Restaurant sign lit up as open and sign on door said closed at 10. At 9:03 the doors were locked. People were eating inside and workers were behind the counter. We tried both doors and neither opened. Employees saw us but did not acknowledge us at all, just stared back at us. Another person came to the door and knocked and was also ignored.

If you used to love Taco Bell back in the day and dont care for it now. Because its all processed and sent to the store in plastic bags. Then Taco Casa is a place to go for fresh food cooked and made in the restaurant fresh! They have fresh vegetables, and even black olives! They have the Chaloda, and its bigger than the old enchrito of Taco Bell. How I have missed good fast mexican food a prices are decent.

Natalia served my wife and I and we were very impressed. We live on a proper human diet and she accommodated our preferences. If Natalie is not a manager, she needs to be....no one else understood what we were trying to convey....she nailed it and has done so on multiple occasions now. She is an excellent employee and Taco Casa is fortunate to have her as part of their team.

Writing this review to shout out the gentleman working the drive thru tonight. His communication and customer service was outstanding.. as we drove away, my pre teen son even commented saying that he was so nice! You just don t run into that as often these days. I hope the company sees this and connects it back to him for recognition.

This Taco Casa never disappoints. Had a quick lunch today. I had the Super Nachos and out daughter had the Super Tacos. Service at the counter was prompt and extremely polite. Our food was made fresh and exactly as ordered. Super Nachos were piled high and loaded down. More than enough for one meal. Chips were fresh and crunchy too. Tacos were stuffed full as always and crunchalicuous! Parking: Plenty of parking. Just be careful pulling in and out when theres a lot of traffic. Wheelchair accessibility: Designated parking, tables and restroom appear to meet standard accessibility codes.

This Taco Casa in Lewisville is great. They actually completely fill the taco shells unlike everywhere else where they sprinkle a little bit and all you taste is the shell They are kind and make your food very well. I enjoy coming here.

I love Taco Casa but this store needs some work. Im here in a Sat at 5pm and there are two employees. The cashier is a gentlemen with his mask literally tipped past his eyes ond over his nose. Very slow service. Was here three days ago was here as well and cashier and cook were both on cell phones. I use cell phones for work but suspect this is not the case here. CORPORATE PLEASE ADDRESS. Please remove me from your Grubhub delivery driver platform. Just got order that is 14 miles from your restaurant. Almost every dfw restaurant has a delivery radius of under ten miles. First off, this place has fantastic service! Ive eaten here many times and I just love their tacos and especially that Chilada. It is what it is. I personally love it and I especially love the Super Nachos. I like everything else but I LOVE those dang nachos, lol. I usually get it with a large sweet tea. I really like this location. They are pretty consistent with food and service. Sometimes they forget something but it isnt too often. We always make huge orders and I feel bad for rattling off item after item but the employees are patient and catch everything. One employee specifically is amazing. I wish I knew his name to give proper credit and feedback. When he is at the window our order is perfect every time and I never feel rushed giving my order.

Terrible service. The person at the winter doesnt need to be there. They dropped the person in front of me food. Picked it up outside the window and still gave it to them. When it was my turn they said NOTHING not hello not the price nothing. Took my card walked to the front to charge it and came back with the reciept and then left again grabbed the food handed it out the window. The person had ear length dreads and the stankiest attitude. Oh wait they didnt say anything so maybe no attitude. They are the worst person Ive ever seen at ANY location. Retrain or move on
