Terrible terrible experience! Was severally injured at work and wasn t at fault. Took the firm 2 years to assign me an attorney and when I finally got one he was rude , uninformed me about everything! Basically forced my decision to settle. Now wants all of my settlement. I was never involved in the process I was just told what was going on and this is how it s going to go. I am sick over this especially since he settled my case while my medical treatment isn t finished!! Now after my settlement is done I find out Chris Levitt my attorney withheld information about my case and lied to me. My medical treatment was supposed to be paid for and I find out today that I still owe 20,000 !!! just because Buzzbee seems rich doesn t always mean he s the best. The worst!!!!!

The firm is very professional, excellent service and a true trial law firm. I was in an accident , with a commercial vehicle . I contacted Buzbee law firm and Peter Taffee & Crystal Del Toro took my case & we got settlement 3 times more than initially offered by insurance company. I had to see a orthopedic spine surgeon after no improvement in my back pain and they were able to send all LOPs in timely fashion , so I could see the surgeon. After I finished treatment the made a demand and insurance company didnt accept the demand . They filed a law suit conducted depositions, interviews, discoveries, and established fault and liability of the other party. Few months before the trial , we settled during a mediation . I have been to other Personal Injury attorneys and can truly believe they are very competent lawyers that practice with high level of ethics and integrity . They truly care for their clients, stand by them , and take negligent party to courtroom/trial unlike other law firms who just advertise on TV and billboards .I would highly recommend them if you are ever in an accident.
