Clint McGuire is an exemplary attorney and I want to give him all the credit he is rightfully due for the phenomenal experience that I had working with him throughout our recent engagement . First and foremost, I tend to be somewhat skeptical of many attorneys because of bad experiences in the past with most of those interactions clearly highlighting an inclination focused on financial gain rather than what is in the best interest of the client. However, with Clint Mcguire I found him to be upfront and honest with me throughout the entire process. I found him to be very accessible, which has not been the case with many of my experiences in the past. Whenever I would need to have check ins with him about any and all questions that I had, he ensured that not only was I able to reach him via our agreed method of communication, but also to make sure that I was comfortable and all of my questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction. June 3rd of 2022 while driving a freight train, I slammed into a loaded tractor trailer that was parked on the track in Houston Texas. After the incident I had to get some work done on my lower back due to the hard impact. I missed a total of 93 days of work. While getting therapy & was really worried about how I was going to pay my bills while being off during therapy & rehabilitation. I contacted McGuire Injury Law & just from the phone conversation I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. Jeff McGuire which is the attorney I spoke with was fabulous. Over a series of phone calls as well as meetings he worked with me by pointing me in the right direction as far as which doctors could help me best. The law firm offered financial support while I was off & it was offered at a very reasonable repay rate if I needed it. I wasnt expecting to get a whole lot of money. All I was really concerned with was getting my lost wages as well as my medical bills paid. I spent a total of 93 days in and out of different doctors offices and rehabilitation centers that worked on my lower back and when all was said done Jeff McGuire contacted the trucking companies insurance and explained to them all that had happened as well as what I was out financially and low and behold the trucking company totally agreed with the amount we requested. After medical bills and attorneys fees I put some money in my pocket pay all medical bills and go back to work. Jeff was great. Very informative as well as understanding about my concerns. If you or anyone you know is in need of a personal injury lawyer, I highly highly highly recommend McGuire Injury Law.

Simply PHENOMENAL from start to finish !!! I could not have had a more kind and considerate lawyer to represent me like Mr. Jeff McGuire !!! The whole staff from the first time that I called was responsive, professional and empathetic to my case. I was stuck in a unique situation where Gap coverage was selected and my contract paperwork. Which I paid for and was reflected in my paperwork. The premium for that was included in my financed amount. In March My vehicle was involved in total loss accident and the Dealership/Finance management is withholding the Gap Coverage Companies information from me. The company was not printed on my documents and was never given any paperwork work from the dealership. and my finance company is also not getting the information they need from the Dealership. The dealership basically charged me for it and pocketed my money. My car loan does not close until i pay the rest of the car. Thankfully I found Mr. McGuire, and he represented me and we WON !!! Dealership now has to pay double and plus some !!! Hopefully this dealership learned their lesson !! I was even able to walk out with some money in my pocket after I paid what was owed. Thanks Jeff for being so kind, and handling my situation quick and and always keeping me informed every step. You did an AMAZING JOB !!! I first heard about Clint when I was working with his father on the Railroad in 2009. I was told that he was a better Attorney than Steve Young, who at the time was the Top FELA Railroad Attorney. Forward to August 2018 where I was involved in a Limo accident while on duty. A couple of days later the injury got worse and I went and saw a doctor, who advised to go see a back specialist. I was placed on injury by the company and I was advised to contact an Attorney to protect myself for having a on the job injury. I got Clints office number and called. Clint took my call and gave me good advice on what to be prepared for and how to handle to complications that come from being injured. I found Clint to be very well versed in FELA cases and the National Agreements, Clint advised that I was eligible for OTVA payments and helped me get them when the Union didnt know how to apply for them and the company played dumb. It finally took a threat of filing suit to get what was contractually owed to me. Clint was there every step of the way, (as was his Staff) he always answered my telephone calls, emails and texts. He would check in on me and kept me informed of the status of everything going on in my case. When it came time for depositions, Clint prepped me for my testimony and I was more prepared than I have ever been to testify. After almost (3) years, (3) Major surgeries and (8) injections we went to mediation and much to my satisfaction we settled. Clint is honest, truthful and has great integrity, he is fearless when it comes to taking on big Corporations and protecting his Clients. I am proud to call him my Friend. Michael Jauch

Mr. McGuire was my attorney on a case against a railroad company. The railroad offered me $0 amount when I got injured on the job. So I contacted him about my case and he took with no proble, and won the case for me. Every time I contacted him, he replied back within 30 minutes each time.
