Attorney Taft Foley is a very professional attorney. He returns calls promptly and keeps his clients apprised of the progress of their cases. I was in a car accident and Mr.Foley took my case and represented me well. Mr.Foley is a wonderful guy he gets the job done. He supports us in anyway he can. When it comes to his clients he do not play. He settled our case and he got us what we needed. Erica is amazing as well she stay on top of the job and calls and email me whenever and don t matter the time she responds with the quickness. I will love them to represent me any day. Disregard all the negative reviews, Taft Foley is AWESOME!! When I thought the EEOC wasnt going to find any justice in my case, my file was handed off to Mr. Taft Foley and I must say he did an amazing job helping me settle my discrimination case. He is the most kind, generous and successful attorney that Ive ever met and even though my case was taking longer than expected, he helped me get back the money I deserved. the people who work here are very unprofessional. i didnt see the bad review until after my car accident case took over a year to finish. I later found out that he had closed my case and lied about how much I had goten back. he never gave me any paperwork i have finally had to go to get another lawyer to get mines back from him. like the review says i hated it. only use him if you already have another lawyer to sue him for all your money back.

I am a former client of this firm and I am very unhappy with the way my case and my childrens case was handled. Run, run as fast as you can. This law firm is not to be trusted, he is known for stealing money from his clients. He told me my case and my childrens case settled for a certain amount and he had to pay the medical doctors directly, when I asked for a copy of my file he cursed at me and immediately hung up the phone. He offered to pay me after I found out he stole money from my case and my childrens case. This attorney is very unethical and unprofessional. He pays chiropractors a different amount from what the clients sign on their settlement statement. I regret switching from my previous attorney to go with him but he offered me $500.00 if I switched to his office. He is not to be trusted and doesnt deserve to practice law!!!
