Terrible circumstances led me to them; however, this amazing group of people made sure to take care of me and my family for the past year and a half and made the wait very much worthwhile. if you want your own lawyers to over doubt you go ahead and get them , they were basically agreeing to take whatever the other insurance i was suing was offering, which was literally leaving me with almost nothing! so i said no ! multiple times to them. All they had to do was get the proof i told them since the start & that s what they did at the end, that was the only way we got a better offer , imagine if i would of agree to the first offer, anyways they made me feel like i was lying! & when i went to go pick up the paycheck the girl on front desks told me to wait for mario de la garza, that he wanted to give me my check personally, i waited there for a while & he never came out , the receptionist ended up bringing the check & just said that mario said if i can leave a review! well there you have your review !

Our case pertained to an auto-pedestrian collision involving a commercial vehicle that resulted in catastrophic injuries to my brother. Unfortunately and ultimately these injuries resulted in his wrongful death due to this hit and run in the Houston area. One important factor for us was that this involved dealing with family where we all lived outside of Texas, which required consideration for numerous phone calls to different time zones to discuss the case. Mario was very professional at all times. The one thing that made me at ease with him was that when I would text him, I would get a response every time within 10 minutes.or less. There was always an answer from him everytime I had a question. He was always on time or a few minutes early when we had to meet up for things pertaining to my case.
