I went this location at Cedar Park for the first time and the experience was terrible. I would like to speak with the owner and explain how one of this location team member was very rude with me and didn t display kindness, compassion or support; acting contrary of your web page mention about the employees behavior front the clients. I had to leave this location because my blood pressure went high for the stress the situation caused.

Heres the updated recommendation: --- I recently visited VCA Urgent Care and had a wonderful experience with their team, specifically with Dr. Robertson and Jodie. Dr. Robertson was exceptionally kind and gentle with my dog, Matteo. She went above and beyond to ensure that Matteo was comfortable and well taken care of. I especially appreciated how she took the time to thoroughly explain the x-rays and provide a clear understanding of what was happening with Matteo. Jodie was amazing, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring that I felt at ease. She added a thoughtful touch by detailing Matteos take-home goodie bag, which included his medications. Unlike a previous urgent care experience where I had to wait over half an hour to get into a room and another 20 minutes to see the doctor, despite being the only person there, VCA Urgent Care was prompt and efficient. The level of care and attention provided by Dr. Robertson, Jodie, and the entire staff made a significant difference during a stressful time. I highly recommend VCA Urgent Care for anyone seeking compassionate and timely veterinary care.

Jodi and Dr Davis we absolutely wonderful. My dog hadn t had a bowel movement in 5 days and they were very helpful, informative, kind and fast/efficient with the whole process. Check in was quick and super easy with Jodi, Dr Davis was very nice and concise with her assessment of my dog. I was sent home with a stool softener and later that evening my dog found relief. I would definitely recommend VCA if you find your self in need of assistance with your pup!

My cat needed urgent care on a Saturday and VCA was recommended. The staff and Dr. Kelly were all very nice and professional. They made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Once back at home, they even checked on us that night and the next morning. Just a very nice experience.

My pup had a minor emergency and this was the only spot open. I called this place and Jodi at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Within 20min we were seen and Dr Kelly was informative and helpful with our pup. 10/10 recommend!

Im extremely thankful to Kaelan and Dr. Davis for helping Rosie and for making our first urgent care experience go by so smoothly. The check in process was super fast and easy, I live 2 minutes away and almost immediately after I arrived Kaelan took us to a private room, an absolute blessing for my anxious and reactive dog. The place is very clean, comfortable, and everything seems to be in great conditions, the atmosphere felt inviting and comforting. The staff was super comprehensive of Rosies anxious behavior and did their best to ensure we were comfortable. Both Kaelan and Dr. Davis were truly amazing, listening to every detail and being open to answer any questions. They truly care for their patients! They were super transparent with treatment and costs and Dr. Davis was great at explaining step by step the treatment and the reasons for it. They were also great at answering any questions all throughout our visit and made me feel at ease that if something comes up after our visit, I can easily get in touch with them. There is guest wifi, drinks and snacks which is a plus. Rosie started to act more like herself almost immediately after our visit, and while she still needs more time to fully recover, I feel at ease with the treatment she got during our visit!

Had to come in on a Saturday evening. Even though I was pushing the time they willingly accepted my dog and were incredibly. They not only did a great evaluation on him but made him feel so comfortable. Jodie & Dr. Brein are great!

First time going to VCA Cedar Park and I was blown away. My Vets office was about to close when of course my dog needed some attention. They recommended VCA Cedar Park. I called and they were able to get us in within 15 minutes! The process was super easy, the office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. As soon as we were walked into our room, Dr Davis came in 5 minutes later. She did great with my little man. Ill definitely be going back!!

Oh my goodness....we wort to get my dog into her vet due to scheduling being booked. They went out their way to make shes okay and performed very thorough tests to try and figure out what issues were. I am hopeful that she would be fine and we can hopefully sleep well tonight .

Wow, we had such a great experience. Last minute on a Saturday needing to take my dog in for a potential abscess. Our regular VCA vet was about to close but recommended the VCA urgent care clinics. One good thing to know is there s no additional charge for these clinic visits being urgent care facilities. We chose to go to the Cedar Park location, and the whole process could not have been more efficient. You reserve a spot on a waiting list online, Which shows you the different locations and waiting times for each. I got a text a few minutes later saying it was our turn soon so go ahead and make your way to the facility. Once we did, we were met by friendly staff and escorted to a room by Jodie who was super friendly and efficient throughout. Dr. Swanson came in to see us, she was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable. Straight, to the point for what we needed. Recommended the least invasive option for treatment. Got medication we needed and we were out the door, all in less than 30 to 45 minutes. This place is brand new and very very clean. I am truly amazed at how smooth and efficient this whole process was. What a great idea VCA! And thank you for not charging more just because it s urgent care clinic! Thank you to the wonderful staff members here who helped us as well!

Im just going to be honest here. This is my first time dealing with a pet hospital, or anything related to pets since this is my first dog, but I am no stranger to businesses overall. The way VCA follows up and actually cares about their customers is unmatched and something all businesses should strive to accomplish. You can feel the care from every member as soon as you walk through the door, and the follow up is remarkable. You have gained a life long customer, and will recommend you to everyone that asks. My cat had a very high fever and would not eat or drink. I brought her in for supportive care. The whole staff is exceptional. I was very impressed with the care my kitty received and the professionalism of the veterinarians. My cat has responded very well to the treatment they gave in a difficult situation.

This animal hospital is the best thing in Cedar Park. Low pet stress, cost is efficient to only the priority, thus, you are never pressured in to up costs. Staff are all wonderful!!!

I took my English bulldog here, after going to 2 other places earlier that day. They were amazing all the way around, from customer service to how they treated my dog. They treat your animal like their own family, and it provided so much relief. My dog, Charlotte, loves them. I was even sent pictures of my animal as she was in the treatment area, one of them is attached to this review. They follow up with you, and keep their word. I absolutely recommend everyone take their animals to this location!

I had an amazing experience with a veterinarian at this facility Im just sorry i dont remember her name. I came here with my puppy a 12 week old great dane and they tested for parvo and unfortunately he was positive, the staff where very cautious even made me wait outside in my truck until they had a room ready. I called several vets to check in my puppy before arriving to this facility but all were very quick to say no. I am grateful there are still kind people that really are out there for our pets and not just a quick buck. Im happy to say my puppy made it with their treatment they sold me thanks guys my puppy rambo lives!!

My dog was limping, and I couldnt get in to see my regular vet, so I brought him to VCA. They were so sweet and treated my pup like he was their own. Unfortunately, they discovered that he had bone cancer. Of course, I fell apart, but they were so supportive and helped me through the initial shock. Im so grateful for Dr. Scibilia, Marlene, and Britney. If your dog or cat need urgent care, this is the place to go!

This was a referral from Banfield in round rock because they could not get my dog in. I had never heard of VCA. I am so glad that I went. I was panicking and nervous because my Frenchie woke up that morning and could not walk. The dr saw him immediately and of course by then, he was walking. She made a diagnosis and gave him medication. They are super friendly and very attentive to Ralf! I hope I don t ever need to come back but I would if I needed to! Definitely recommend them!! My baby is doing much better today thanks to them!!

My dog had an ear infection and the soonest our regular vet could see her was 4 weeks out. Rather than watch my poor pup suffer I looked around for someone who could see her sooner. When I called the emergency vet closest to me they said they were limited to the type of ear infection they could treat. I stumbled on a recommendation on Nextdoor for VCA urgent care. I checked in online, was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and after some brief info gathering was taken back to a room. Everyone was super friendly and the prices are comparable to other emergency vets in the area. Overall a pleasant experience!
