I met a lawyer at a time when I was at a loss as to what to do after a sudden car accident. The lawyer helped me by checking everything from accident handling to hospital guidance and treatment process from time to time to make sure I didnt miss anything, so it was very easy to deal with vehicle problems, insurance issues, accident handling issues, etc. What Im even more grateful for is that I was able to go to an appropriate hospital and get medical help so I could focus on treatment and health recovery. We connected you to a medical team. Thanks to this, my body became healthy and I was able to easily complete treatment. Since it was my first time dealing with this, they answered even the most basic questions with sincerity and handled the entire process so well that I felt like they were family. I would like to say that Tran Law Group has done nothing for me and continues to do nothing. I been dealing with a case with them for going on 4 years and no results. The first owner sold to a different owner and customer service hasn t changed. I ve gone through about 5 attorneys and not one has the decency to call me to update me about things fill me in on on court dates or anything. I call the office I get told my attorneys aren t in and they will leave a note to call back I never receive call backs hell I don t even know who my attorney is at this point. It s really embarrassing and I will not recommend Tran law to anyone. These 5 star reviews people are leaving must be paid because there s no way possible this is the same Tran Law Group I m dealing with. Crazy thing is they want the biggest percentage out my settlement whenever that comes but don t have the courtesy to even follow up with me. I will be contacting the state bar to file a grievance as well for lack of communication and neglect because it has definitely been just that.

For Koreans who have just settled in the U.S. and have difficulty speaking English, I think the most difficult problem if an accident occurs is communication. I had an accident in September 2018 a taxi cab hit the back of my car. It s been 5 years and until this day the person responsible for the accident has not paid for any of the damages done to my car. I called the Tran law firm today because they were handling my case I spoke to a woman named Rachel and she just told me the taxi cab filed for bankruptcy. My wife was involved in a hit and run totaling the car. The insurance company wanted to play hard ball claiming that the accident was somehow her fault when all the evidence clearly showed she was the victim of a crime. I have had a great experience in my dealings with the Tran Law Group. All of its personnel that I have spoken with and who helped assist me in my lawsuit were great! Although I called a lot :) they always returned my calls and supplied me with the information and/or update. From the very beginning Tiffani conducted my intake application - she was very thorough. Then I dealt a lot with Patricia who was always polite and pleasant. Marcus E. was wonderful in fighting for me with the others insurance company. He did a great job in a short amount of time. And lastly I dealt with Hannah. She is very professional and cared about me as a client wanting to ensure that I was up on everything relative to my settlement. I asked if she could mail the check to me and she graciously replied yes and get this via (1) day service with USPS. Thanks Tran Law Group!

They arent upfront and honest with their clients. They tell their clients rehearsed lines to get them off the phone. They do not stay on top of your case unless you call and ask them for updates. I caught Marcus in a couple of lies. I had to do foot work and make calls to close out my own case. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE

I had a car accident last August 2019, and my friend told me about this law firm office, since the accident happened, they never called me for update, it been almost 8 months now and this office never update me. I called today to get any update, the asked me to leave a voice mail to a lady who was not available. No one called me back. I hired attorney before and really nothing was like this attorney. Go some where else and save your time for something more important.
