My wife s and my lawsuit for injuries caused by a driver who t-boned and demolished our truck was handled by Kathryn Courtney. Kathryn went above and beyond to help us with our case. She kept in contact with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. She explained what was happening and the time frame of our case. Both Kathryn and our attorney Curtis were very helpful and made the process seem seamless. They also worked to quickly resolve our case. We are very satisfied with our outcome. I would recommend them to others who need an attorney.

I cant say enough about the quality of service and professionalism this team has ! They went above and beyond anything I could have asked for or expected. From coordinating care, keeping me updated, to giving kind words of encouragement through this difficult process. Job takes the time to explain everything in a relatable way. Vuk is very tenacious, no nonsense, and handled negotiations superbly; yet very caring and personable to clients. Lauren and Ro are just absolutely amazing! Everything I asked or needed was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Everybody working my case called periodically just to check in, aside from communicating about the case. Although I was in a very unfortunate situation, I am beyond fortunate to have them on my side. I cant thank them enough for getting me to the finish line. I would highly recommend them to my own loved ones with no hesitation !

Had a fracture on shoulder after falling from a defective treadmill at the gym, I was unsure if I could do anything about it, because of the liability waiver I signed. I looked up on google and found VB Attorneys, they work on a commission based only, meaning you only and ONLY pay if you win the case, not a penny if you lose, hence you know if you got no chance if they dont take your case. Beware, these commissions could be around the 40% of your settlement (if not going to court), but its well worth it, specially if you dont know the outcome of case as per my previous paragraph keep up the Great work, Yours Sincerely, Anonymous...

This is very late by about 11 years lol but I love these guys even though they were not able to settle due to the Insurance company filing for bankruptcy while they were working my case. They helped me a lot from loans to picking me up and taking me to appointments when I did not have a ride. It is unfortunate I listened to someone else in October after my vehicle was totaled by a runaway trailer and did not use them. I tried to switch but it was to late..... but as far as I know they are very good attorneys as long as you listen to the advice they provide.

I worked directly with Vuk & Roberta and could not be happier with my experience. Roberta was very communitive and helpful throughout the entire process. Keeping me up to date on the case and helping me deal with auto insurance, medical bills and obtaining my medical records. How do i even begin to put into words how thankful i am for VB Attorneys! my case started off horrible and i was in nothing but a confused state. When i contacted V.B. they were very informative and walked me thought everything that needed to be done. it took them less than a week to get me into a rental car and begin my treatments. Vuk was in constant communication and whenever i had questions he never hesitated to tell me the truth. After dealing with a subpar law firm for over 2 years and not getting anywhere I decided to switch to VB Attorneys. Im so happy I made that decision. They had the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to work my case efficiently and effectively. Communication was also great. With the typical qualifier that it takes a lot for me to actually write a review for a service provider, I was referred to VB Attorneys by a lawyer friend after I was involved in a car accident. The car accident involved someone running a red light and t-boning my car, after which I was rushed to the hospital due to re-injuring my back from a prior back surgery. Once the police arrived, it was the classic he said, she said with the other driver claiming she had the green light and me knowing that she 100% ran the red light. I was 100% upfront with VB and the need for their expertise to obtain the video footage to help the insurance company make a fault determination. I was also upfront telling VB Attorney s that the police report was going to be inconclusive (which is why I needed their help in the first place) and that after the fault determination was made, I would need their help in pursuing a personal injury claim against the other driver due to my back injury. After signing the engagement letter and VB 100% indicating their willingness to represent me, I received a daily call (for about a week) from the insurance adjuster claiming that they weren t able to get in contact with my attorney. After a week, I received another call from the adjuster telling me that VB told them that they were no longer representing me! Once they had looked at the police report and determined that it was inconclusive (which I told them it would be), they decided it wasn t going to be worth their time to represent me and instead of calling me immediately, they discussed this with the insurance adjuster first! With video footage typically only available for ~2 weeks after a wreck, this puts me a week behind in the whole process and in a bad spot in actually determining the fault of the other driver given that the video may no longer be available. Once you have a signed engagement letter, you d think they would actually stand behind their word? I guess not. Do not use VB Attorneys.

By far the worst experience of my life. My lawyers assistant Linda is very inexperienced and just plain rude. Settled my case for not even a fraction of what its worth, and then was told that I would receive more money after the case was settled but now theyre saying there is no more money... greatly disappointed with my experience here.

I originally contacted VB Attorneys after my occupational insurance company decided to stop paying benefits that they were obligated to pay due to my work place injury. While consulting with the firm, they advised me that due to negligence on behalf of the company I was performing work for, we could hold them liable and bring suit against them. In the meantime they were able to convince the Insurance company to continue paying benefits under the policy including back pay. However, since then the temporary disability payments have expired and the permanent disability was theoretically supposed to kick in, with one caveat, and that was that I was supposed to apply for and be approved by Social Security Disability. Byron graciously referred me to a Social Security Specialist who is working on that behalf. My only disappointment is that, I have been without any income since February and knowing how long it can take Social Security to make decisions, I will be waiting a long time before I can see any kind of relief. After three surgeries and a bleak prognosis of recovery from the injury sustained at work, I am a little discontent. Overall, the VB Attorney Group has been very helpful, Specially Byron, who handles my stress with grace and patience.
