If I could give Austin Pro Photo five million stars I would! We desperately needed new Firm headshots and Tena and Jim came highly recommended. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and come to our office so we could knock everyone out in one morning. Their set up was professional and extremely efficient and we were able to complete our headshots without an interruption to our regular flow of business, which I greatly appreciated. Each individual was able to select his/her preferred photos from a series of shots right there on the spot and then Tena and Jim went back to their office to clean everything up just a bit and within a week we had everything we needed. It was an incredible experience, pricing was extremely fair and the end product was head s above anything we d previously done. An additional bonus of using Austin Pro Photo is when new employees join our Firm, we will be able to send them over to their studio for photos and maintain consistency for our marketing purposes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Austin Pro Photo I wholeheartedly suggest you give them a try yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Update Dec 19 2022: I visited Jim and Tena again recently to get completely different photos for a career change. Tena helped me take more natural looking photos without having a forced smile look. Jim and Tena helped me pick through all the photos and pick the best ones for what I was looking for. I am even happier with this visit and I cannot recommend them enough. I had my professional photos sent to me via Dropbox within 24hrs. If youre looking for a quick, professional shoot for LinkedIn, headshots, etc then Austin Pro Photo is one of the most friendly, convenient, and best businesses you could visit in Austin. Tena and Jim helped me get the perfect photos I needed for my LinkedIn and business career. After spending my 20s in the Marines, I hadnt had anyone take professional photos of me since my high school yearbook picture. I cannot stress enough how professional, kind, and talented Tena and Jim Lacy are. The duo were timely and organized, and if something didnt work within my teams schedule, they quickly adjusted and accommodated to our needs. Communication has been exceptional from the start, and since we first got in contact, Tena especially has made sure I had everything I needed to see this photoshoot through. They went above and beyond to ensure my entire team was quickly attended to throughout the day of the photoshoot and ensured everyone was not only comfortable, but happy with the headshots they took (and I say that as the person who hates having their own photo taken and does not do well in front of the camera). Tena and Jim were encouraging and made us comfortable through the entire photo process. If there were any doubts or concerns, it was immediately addressed. Bad hair day? Wrong color shirt? AMAZING! Even before going there I could see the higher quality of work from their website, compared to other photographers in the area. But when I went there I was truly pleased with their work quality and work ethics. They went above and beyond. They were very helpful in giving me feedback and helping me choose. Their work is so good that you want to keep and use all the pictures they take. There wasnt a single bad picture. I definitely had analysis paralysis from having so many good pictures to choose from. 100% was worth my time and money. Theyre also very professional and at the same time nice and friendly. 2022 Update: I just recently hired Austin Pro Photo for the second time in five years to create new images for my business website. They did not disappoint!! Tena and Jim are amazing to work with. They have an incredible eye and instinct for what the client is trying to convey. I would normally hate the process of having my photos taken but they make the whole experience fun and seamless. Very happy with the results and I ll never go anywhere else for my professional photos. 2018: I hired Tena to take some professional shots for my business website. I was beyond impressed with the amount of thought, time and effort she and Jim put into creating photos that captured the exact image I was hoping for. They are clearly passionate about what they do, and treated me like my project was of paramount importance, although I know they are busy with many other clients. Austin Pro Photo made our first experience with them very memorable. We have been searching for years for a photographer that could capture the ambiance and beauty of our work and we have found that in Jim and Tena. Not only did they listen but they delivered. Their creative effort was awesome and the end product was amazing, even better than we had hoped. Our search for a creative professional photographer has now come to an end as we have found Austin Pro Photo.

The only reason I am not giving Austin Pro Photo 5 stars is people dont always believe 5 star reviews. Tena and Jim did a wonderful job for my business head shot. I brought several outfits and accessories to the shot and she helped me put together just the right look. I told her I wanted a friendly and approachable look and thats exactly what I got. One extra thing I noticed in the final picture was how I seemed to glow which means they got the lighting just right. I am very pleased with the results.

Weve long been friends, but beyond their friendship, I was delighted to see their excellent work -- as it captured the heart and soul of what our ministry -- Austin Global Ambassadors (AGA) is all about! Love this corporate photographer! Austin Pro Photo did a great job of making a headshot quick, fun, and painless. In the span of 5 minutes, they took about 4 angles/poses. The finished product was great! Im very impressed with how my headshot came out. Thank you for a great experience!

I really enjoyed working with the folks at Austin Pro Photo. I have never been a fan of having my picture taken, but they made the photo shoot relaxing and even fun. Once they arrived in my office, everyone scheduled to have their headshot taken told me it was quick and painless. After the shoot, we had wonderful photos back very quickly. Our recent film event was short handed on volunteer photographers. Tena with Austin Pro Photo filled in at the last minute. She not only was friendly with the other event staff and volunteers, but took images of The African Childrens Choir and filmmakers that I was not able to achieve. Austin Pro Photo did the head shots and group shot for my office. I certainly do not consider myself to be photogenic, but I absolutely loved my photos! I hired Austin Pro Photos for new marketing pictures for The Masters School of San Marcos, a Christian private school. When we were dealing with many children and teachers schedules, it was imperative that the photographers were able to plan really well to cause the least disruption as possible. Tena and Jim worked with me to visually create an overall look and feel for a variety of mediums, including print and our web presence. This preparation was the key to a smooth day of shooting and truly fantastic photos and really sets them apart from other photographers. I would highly recommend them.
