Easily the best lawyer I ve ever had to use. Jacob was there for me since the very beginning of the accident back in January where my vehicle was totaled by a commercial vehicle. We eventually settled after some time and they were extremely helpful through the whole process. Glad to have been referred to them! Update 12/2/23 Had a issue with the check come up and they were able to resolve it immediately. Can t say enough good things about this firm!!

I was involved in a horrific Hit and run accident on Feb. I was appointed by a former friend to the Schiffer Law firm. l I was very lost on what to do but then upon our first phone call I was quickly guided throughout the whole accident procedure. The whole experience was very easy and I felt a relief knowing I was getting taken care of. I had the best outcome possible in my case and they knew how to get it. Jacob was very nice and easy to work with! Very good law firm I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any injury accidents!

i was in a wreck and Jake schiffer made sure to get me right, in a span of 4 weeks jake got me the money i deserved from the wreck, and Nydia was absolutely amazing !! she was very professional and informative !! she made sure to keep me updated no matter what ! When I say Paul is the BEST lawyer, it is an understatement. Paul went above and beyond to get my case dismissed. I was fighting a felony assault charge and Paul sat down with me and we planned a perfect defense with him always being not one but five steps ahead. He is 100% recommended and the guy you need on your side if you need to fight any criminal case. He is always one call away at any time and any day. My daughter called this firm for help regarding a retaliation and wrongful firing at her work. She spoke with1 of the attorneys, he was very helpful and although they don t work in this area, he helped her find an attorney who is helping her. She was encouraged by the time she got off the phone with him. She had been crying most of the night and got off the phone and smiled and said he wanted to help me and was so nice to me mom.

Horrible service. He knew what was going on with my husband but didnt have the balls to tell us in person. When I needed him to sign papers, he was no where to be found. I needed assistance with my husband after his court date and he never returned my phone calls. He basically took my money and ran. Do not recommend at all. Honestly, I would give him no stars if I could.

This is going to be a little long but whoever reads this needs to know that they are in the best hands possible when Paul Schiffer is your attorney, this man has gone above and beyond to get the absolute best case scenario for me with my situations, he is someone I can easily call a friend if not true family, he worked his but off for me and this is not even the first time but in this certain situation he was able to find a loop hole in my case and was able to make me a free man again, this man I truly cannot thank enough! Words cant begin to describe how grateful I am for Mr. Schiffer. About a year and a half ago I dealt with huge complication and obstacle in my life. I was put into a situation that I didnt know how I was going to get out of and I was beyond blessed to receive Mr. Schiffers help. Theres a reason why he is the most sought out Attorney in Texas. This man is extremely educated in his field and goes beyond the impossible to help his clients. He really makes you feel safe, that everything will be okay if you just trust him. In September of 2017, during a traffic stop, a Montgomery County Sheriff arrested me for the felony charge of being in possession of a controlled substance. This substance was my three remaining 10mg pills of Adderall inside my Sunday through Saturday pill box and not in the actual prescription bottle. What could have been resolved with a phone call on his part, instead became a nightmare of legal fees paid to Montgomery County. Not only was I arrested, but then my car impounded for two weeks while they tried to see if anything else could be charged as well. Then I contacted Paul. Despite the complete lack of common sense that runs rampant through out every department of Montgomery County, Paul stayed the course. Since the prescription bottle was not present at the time of the arrest, they were still going to press felony charges at the start. Paul handled everything with patience and what can only be called finesse and after a few resets and many conversations with the DA and of course my following every ridiculous rule and fee the county charged me, the case was dismissed completely. This court had the ability to charge me with a felony arbitrarily and were it not for Paul arguing the common sense and diplomatically getting them to see how to fairly make judgement, they may very well have succeeded. I can t thank Paul enough for his efforts and will continue to do so at every chance I get. Without misleading you with false optimism, Paul knows the law and can give you all of the facts of the why and the how things are being done. He takes that knowledge, in addition a diplomatic attitude and can reason with district attorneys to come to reasonable conclusions. If you have a case that simply looks bad, but in reality is a mistake, Paul will see to it as best he can that you get your justice as well. I m not only happy with his work, I am proud to be able to write up this review and will gladly post it to anything online that asks.
