His secretary was rude as hell ,shes a bigger lady that answers the phone lol very unhelpful,mean and should be fired..I almost fired Mr Parra over how rude his staff was .Also he never returns calls and shows up to court and puts very little effort..Ya he has a couple objections but in the end he didnt help my case at all ..I ended up signing for more time then what was offered to me before with the court appointed lawyer . .I dont recommend him at all and he needs to coach his staff on how to treat and talk to clients!..

Mr. Parra is the best criminal law attorney I had the pleasure working with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. He always answered my texts and then would call right away when he noticed the nerves. No thanks to the state for dragging out the unnecessary, Mr. Parra made sure everything was dismissed! If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable attorney at a great price, then go to Mr. Parra.

This lawyer at first tells you a story in which everything tells you yes and that he has a chance of winning and that he will do so many things for your case and that he will notify you of any problem, but the reality is that he does not do anything that he promises and much less does he give you face or appointments because he does not do what he promises, he is a very young lawyer and honestly, if you are looking for a lawyer with guts and intelligence to fight your case, it is not him, do not waste your money because he charges me as if he were a good an experienced lawyer and he simply is not, it is my opinion so that they do not make the same mistake, good day.

Worst experience of my life . They won t answer or return your calls . They only will contact you to collect payments and has given me nothing but horrible legal advice during the whole process. Withdrew the moment I wanted to speak with him about how business was conducted. Staff is rude and he always pushed my court dates back.

Exceptional and professional service provided by Manny Parra and his staff. Always honest and upfront about the possible outcome, he never promised anything he couldn t deliver. He always kept me updated on every detail of my case. When in doubt, Arely and a new young lady (forgot her name sorry) always made sure to answer any questions promptly and/or get back to me with a response. They have been very patient with my requests, always did their best to accommodate my schedule to his for any conference meetings. A little backstory to my case; I had initially started my case with Brock Benjamin and I was disappointed in how unprofessional he was and how my case was being handled by him and his staff. I transferred my case to Mr. Manny Parra and from the first hearing until now, I never had to take time off work to attend another hearing and long story short, MY CASE WAS DISMISSED I am very pleased with the outcome! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in any doubt when having to look a worthy attorney or a second opinion. He will definitely take care of you and never keep you in doubt. Good luck

He was my attorney for a citation I had. DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR YOURE CITATIONS. He never called the court house to make sure of anything, he didnt show up to my hearing, and he does not keep in contact with his clients. He called 5 min before I had to go to court and said hes not gonna show up, also I asked him to help with a second citation. I didnt want him to represent me on that case and I wanted a refund he said hell give me a refund of 100$ and then last min the next day says he doesnt want to give me one anymore. 1 citation was 400$ and the second one was going to 250$. They said they did alot of work for my case but the court house was only contacting me and when I showed up to court I asked the judge if he knew I had a attorney or if he had called before hand and he said he has not. My family is apart of the legal business and they think my family doesnt know what were doing, but we do. I will be filing a DISBAR request.

Worst lawyer in El Paso (that s saying something, since there are lots of bad attorneys here) don t pay this guy a dime. He has a reputation of missing hearings then playing it off like he supposedly called the judge to negotiate for the case. This is false, you pay an attorney to enter on the case and literally represent you. Parra took the money quick then forgot about showing up to the hearing and when asked what happened he became agitated and defensive. Promised us to give us refund then called and said nevermind. Texas State Bar is definitely going to hear about this. The Parra brothers are not to be trusted, even the judge knows their shady reputation. Beware! Save your money for an actual attorney.

Contacted Manuel to assist with my son s citation, we paid him $400 right after consultation. 15 min before the first hearing ( after multiple unanswered phone calls) he called to say he s not going to attend the hearing. My son and I had to appear my ourselves and we informed the judge of the situation and the judge was not surprised as this is apparently Mr Parras reputation. Beware of this lawyer . He hung up when we asked for a refund and his brothers office apparently was not at all surprised at the phone call.

Needed a Lawyer for modification of child support/custody. Victor Parra was extremely helpful and got me what I needed in the modification. I was able to meet with Mr. Parra to go over my case multiple times without having to pay for each meeting.
