Its been about 6/7 months now. I have been evicted because I can no longer drive, asked for a lone against my case, just enough to pay for the deposit, that was a no. My accident happened before 6 am and I was referred to Mr. Salazar, by 6:30 am he was already calling me and asking if I was ok. He started working on my case before I sent pictures of my vehicle letting me know all my options and making sure I was physically ok. The 18-wheeler accident was right outside my job, and I let Mr. Salazar know that I had to go in and let my boss know what happened. By the time I was able to leave & contact him again he already had an urgent care facility near my house so that I could get checked out. I was a little hesitant because I was under the impression that I would have to pay for my medical exams, but Mr. Salazar informed me that I would not have to pay for anything and made sure I let them know I was his client. Mr. Salazar was traveling on that day, but he made sure that I made it to the medical facility and was quick to check on me the moment his plane landed as well as making sure that his office stayed in touch with me. From the first phone call to Mr. Salazar at 6:30 in the morning to the very last day that I went to the office to close my case with Yvette, their customer service went above and beyond. Yvette always made sure to keep me up to date with what was going on with my case. If for any reason she couldnt get an answer to one of my questions by the time that she gave me, she would make sure to call me and let me know she was still working on it. They were always available via phone & text. I expected this case to take a lot longer to solve but they did such an amazing job that it was over a lot sooner than I thought. God willing, I will never have to use their services again, but I will always recommend the entire firm to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. My brother was in a motorcycle accident that caused a pretty serious TBI. It has taken me a very long time to write this review, but honestly the worst law firm ever! I was hit by a car while I was crossing the street about 2 and half years ago. I was referred to them by their brother who was a friend at the time. After months of going to a chiropractor they had sent me to after my accident they left me a voicemail letting me know they were dropping my case. Never had the decency to even call me into the office at all. I never even met with them about my case at all. Never saw my police report even after I asked to see it. Do not waste your time and energy! They took advantage of me not knowing how any of this works. Update: 2/19/20 When I came on here to post my review the first time I saw many many many negative reviews saying basically the same things Im saying and some were even worse than my case. The day after I posted my review one of the Salazar brothers called me and left me a voicemail saying he wanted to talk to me to make it right for the next person. It didnt make sense to me at the time because like how can you actually make this right when you have a lot of people accusing you of the exact same thing. Now that I came on here again out of curiosity and honestly it does get to me sometimes when I think of how my case would of actually ended if I would of chose a different attorney-- but it all makes sense now I dont know how he did it but the reviews from the other people are gone and mine is still up so Im assuming thats why it was so important to get in contact with me.
