Horrible experience! Their other negative reviews tell you everything you need to know. Their website says one thing but dealing with them is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. They refuse to assist minorities with any case. You call, email, or fill out their web form and you never hear back if you are a minority. Nothing but lies, excuses, and justifications. Totally incompetent and not worth your hard-earned money. BEWARE!

BEWARE: We hired this law firm to help us with a dispute in Dec 2021. We provided them with a credit card to keep on file for all payments AND I requested that I be informed of any additional charges in advance. Everything was working fine, I paid and received services. I consistently asked my attorney for invoices to show how much we had paid and never received anything showing what we were being charged for or how much we paid. He assured me that we good with all payments plus I had the credit card on file and paid them immediately when he requested payment. I was a little curious when the attorney asked that a check in our name be mailed to his office. On April 5th the same day I was scheduled to pick up my check, I received invoices for December, January, February, and March, now stating I owed thousands of dollars. I couldnt believe that they withheld this information and all these invoices. When I called to express my concerns, they only stated the system sent them to me even though I kept telling them I didnt receive anything until April 5 and I showed emails that I had requested this information from the attorney on several occasions. To add insult to injury, they told us we could not pick up our check until we made the payment. Imagine getting all these invoices on the same day and then they demand we pay thousands of dollars on the day our check was to arrive, very suspicious.

Agreed to have the weaver law firm draft two documents. Paid them $2400 and $1900 for these docs in January 2021. In June of 2021 they charge my card without my authorization an additional $628 without my authorization. I had no contact with them after early February of 2021. Called to ask them to remove and they responded there was some additional work done to close my file. Working with credit card company to dispute now. Dont give this company your credit card unless youre comfortable with them having a blank check, because they will charge it at will.

I contacted the Weaver firm as a cold caller and the results were fantastic. Jackson reviewed my situation and provided me with timely advice and coaching, that allowed me to negotiate a contract on my own behalf. Armed with Jacksons advice, I successfully negotiated the contract amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties. If I had tried to do this without first consulting him, I might have flubbed it. After hiring the weaver law firm and dealing with Matthew Williams from day one till the day he left the weaver law firm. I receive a phone call from Richard Weaver who I had never spoken to a day of my life prior to this day. On this call he stated he wanted me to keep my case with his law firm but after I told him I didn t feel comfortable with him representing me after I had been dealing with Matthew for about a year and he knew my case more than anyone in the entire firm. Mr. Weaver then proceeded to belittle me and talk down to me, then told me I now owe him a balance which was made up by him after Matthew left the firm and he found out I hired Matthew at his new firm. Overall I would highly recommend any and everyone to stay away from this psychotic lawyer with a nice front because he s a total disgrace to even be working in this industry with professionals unlike himself. Then to make threats towards me has me in total disbelief that he can act this way and get away with it. Texas State Bar needs to take this matter heavily and take this mans license away for good!

In the end the only person who came out winning was Jonathan in what he made billing my parents. This was my first time getting an attorney and hopefully my last but Richard was very patient with me and took the time to explain things. All in all I ended up getting what I asked for in the suit. I highly recommend the Weaver Law Firm.

I never leave reviews for anyone, but I had such a great experience with The Weaver Law Firm that I decided they deserve a great review. Richard was so attentive and knowledgeable about real estate and litigation from my first call with him. I immediately felt at ease to hire him to represent me. Previously, I struggled with another attorney that would not give me straight answers. I spent 18 months trying to navigate the legal system on my own. Mr. Weaver completely changed my view about attorneys. He was so personable and helped me understand my options concerning my property. He ended up resolving the issue with my title in just a couple of months without having to file a lawsuit. When I say Richard know his stuff, I mean he really knows his stuff. For once, I felt confident with my legal options. Richard is board certified in residential real estate so that gave me some added confidence in hiring him. I had little interaction with the other attorneys at The Weaver Law Firm, but the assistants were polite and professional. I would most definitely hire The Weaver Law Firm again.

I have had many great experiences using the Weaver Law Firm. I mainly deal with Richard Weaver, he is my go to guy for Real Estate issues, and litigation. I have known and worked with Mr. Weaver for over a decade. He is ethical, efficient, hard working and extremely intelligent. In every matter he provides me with free case updates. This is not the case with every law firm. I have very happy with Mr. Weaver skills as he and his firm aggressively pursue my cases and the results speaks for themselves. Mr. Weaver is an out of the box thinker, and comes up with creative ways to simply the complex litigation involving real estate, commercial real estate litigation, as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Weaver has always provided me with a budget for my case, and at least half of the time has achieved the desired result under budget. He does not drag out cases, over bill client, nor create work that is not necessary for success in Court. I appreciate this kind of honesty and creativity in the practice of law, and, as I have previously said, Mr. Weaver is my go to guy for real estate litigation and business litigation. I highly recommend him, and I am personally glad so see that so many others have had similar, excellent experiences with him. I would expect nothing less.

When I recently needed representation in a contract law matter a friend referred me to The Weaver Law Firm. I was being sued by a former landlord. I called and was greeted by a professional and pleasant lady at the firms office who had Richard Weaver call me right away. After we discussed my situation, he told he that he could help me, and immediately told me the cost, depending upon the approach I wanted to take. When I met with Mr Weaver, we talked and he told me that I was in good hands. The lawsuit was settled quickly, without me participating in meetings and only a minimal amount of phone calls. Mr Weaver is quick to grasp details, confident in his abilities, straight forward with information and the cost for his services was exactly what he told me that I would pay.
