The food here is hands down GREAT - the staff is unorganized and irresponsible. Their phone is never charged - so when you call you get disconnected. This has happened numerous times and it s enough for me to never go back. Plus, their salmon at one point was disgusting - they failed to mention to customers they had a new supplier - though they had many complaints - they kept serving the salmon.

I went to the restaurant because a friend recommended it to me and it was the best recommendation. The restaurant is nice and clean, but what surprised me was when I entered and everyone said Hi, welcome with a lot of energy and a smile on their face and the food was spectacular. My congratulations to the chef of that kitchen. Everything was delicious. I will recommend that restaurant to all my friends.

(Edit: they only respond for appearances, they have no interest in actually rectifying the situation. i have not actually received a reply to the email sent on july 17th. It is now August 2nd.) My friend came down to houston from out of state, and is vegan, so, in search for vegan options, we came across Bellagreen. The reviews are good, the menu sounded good, my wife has been in a different location before, and it seemed like a good option for the three of us. Walking in, the manager, whos name i didnt catch, was honestly nice. As a queer person, it was nice to see a fellow queer person in a position of management. I say that to explain that because of this, I was saddened and hesitant to leave this review.. at least at first. Firstly, there werent many drink options, and the tea was awful. (At first we thought it was a recipe issue, but what happened later now makes me believe the tea mightve been spoiled.) It couldve been the hunger, but the cauliflower wings were simply delicious. Despite the drink issues, the cauliflower gave us hope for the rest of the meal. The pizzas arrived well after we finished the wings and it was raw. You could see it was raw by looking at it, but we thought, hey, maybe it just looks light. We eat it and its raw, the toppings wouldnt even stay on the dough. It was chewy, it was bland, it was horrible. I go and share this with the manager, he just offers a refund for the pizzas. I accept it. I go back and try my pineapple mango rice bowl and this was the final straw. The beans were spoiled and rotten. You could taste and smell that it was spoiled so i know for a fact they smelled how spoiled they were before even bringing it to me. Being in texas leads to a lot of discrimination, and this truly almost felt personal. Anyone who has ever accidentally lost some beans due to spoiling can tell you it stinks up the whole neighborhood, so its impossible to think that the smell of rotten beans wasnt present in the kitchen as it was served. I also dont believe the white woman who brought it to me couldnt smell it. I was highly upset. At this point I also notice there was dust all around us and the place was all around dirty. I speak to the manager in a calm tone, i even ask him to smell the beans so he can see im not being dramatic, and he just hands it off to someone and gives me a refund. There was no apology, there was no offer for a comp for the meal, no offer of a discount or gift card, no offer of giving the restaurant another opportunity to make up for this horrible first time visit, and no acknowledgedment of how disgusting and disrespectful it is to give someone raw pizza and then follow it up with spoiled rotted beans. I dont think they deserved a penny, but I accepted the very specific $66 refund i was given. As we were figuring out where to go eat, considering i just paid $81 and am still hungry, the manager mean mugs us while were sitting at the table. It made my friend uncomfortable so, as we leave, the staff also mean mugs us. As if WE did something wrong. As if i didnt pay for what we did eat and were some sort of scammers. As if i yelled or cussed at someone, when i, check the cameras even, truly didnt. I was going to let it go, but when they mean mugged us on our way out, i realized my kindness and patience was not at all appreciated. Im never coming back. In the photos you can see the white bottom on the pizza, indicating rawness regardless of lightly golden top, and some of the dusty surfaces all around us. I did not get a picture of the burnt pineapple mango bowl, however. Although Im sure you couldve probably smelled it from the picture..

My wife and I have been eating at Bellagreen Vintage since its opening. Their management has always openly communicated with us to tell them what we like, dont like and maybe something they should include/exclude on the menu. They do a great job of rotating their menu items every season. The food is always prepared well and the QA/QC is always very consistent. They offer healthy options at a fair price and we like supporting these kinds of local businesses. When you come in, Sabrina usually greets you with a big smile and is very helpful to get you what you want or may be looking for. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys the items we stated above. Thanks Bellagreen!!

So happy to see this place open in my part of town! I got my favorite plate, the roast chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Its one of the less priced plates on the menu, but the portion size is plenty and I usually take half home. Love the melted fresh mozzarella on top and the tea options are unique. The ambiance is nice and the restroom sink was cool and high-tech modern. Will be back soon!

I really hate that I have to stop coming to the Louetta location . Two times I have placed an order on the phone. Once I get there. They say they never put the order in, and say they can place the order now. I place the order on the phone for pick up for a reason, because I m in a hurry. It would be different if they were backed up , and my order was not ready . Someone at the front is not doing there job. By putting in the order when you place an order to go. This has happened two times to me, and that s enough times for me not to go back. Also management just act as if it s not a big deal.

I love this place. I appreciate how they are so very accommodating of food sensitivities and allergies. The food is consistently delicious! Dietary restrictions: We avoid gluten, dairy, and soy. The employees were patient and willing to share about what ingredients they use. When I asked them to alter a perpetration method (to bake not fry) they said yes but that it would take a bit more time to prepare. The food was delicious and did not bother me. Dining in, orders are often walked around (inside/outside) the restaurant before delivery. Delivery thru app is often wrong and staff is noticeably offended and inconvenienced by requests for correction. So many opportunities for improvement in customer service and satisfaction to make the experience 5-star, but none have been taken over the past 4 years. Gabby and her staff did a fantastic job last night. Really enjoyed our food! Was tasty fresh & hot. Only issue we had was the temperature . They said one of the AC s wasn t working but all good. We sat near the beverage fountain and noticed that some staff would sweep the floor mats as we were still eating our food. In our culture it s frowned upon and I did mention it to Gabby. I ordered a pick up today and based off some things I have concerns for the cleanliness of this location. If it was just one thing I honestly would not raise much concern. But my drink had two gnats inside it, and one stuck to the outside of the cup. My sweet potato mash had a small hair stuck to the inside of the lid. One of the chicken breast pieces had chicken feathers stuck to it as well. Also not related to cleanliness but the food quality, my side cesar was missing both the roasted tomatoes and the onions, which actually caused a noticeable difference in overall flavor. My salmon was a little overcooked, and the tortilla soup just needed a little bit of cumin, black pepper, and onion powder. (But this part is just me nick picking a little). Other than this, the food is actually really delicious. The sweet potatoes mash was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the kids Alfredo, and the blackened chicken was very well seasoned. Would have given more stars but again the lack of perceived cleanliness wouldn t let me do it.

I joined a friend here for lunch. There was a small line upon arrival. They took our order and we got our drinks and had a seat. I think we waited a good 20-25 minutes before our food came out However, they redeemed themselves with the delicious turkey burger I had. They said they had the best sweet potato fries in town. We dined here yesterday and it was delicious. I chose the 3 Spicy fish tacos grilled and sweet potato fries (any time i go to Bella Green, its for the tacos). My partner ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was so good (I had a few bites lol). We highly recommend the chicken Parmesan. Its incredible. If you order it, make sure to squeeze every bit of the charred lemon on the pasta and chicken. It brightens and increases the flavor. It definitely made me rethink the fish tacos lol though they were good too. Tip on the fish tacos though, get the tomatoes on the side otherwise the juice (and its a lot) will sit on the tacos and make the Tortillas fall apart. Also the grilled is good, but the water content is higher so its really soft. I recommend the fried version. All in all, the experience was great. Customer service was good and the Lemon Berry Acai soda we picked was delicious as well. Definitely try Bella Green.

I likely will not be returning. I ordered the ceviche, and it definitely was not ceviche. It was more like canned fish mixed with some veggies, mostly avocado. And, the once so beautiful live moss on the walls is now covered in super thick dust as well as the light fixtures above our heads. Its unsightly, but we were also concerned that it could fall in our food. Yuck!

Got my order wrong. My husband loved his burger. Our order was a to go order and by the time I knew they entered my order incorrectly it was too late to turn around and return it. A veggie wrap is not the same as a chicken cesar wrap. For the amount we paid, it was disheartening.

The manger was cool the problem stimed from when there was in issue with my veggie burger what happened was they put cheddar on my veggie burger for my wife instead of Swiss like Id ask for in the order so I went back in and I last a nice little server lady hey can you guys do something about the cheddar on it and she said sure so she handed it back to the staff and the cook staff and when the cook staff took the burger he took his fingers and scraped off the cheddar off of the veggie burger and then proceeded to put a Swiss slice of cheese on to the veggie patty and then he took the Patty off of the bun and tried to place it into the oven I kid you not I said no no no no just like that what are you doing and then the the little lady went to tell the manager and the manager came back there and like said what are you doing in Spanish and then hes like what the hell like what are you doing you dont do that and so the guy in Spanish was like well the grill is down its turned off were about to close so were Im just going to heat up its like what what are you doing and I was like look man like Im not like I worked in the restaurant industry you dont just scrape off like its a veggie burger if it had it been like a regular burger picking off the piece of cheese cool I could have like reheated I wouldnt have pretty much tripped on that or care but the simple fact that the matter was you took your fingers scraped off the cheddar cheese because it was melted on to the veggie its a veggie burger and then you try to reheat a Swiss slice of cheese nah I had to get my money back so thats why the rating is so low and I like nothing against the manager but like yeah so like yeah man like the food wasnt and its a little overpricey for the food so yeah now thats why the rain is so low so I probably wont be going back but yeah it is what it is

Ordered delivery from the Vintage Park location - they are my go-to during the week when I work late and need a great dinner fast. First off, the hummus is Amazing! We also had tortilla soup, white bean stew and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. I would order everything again. Love BellaGreen - if you re on the fence, just go for it. We had to request for someone to clean a table so we had somewhere to sit. Employees standing around but no one paying attention to the dirty tables and dirty floors.
