I absolutely have no knowledge of Probate related issues. This group of ladies here in Houston at Phyllis Oeser Attorney at law took care of everything, explained everything, answered all my questions made me feel comfortable in these difficult times and I would definitely recommend my entire neighborhood to Ms Phyllis Oeser if they have issues dealing with Probate Issues, Real Estate Questions, Last Wills, Court Mediation even Power of Attorney. My family really didn t know what to do about our Will and Probate issues until the professional help we received from this incredible Attorney Phyllis Oeser. It didn t matter when we called about questions we had with our last will, Phyllis was there. Even when we didn t feel like going into the offices she made it possible for us to video conference our meeting and everything the ladies did made us feel comfortable and like we were family. I definitely would recommend Attorney Phyllis Oeser for any thing dealing with your last will, probate issues and Real Estate planning questions! Also, I personally want to correct something I read. This is a neighborhood Will and Probate Attorney located right here in Houston, if you call and they are unavailable and you leave a message for them to return your call, They will return your call. If you email them, they normally responded with answers to my questions quickly and prompt.... Simply Awesome! I could go on and on but, Phyllis is caring, considerate, listens to what you need. She takes her time to explain things. She personally helped my family and they are happy with her too. You know usually when you are needing a probate attorney your are already going through hard times with the loss of a loved one. So you need that compassion. You cant go wrong with her. Thank you Phylis.

Mrs. Oeser is one of the best attorneys Ive ever worked with. Great bedside manner. Wrong profession but you get the point. She help me with my dads estate and was there when I needed her.
