Love total mens, they make it so easy. I made anl virtual appointment for post CoVid symptoms and they took the effort to call me to let me know that they would need to see me in person due to a need for a controlled substance, cough syrup with codeine. The extra effort made it so I could get to the location in time for the appointment and get what I needed same day. As always they had me in and out in less than a half hour. Initially, I was hesitant about seeing a PA instead of a doctor, but after consulting with a friend in the medical field, I learned that PAs often have more availability and are overseen by doctors. I was pleasantly surprised to book an appointment only a week out, compared to the 3-6 month wait times Ive encountered elsewhere. Dustin addressed all my concerns, even researching a topic he wasnt familiar with before my appointment, resulting in a cost-effective solution. Highly recommended!

First impression. A casual atmosphere. First names used. Nice approach. I thought I had an appointment for a regular routine physical exam. The exam consisted of blood pressure, and oxygenation, and blood and urine work. A high level health history; the typical short questions of illness/medical procedures history including parents. I printed my medications/supplement for them. They paid attention to my long list of supplementations; that was nice also. Nice Doc had good/comfortable eye contact, likable demeanor. I was looking for an internal medicine doc to keep as I am new to the area. Concern? It might be a specialty clinic not for an athlete my age. A concern that I didn t have time to ask. Miles better than the mass volume clinics that spoil health care. I keep ye all informed. It looks promising!

Great walk in visit. Courteous front desk receptionist. Great staff. Was seen right away. Great waiting area with snacks. I needed to see a primacy care physician and everyone I call is either not accepting new patients or your told your appointment will be in 2 to 4 weeks away. Heck by that time Im either worse off, Ive gotten better, or Im dead. Total Mens took care of me right away. I tested positive for Covid and these people refused to provide me with a doctor s note so that I could stay home 5 days. I was sent home to await the return results. I called the receptionist after finding out I was positive and she told me they don t give out doctors notes nor do they prescribe anything for Covid. She recommended that I drink plenty of fluids and go to an Urgent Care clinic if I get worse. She even cancelled my next day appointment to se the PA because I tested positive.

Great group of people. They were efficient and on time. Everyone was friendly and seemed to care. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything well. About as good as a doctor visit can be.

Imagine checking on their website and seeing they accept United Healthcare. Also that they offer services even if you dont have insurance. Then seeing painted on the locations window the notice that they accept all major insurance. Now imagine walking in and having a somewhat salty lady at the check in window telling you they do not accept your United Healthcare and there is nothing they can do for you.. Yeah, very frustrating....

The front desk staff was fast friendly and efficient. The office was easy to find, had easy parking and was clean and neat. The PA who helped me took the time to explain things and was friendly. I very much like the convenience of getting in and out quickly.
