We booked an event at Old Settlers and the venue was great! We had all the amenities we needed and the guests all looked super happy!

Review for annual pumpkin patch: This is a small but cute pumpkin patch. Had a few food options, jump house, wagon train and a good choice of pumpkins. One pumpkin cost us about $20 (pricey). Also the entrance fee was definitely on the high side when compared to the size and actives available verse other pumpkin patches. Would not recommend for children older than 6-7 yrs old (that might even be on the high side).

My Mother in law lives here full time. She says it s nice but not many amenities. The playground at the park nearby is sweet though.

They never answer the phone @ the Old Settlers Association. Not sure exactly who or what is associated with this association, but its pretty apparent community outreach & customer service are not their thing - as though they have an answering machine where you can leave a message, they will NOT return calls if you are interested in finding out more information about their facilities & services. Pretty sad. I feel sorry for Williamson County & Round Rock residents whos tax dollars help support this place.

We (Austin Aeronauts and friends from the CTBA) fly hot air balloons from the Associations grass lot and we are so glad to have a wonderful and long lasting relationship with them. Another beautiful flight again today!

If I could give this a 0 I would. Whoever said there is always plenty of space is lying. Obviously people are staying long term here. No reservations but also no one answers the phone so you can make other plans.

Love this little park. They don t take reservations, it s first come, first serve. This isn t the first park we ve been to that s like this and we honestly don t mind. If you can t find a spot, boondock overnight and see if someone leaves the next morning. This is our second stay here in the past year and both times there was a spot open even though we came late. People are always coming and going so getting a spot isn t that hard, especially in the middle of the week. Holidays are usually filled so coming in the middle of the week before the weekend starts is usually a better option. The amenities aren t that great but it s one of the lowest prices in the Austin area. There isn t a bathhouse and the sites are close together. Cell coverage is iffy for TMobile. There isn t Wi-Fi either. There is a laundry room. $2 wash and free to dry. The sites aren t shaded but there is lots of green grass and mature trees around other areas of the park with picnic tables. My kids especially love visiting the farms animals. This campground is not for your typical camping trip. It is a great place if you are using an RV to roadtrip across Texas and need a safe place to stay at night while touring Austin during the day. I m not sure what the complaints about the office staff are about. Randy has always been great. The office is closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. If most of this doesn t bother you, it may be a great campground for you. If it does and you don t have a small budget, you may be better off going somewhere else. We like the price, the close proximity to everything, dining, parks, shopping and nightlife. This park works for us and we were happy here during both of our stays.

Pulled in late on a Fri night, plenty of spots available. Place is clean & quiet. A bit hard to see road at night, we found ourselves off-roading looking for a spot at first. Great rate of $23. Thank you

This place is extremely poorly managed. It is a shame that it has Old Settlers in its name. Old settlers contains lovely park areas which could use a lovely campground rather than this poorly run operation.

There are never openings. It appears to be people living there full time. Ive been trying to get a spot for 3 months. Every time I go its the same campers there. Im letting the city and county services know this.

Stayed in the RV park and was happy overall. Nice park, nearby Dell Diamond and Salt Lick BBQ, large water park, and local relatives. Lots of other dining choices. Attended the Bluegrass Festival. They do not take site reservations. We will stay here again in the future.

There are several historic structures here including the Palm Mansion, Rices Crossing Store, and a Firehouse Museum. During the Holiday Season, they decorate everything with lights.
