Hyatt Place is a reliable 3-star hotel, and this property delivered on the expected amenities, cleanliness and up-to-date atmosphere. I have to say that the staff here are wonderful and really take hospitality seriously. My colleague and I spent the better part of the evening working at the table by the business center. Staff member after staff member kept coming by to take care of little details and always with a kind word. Just lovely people taking care of their guests. You would not expect that attention at most 3-star hotels.

Limited time on property with late check in and early check out. Check in was fast, room was very clean and smartly designed. Only nitpick is that the bed creaked a little - outside of that, no issues at all. Note that this is an airport hotel so there will be some airplane noises.

Due to canceled flights across the city, this hotel was booked when we arrived at 3AM. Even though I couldnt rent a room, your staff made us feel welcome as we purchased snacks and drinks for my children. Your team made sure we had a safe plan before we left back to the airport. I will never forget how well they cared for everyone that was arriving unexpectedly. The team, especially your shuttle driver, were so nice and caring!!

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight. The rooms were very nice, the shuttle ride to Gate E was just under 10 minutes. The real gem was our shuttle driver, Keith! His positive personality and wonderful energy were a blessing, and he really made the morning great. He was super helpful and Id stay here again just to ride the airport shuttle!

I am extremely happy that you have people like Deborah working there. She was amazing. I know the check-in time is at 3. I arrived around 9 am, Instead of turning me away, she said she would try to get my room ready as soon as possible, she allowed my stuff to stay there, so I could go eat and then come back. Around 12 she apologized for the room not being ready and offered me access to the pool. She was also very pleasant and polite. An hour later, my room was ready, and I was allowed to go in. She also helped us schedule our shuttle to the airport. She made my visit so much more enjoyable. Thank you Deborah

Anthony, shuttle driver @ night, went above & beyond trying to pick me up after several roads were closed & the manager, cool a$$ white woman as Anthony put it, (I believe her name was Nancy) was amazing! She gave me dinner & a drink as were sorry for all your trouble, eventhough it wasnt their fault. I dont remember the other ladies name that worked the front counter but she was there when I arrived & left, God bless her, she was so sweet as well. And, the morning shuttle driver, cant remember his name either, but he was so great w/ information & assuring us if there was a delay or cancelation he would come & get us & getnus checked back in so we didnt have to stay all day @ the airport. Top notch staff & would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to staying again!

It started badly with their telephones being down so we could not order the free airport shuttle bus and had to get a taxi. But they recovered well and dealt with the taxi costs and were outstanding in their hospitality. Special mention to Helen, who took care of us. Great team there, and they even took us to the rental centre. So if you need an airport hotel in Dallas, this is it.

Very nice hotel! Is like 4Km away from the airport and you have the shuttle that brings you back and forth included. The rooms are pretty (I forgot to take pictures), the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is nice and spacious (the shower is with bathtub). You have a frigo but drinks are not included, you need to buy them. The food is good. Definitely recommended!

I had an early flight out of Dallas, and I needed a place to stay overnight so I could just wake up and roll to the airport. This place was perfect for a quick stay. Every employee I encountered from checkin to checkout and shuttle to the airport was professional and helpful. Special shoutout to Keith, the shuttle driver. He was incredible kind and helpful with bags, getting into and out of the shuttle, and as I was en route to my terminal, he informed me of delays at my terminal that may affect my travel; he said if I get a long delay, call Hyatt, and he would scoop me up and bring me back to rest in the comfort of a room at the hotel instead of suffering in the airport for an extended period. I will stay here for any future flights as a result of the great service I had this trip. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast grab and go was appreciated early in the morning before the flight.

The hotel itself was great and the location can t be better. However, we had a big problem with the shuttle to/from the airport. We stayed one night & paid to park our car for 5 days. When we returned to DFW, I called to ask for the shuttle to come get us. I was told someone would be there within 15-20 minutes. An hour went by and I called again the woman was apologetic and told me that she would send the shuttle right away. 30 more minutes went by before the shuttle came to us. We have 3 young children, so you can imagine how upsetting it is to wait an hour and a half for a bus to take you 3 miles away. When the shuttle did arrive, the driver did not even stand up or offer to help us with bags - we had a car seat bag with 3 car seats, a checked bag, & a carry on, along with our three little ones. Pretty disappointing next time we fly out of DFW, I will make a reservation elsewhere.

The customer service is top notch at this property! My husband travels for work quite a bit and after a frustrating day of delayed and cancelled flights, Amelia saved the day! Amelia kindly helped us set up a Hyatt membership and quickly explained the benefits! Her actionable knowledge and kindness turned our day around. Rooms: Good beds. I m not a fan of the glass bathroom door as I like to leave the bathroom light on and close the door. It leaves just enough light underneath the door to find the bathroom in the dark. I stay at a lot of different hotels and the different layouts can contribute to banging into furniture and walls in the dark. There is too much light if I leave the light on with the glass door. Also the chairs at the desks in this hotels rooms are the most uncomfortable I ve ever sat in. Ouch. Food and drinks: Adequate food availability and a good breakfast. Noteworthy details: Very nice staff.

We got a room here when we missed our connecting flight due to delays. The staff was super accommodating, giving us the essentials we needed since our bags were still at the airport. The next morning the shuttle driver Keith got us back to the airport but told us to call the hotel if we experienced more delays and he would come back and get us back into our room to have a relaxing place to wait it all out. I stayed at this hotel at the end of a business trip. While the room was comfortable, I found it to be slightly dated compared to my previous stay at the Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Alliance Town Center. My decision to stay here was primarily influenced by the availability of the airport shuttle service. However, despite being told that the shuttle service starts at 3 am and operates every half hour, I was disappointed to find that it did not adhere to this schedule. Upon arriving in the lobby at 4:23 am, I discovered that the shuttle had already departed because all passengers scheduled for the 4:30 am slot had checked in early, a detail that was not communicated to me during check-in. As the shuttle service was the main reason for my choice of accommodation, I found this experience to be extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I ended up needing to pay for an Uber to make my flight rather than wait 35-40 minutes for the next shuttle. I wont be staying at this location again and I will be reconsidering Hyatt as my first choice in the future.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place DFW! We stayed for 3 nights. Staff is awesome, A+ customer service. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, plenty of sitting room and didnt feel crammed for two adults and a kid. The bed was comfortable, even the sofa bed. Close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle, very convenient. Free breakfast with lots of options. Free parking for guests as well! The pool is indoors and warm. I used the fitness center, it was small but got the job done. Overall, a terrific stay and would definitely stay here again. We had three families traveling and they all enjoyed their stay.

So first off the staff was awesome! Very friendly and informative. Keith was great ambassador for your hotel. He s really nice and goes way above and beyond. The shuttle is a great service to offer! The hotel was in a great location If you re flying out of DFW. It s not really close to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth, but that s not why we booked it. We were flying out at 5am so we wanted to be close. The rooms itself are another story. Although they are clean, they re very dated. The room was really stuffy. Idk if the a/c worked or what, but we turned it down to 66 and it was still really muggy in our room. The people above us sounded like they were doing construction all afternoon and evening but that s not the hotels fault.

The cleanliness of the bed, blanket, bathroom, floor and furniture was very good. A variety of shower products were provided. There is a Starbucks convenience store nearby (walking distance), so you can get a quick snack. Shuttles run every 30 minutes between the airport and hotels. If the time is not right, call the hotel and press 0 to be connected to the front desk and receive detailed information. Moreover, there was a Korean person who had been working there for 6 years, so I was guided so comfortably that there was no inconvenience at all. The shopping mall guide there was a godsend . The friendliness of the driver was also the best. I highly recommend it to my friends if they are going to the Dallas airport. It is very good value for money. Five stars!!:) I stayed for one night without any discomfort or difficulties.

Do not stay here I highly recommend you stay at the Texican Court hotel instead Terrible experience. My first impression after working 16+ hours and finally getting to my hotel was a rude front desk lady (I think it was a night auditor) she had attitude the whole time, wouldnt let me charge the hotel to my office credit card THAT I BOOKED MY RESERVATION WITH because it wasnt physically with me. But if I no showed, Im sure shed have no problem charging that card the fee. ( I travel weekly for work, this is never a problem unless I got a rookie staff member) she then offered a shuttle for me to the airport, but then snarkily told me the shuttle was booked for the time I requested (4am) She then told me that coffee and pastries would be available in the morning. So I come down at 3:45 am, to call my Uber, there are no coffee or pastries and there are no people waiting for the shuttle. And that same class act of an employee was working there still. Guess she just has a control and attitude problem. Well I had to come back the next day for work, and I booked a night at an amazing hotel called the Texican hotel If a member of management reads this, I stayed there on 1/16 and you may not contact me about this experience.

Room 322 - Beds were comfortable; linens were cold and thin though. HVAC fan ran all night even though we turned the thermostat to off. Toilet filled every 30min or so. Shower handle broke. Cleaning staff opened our door without knocking at 9:25am. Breakfast was pretty good. Front desk staff was friendly. Right next door to rental car returns and gas. Crying baby next door all night long (not their fault, but ruined our sleep. Evidently parents were in the next room!!)

The hotel as well as the rooms are super clean and nice. Front Desk staff that was here when I checked in at 3pm were very polite and helpful. When I booked room and checked in I informed front desk that I was having a sleepover for my daughters 10th birthday. They still put us on the 5th floor. Well around 9/10pm the front desk called saying a noise complaint. I informed her that they were taking showers from leaving the pool but no one was loud. I still apologized about the noise. Almost an hour later the office calls room phone again and lady says, Maam you have to keep your children quite because we have a pilot under you who needs his rest. I tried to explain it was no noise because kids were now sleep at this moment. Nice hotel but I wouldnt recommend staying with children. My last time booking.

Was here for a 2 day training. It is a nice hotel with nice rooms, plenty of parking for free and no airport noise or something. The front desk staff and the bar team staff were amazing. they always say how are you always say have a nice day they work very hard as it it is a busy hotel. We were here for a training, and all participants told very positive about the team. They gave us a great experience and super service even till late in the night. Thumbs up, I never seen them agitated or stressed, and it could be very busy sometimes, always friendly.

Stuck in DFW overnight so I called. Made a reservation and set up shuttle pickup and return to DFW all in one phone call. Very nice staff! So nice at 12:30 AM! Room was very clean and quiet. There was a nice breakfast selection and hot coffee. Checkout was a breeze and shuttle runs every half hour to DFW. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms: Clean, well-supplied, well-maintained. Safety: Well-lit outside, parking available, well-lit hallways Food and drinks: I dont like powdered eggs but the rest was excellent in variety and taste.

We came to Hyatt place due to tons of flights getting canceled, and little did we realized we had booked a day later, so long story short,we were waiting to find next best option for the night, and while waiting Keith walks in,his duty started at 2 am and boy did he hold his job to the best of his abilities! He went beyond call of duty, offered us water blankets and even food, that s what I call hospitality for stranded folks off the flight. He said you are my guests in my house and I have yet to come across such a humble, kind and thoughtful soul in the hospitality industry. This man needs more than 4 stars coz he is a hero in disguise! We came to this hotel because of the reviews, I was a little worried about the proximity to the airport, because of the noise, but once inside the rooms, you cannot hear them at all. Rooms were cleaned, toilet was a little dirty, you could tell where housekeeping only cleaned part of it, but it wasnt s big deal. The breakfast in the morning could be better, dont get me wrong, they had a vast variety of items, but given that this is one of the hotels travelers stay at, their flight usually leaves early in the morning, so they get up and eat early in the morning, and the 1 girl working the kitchen becomes overwhelmed. Put it this way, it you go there after 8:30 am, you wont find many of the main items. Also, I read this on a review but didnt fathom the idea of it happening to me, which is the fire alarm go off while in the hotel, which means you have to get your behind out the room, DOWN THE STAIRS (because elevators dont work during this time) and go outside. After waiting you realize that it was a child the one who pulled the alarm, I could hear the receptionist at the hotel tell the mother it was no problem to let her child play in the pool unsupervised, which led to her pulling the alarm for fun. Needless to say we were all very upset. Bottom line, hotel is good, food is good, location is good. Service could be better, and customer service could be improved by just being nicer. Hell, I was afraid to ask the receptionist for more towels on our third day of staying there, she looked like she was very upset.

Airport permit. Large and comfortable room. Cleaning left something to be desired. They never washed the bathroom stall (I dont know if its normal) but it was transparent and it was already milky after 3 weeks without anyone washing it. They only vacuumed the room but didnt even wipe the window frame with a cloth. I was able to write in the dust. Nice breakfast.

I liked the hotel. Obviously it is an airport hotel and in that sense it is good that it is close. We used the transfer from the hotel and it was perfect. From the airport it is more complicated because you have to call when you arrive at the airport. It would be nice to be able to order it in advance with the flight number.

Nice hotel that is slightly cheaper than the more centrally located Hyatt. Room had one bed and room for one more that was used for a nice sofa. Shuttle was a little inconvenient, for pickup go to the shuttle area, then make your call to request shuttle. This should be on the web page as I had to make 2 calls, one for info and the other to schedule the pickup. Dont forget to reserve the trip back. As an alternate, the rental car center is a ten minute walk to and from the hotel which may be quicker.

Stayed here for 1 month (a long time for an airport hotel really - but close to where I was working). The stay was excellent, all the staff are really friendly and service was always polite and efficient when I needed it. The room was a good size and quiet and probably some of the quietest AC Ive had in a room - which as a light sleeper in the increasingly warm spring months was a bonus. The room was well cleaned and stocked each day, and the breakfast spread was pretty good for a free breakfast - probably beating some paid for buffets Ive had in other hotels. I had to travel on a couple of occasions during my stay and the shuttle service to the airport and pick from the airport was excellent. I would subtract only a minor part star (*) for the fact they have a gas fireplace outside which appears to be on 24/7 - this seems rather wasteful, especially in the middle of the day when its pushing 90 degrees! Also I rated location lower as there is basically nothing around here other than a Starbucks and a gas station if you need to eat/drink you will need a car/cab.

This is an amazing property if you need a hotel close to the DFW airport. I did have an issue with my reservation on this past stay but it was resolved quickly by Helen, Charvette & Kisha. The shuttle drivers Christopher & Gary are delightful & I enjoyed our conversations. Everyone takes ownership of any issues that crop up & it is truly a team effort at this location. Rooms are updated & comfortable. There is no full service restaurant but the menu offering is more than adequate & the food is delish!! We used Hyatt Place DFW for our hotel for guests to stay at for an off site wedding of 300+ guests. We rented about 60 rooms/night + functional space for a weekend and the service was impeccable. Each room was clean, updated, and without any issues. Check in was flawless and the customer service from everyone from the front desk, shuttle driver, housekeeping, and breakfast was an amazing. Really made us feel like family as soon as we arrive! AJ Moreno specially was our sales rep and was so accommodating and responsive throughout the almost year planning process. He gave us so much peace of mind with such a large group and ensured the follow through was just as excellent. Even with some last minute flight cancellations and late night arrivals, he made sure the hotel was aware and they were ready to assist as soon as we arrived. 10/10 recommend for airport stays, corporate events, and if you need a large block of rooms for a wedding!

This hotel was a little out of my price range, but the location was perfect as I had a rental car to drop off and an extremely early flight out of DFW. I was counting on something nice for my wife and I on our final night in the States, but I was disappointed to find a broken toilet fixture, a suspiciously stained towel, and a noisy fan vent in the room--neither a good first impression, nor what I needed to relax after a tough 8 hours on the road. The front desk staff handled my complaint quite well and quickly had the problems fixed. The next morning, the airport shuttle was punctual and the driver professional--a nice final impression, I thought. Walkability: I was able to walk easily to the hotel from the rental car drop-off point.

Location was perfect for an early morning flight. We took a shuttle to the airport. The drivers name was Keith and he was THE BEST. Such a nice human. He provides excellent service and told us exactly what to expect. The hotel was okay. I was disappointed in the menu selection and the bathroom. They also do not have a hot tub. We were woken up at 1:30 a.m. by the most awful alarm! No one would tell us what was going on or if there was a fire. Six flights of stairs at 1:30 am was not my idea of a wake up call. We left too soon for breakfast.

Due to the delay of the flight, I arrived at the airport near midnight, and felt very tired after a long-distance flight of more than 30 hours. Special thanks to Ms. Amelia for carefully and quickly arranging the airport shuttle bus. The check-in procedure is very simple. You can check in and rest within ten minutes after getting off the plane. It is a good hotel worth recommending!

Room is very clean; bedding comfortable and comparable to some old Hyatt regency Quite A/C. Great water pressure. Pro: depart 7:03, arrive 7:10, easypeesy! So if you are arriving pretty beat down, just take a cab to get to the hotel.

My family and I were in town for 3 days and stayed 2 nights. I have stayed at my fair share of hotels but this one was one of the best. Clean and inviting. Staff was extremely welcoming and professional. Rooms were nice and maintained. Breakfast was amazing. We have 3 small kids and they very much enjoyed the indoor pool. It is at the airport so don t eat at the surrounding food joints lol drive somewhere else. But that s not on the hotel. 10/10 will stay again!
