice has no vegetables and no taste. Their hot sauce is awful. Restaurant will have to pivot quickly or wont survive for long. So I really want to hate this restaurant but I cant. Their food is outstanding. The amount of protein that you get is insulting. The fried rice is weird. Seems like steamed rice with a little soy sauce. No veggies, no egg no texture. They have already increased the price of their daily special once yet they have almost no customers. So I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant and I do not believe it is possible that they can last for very much longer

I tried Big Wok after Hot Spots (next door) disappointed me twice in a row with dry and overly battered General tsos chicken. I ordered an egg drop soup and sesame chicken with fried rice. $14 for the entire order. The egg drop soup had great flavor, but the wonton strips tasted stale. There was no crunch. The fried rice is usually good, Ive gotten the lunch special several times. The fried rice I got with the sesame chicken was very disappointing. I wasnt expecting any meat in the fried rice as I got a meat entree, but it was just some egg and a string or two of onion. Shouldve just gotten white rice as this is basically what that was and I believe there was an up charge for the fried rice. The sesame chicken is good. The pieces of chicken are smaller and easier to eat; they also arent overly breaded. There were two random pieces of broccoli in there, which felt unnecessary and odd. I cant speak to the ambiance as I got drive thru, however, from what I was able to see from my car it looks like a normal fast food restaurant. Not the greatest Chinese food Ive ever had, but its better than my recent experiences at Hot Spots.

Well we went to the drive thru and the guy told us they were only taking cash so we him ok brb then got back took him 4 minutes to answer to tell us to wait, we waited longer than 5 minutes trying to talk to him we were gonna ask whats taking so long but no answer. We pulled to the window left after we saw him doing nothing but on his phone. I really like this place but his attitude is always the same. Well panda isnt too far from here tho

After continued attempts to communicate our no soliciting policy, this facility has littered our property more times than I can count by placing flyers on every single apartment door time and time again. Big Wok is not courteous of our community, and they don t take no for an answer. Their constant loitering and solicitation makes me leery of just how desperate they are for business. Absolutely do not recommend.

First of all not very friendly, Eggs rolls were so greasy the bottom of the bag was full of grease. Lo mein tasted like they used fryer oil in it. Forgot to peal the shrimp. Orange chicken was decent . Both fried and steamed rice was extremely dry. Should have know better to stop here when the first time I tried to stop, no one would take my order. Ended up leaving after 15 mins of silence and no one would come to the window. Will never ever go back, stay away.

Wonderful service! The man was so sweet. A lot of food for such a small price. No stinginess as compared to H.S on the other side. The dumplings, crispy and hot, are really good and matches well with the dipping soy sauce it comes with. If you are to eat here, I recommend the fried rice and sesame chicken including the dumplings.

I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and two chicken egg rolls. Overall, the food is comparable to other Chinese takeout restaurants in the city. The egg rolls were about what I would expect from local buffets: not spectacular, but tasty. The Kung Pao Chicken was very good and had the perfect amount of heat for me. There was a generous amount of chicken, and the vegetables retained just the right amount of crispness. In fact, it sounded like they stir-fried the vegetables and other ingredients while I waited. For the price, it wasnt bad: $8.99 for the Kung Pao Chicken and $1.59 each for the chicken egg rolls. It took less than five minutes for my order to be prepared, and the staff at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others for quick, Chinese takeout.

I walked in and placed an order to go. My first order here. I literally live 10 minutes walk from here. So, I watched as this place opened and waited about a week to check it out. Clean, friendly and inviting (good first impression). The menu is similar to other places so it is not unique but it smells good, tastes good and looks good. I ordered the spicy seafood noodles and a shrimp egg roll, there is spice, but my palette can handle extreme heat so I didnt think it really spicy, but the flavor is there ( winner in my book) and you can taste the flavor without it being masked. My mom came with me so she had here mommy radar on and she observed as much as she could through the little window and liked what she saw. My mom ordered fries rice with mixed meat, hot and sour soup and a shrimp roll. Soup was her favorite and different in flavor and spicy. Overall, they are all right. I recommend them and will go back and try another dish. Kid-friendliness: A family could sit and eat and be comfortable.

Quick and friendly service. Atmosphere is simple for a sit down bite to eat. Ordered the Shrimp fried rice and chicken wonton soup. I was very pleased that I received 12 shrimp and the tail was off. For my taste I would have liked more onions in it. The serving size was enough to fill me up. I will return to try other items.
