Ive used them a few times for window cleaning. This time I added soft washing to our exterior. They didnt pick up the welcome mat on my white limestone floors when soft washing and stained it. They said they would come out and remove the stain. They did place a solution down to try and remove the stain, but when it didnt come up they said sorry. I asked if there would be a refund or money towards getting a stone company to come in and remove the stain. He basically just looked at me. I told him I would be sending him the estimate. Just very unprofessional and doesnt seem to know the measures to protect the exterior of a home when doing this type of job.

Our home is newer construction, and they even cleaned some stuff left behind during original installation. I am very picky on who I use to do any work at my house to include window cleaning. Many years ago I bought all the equipment to do it myself. (Yes there is more equipment than just water, soap and paper towels). And I did it myself for many years because I thought no one cares about my windows more than I do. We contacted Smith Brothers for an estimate to clean out gutters and downspouts, as we were pretty sure that there were obstructions. The estimate team spent probably 20-30 minutes inspecting and testing water flow. They concluded that there were no obstructions and then re-enacted the tests so we could see how they reached that conclusion. It was a pleasant encounter that provided assurance that we didn t have a problem. The two were neatly dressed, articulate and upbeat. All in all, a positive experience.
