We had a great time visiting Xtreme Jump. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a couple of areas for smaller children. We recommend Xtreme Jump.

Went here for my son s birthday because I love that they have a toddler area. Don t waste your time if you want to the kids to enjoy themselves. We went at 6pm and paid for 2hr jump to be told our jump time will be cut off at 7:30pm because they need to clean. Also, when we wanted to order additional pizzas they said we couldn t order for another hour which would be near closing time. As a result, a lot of family members did not eat. It was a waste of time and sadly I will not be going here again.

This place is good for kids and they have decent prices. My kids like to come here once in awhile. I would just recommend they add more things to attract more people like Virtual Gaming, Bumper Cars, Go Karts, Laser Tag, Putt Putt Golf, Bowling, and a bigger arcade

Worst experience EVER!!! Definitely I do not recommend it we got the pizza right when the time was up they didnt even let us finish eat at peace the staff was so rude THE RESTROOMS LOOKED LIKE THEY HAVENT BEEN CLEAN FOR WEEKS ALOT OF DIRT ON TOP no no no dont go save your money go somewhere else

First and last time!!! I order some wings, they charge me almost $34 for some wings that they didnt have and for the sake of it they wanted to return me only $29.99, and the taxes they charged me, what? The pizzas are $9.99 plus tax, they ask me what topping? I tell you, supreme. For a while they tell me they didnt have supreme, I tell them pepperoni......they put the #PizzaPatron pizzas and guess what? They didnt bring my pizza I DO NOT recommend this place! Terrible service

I recently had a party at Xtreme jump in Harlingen and it was my first time making one here.When i set up I noticed people where bringing outside food so I asked if that was allowed and they said yes that I had to pay a $30 extra fee which I wasn t aware since it wasn t explained to me when I first called them.It also didn t state that anywhere in the party list or page other wise i would ve gladly paid for it because it would ve saved me the almost 1 hour that they took to get out the pizzas.I m assuming my party host was new she didn t know how to explain and she looked completely clueless.Not to mention that on my last pizza that i ordered they never called it in so I had my guest waiting then I went to go ask and they had no clue what happened so I asked for a refund since my guest left.The place is awesome for the kids to have fun but they need to train better the employees and managers also like I mentioned before explain what is allowed at the party as the outside food wasn t stated anywhere and be more organized.I ve been here any other regular day and i never had a problem till the party

Worst customer service ever! The lady there was super rude and I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and she kept giving attitude. I was being super patient and calm until she pushed my buttons. I asked her if she was mad and she aggressively said no! Very rude! Never coming to this place again!!!! Super disappointed

This is a good place to have a good family time. It needs its own food venue instead of ordering thru a third party. It needs more staff for supervision and attending the clients needs. It could also have a puppet or kids show for parties. It has potential to do better. Had a good time at my Goddaughters bday. She really enjoyed herself.

The staff was very friendly. The place is clean, they have a great toddler section and teen section as well. I brought my nieces (4 yr olds) to play and they loved it! I also enjoyed bringing out the kid in me as I played with them.

Brought our kids to a birthday party (01/25/20 12:30p-3p) and we were suprised by the good assortment of activities. Staff and the manager were very helpful, attentive and on-point. I even had a floor staff member approach me when he saw me on my mobile and let me know that the establishment offered WiFi incase I wanted to use it. These quality traits lack in many establishments and I sincerely hope they are commended on their amazing service.

Had my 7yr olds little girls birthday party there and everyone enjoyed themselves. A little bit of everything for everyone.. video games, pool table, great food, spacious jumping areas, and toddler play area, alcoholic beverages and a genuinely friendly staff. The guests had never tried the pizza from Pizza Patron and they loved it.. it was delicious. Great experience all around!

The word to describe this location is CHAOTIC!! It was my first time here in harlingen and it was a mess really under staff kids are running everywhere with no supervision and I understand the parents needs to watch them but the staff should be there to set the rules there was only one staff working where all the jumping was, i witness 4 kids get hurt and also ambulance came by dont know for what. I brought it up to the manager and he said there are 3 staff working but that was not so and in the front desk he had 3 to 4 staff working which was unnessary. I even felt bad for the one staff working where all the kids were she looked stressed out. They either need to hire more people or set the rules because everyone doing what ever they want some one can really get hurt. Im never coming to this one here in harlingen again I rather go to the one in San Benito at least over there is better. Harlingen xtream jump for me seems unsafe for kids

My sister had a Bday party here, nice and clean. Great spot with plenty of toddler area and same for teenagers. The party host was very attentive, we will be back soon!
