I had a traffic accident in June 2017 where my sedan was hit at full speed by a full-size pickup, close to 610 Loop @ 290 exit. I was physically injured, and my car was totaled, but I was lucky to have Jill Yaziji as my lawyer. When I called her, she was on vacation out of the country. However, she spared some of her vacation time to talk to me about the case and what I should do. She advised me NOT to deal with the insurance company without legal representation. Immediately upon her return, I hired Ms. Yaziji to represent me against the other driver and she handled my case, dealing with all the parties involved. She made sure all my medical treatment was completed and I was released by my doctors before any settlement talks. After that she worked to get a settlement that fairly compensated me for my injuries. She contacted my medical providers and made sure I was released from all the hospital and medical expenses and liens resulting from the accident. I was severely injured when a car hit my motorcycle and threw me off the road. I lost consciousness, and was hospitalized for a long period of time. I hired Jill Yaziji to represent me in my case against the driver that hit me. Jill worked on my case and got me a great settlement. Jill also filed claims against another driver that was involved and settled my claims with that carrier as well. Because of all the effort Jill put into my case, I got a good result, and that helped me get back on my feet and overcome the side effects of my injury. The awesome thing Ms. Yaziji did was called a few times way after the case was closed just to check on how I was doing! I think thats very human & great nowadays! Jill represented me and my family two times in personal injury cases. In 2010 my wife was injured and the insurance company of the party that caused her injury gave us the run-around for many months. My wife and I asked Jill to represent us and she filed the lawsuit and the insurance company settled with us. In 2017 I went back to Ms. Jill after I had a car crash and had medical bills and problems with my back. I am a limo driver and have to sit in the car for may hours driving customers and my back injury was severe. She worked with me and I received a fair settlement.
