I have known Mark close to two years and he is one lawyer who would get so intensely involved in your case that sometimes I would wonder how he knew so much about my field of work. On personal level his friendly nature left no hitch in me in discussing whatever came to my mind during the course of interaction with him. He has an expertise in defining & drafting and through his abilities of researching on the subjects even new to him; strikes the right chord. The legal services provided by Mark Sanders for a recent Real Estate transaction were Superb. I live out of state but needed an attorney in Houston,Texas. When I initially called & left a message for Mark, he responded within a few hours. He answered all of my questions & clearly explained what services he could provide. Once I decided to use his services, he followed through with every step until completion. He was always available for questions & never left me hanging. Extremely knowledgeable, very personable. Mark was amazing to work with. He took us thru step by step in our case being strong, and assertive when needed and cajoled the opposing party when it was called for and as a result, our case was negotiated in our favor, without stepping foot in court. We will always use Mark in the future for any legal news.
