Let me start by saying AMAZING GRACE & THANK YOU Ms. Maria Perez! You won my case and it was by far not an easy case. From a ALJ approving me, then the appeals council challenging the approval, then the same Judge denying my case after he d already approved me, to going on to the FEDERAL LEVEL and then back to the fight for approval again You always fought for me and never gave up. You were outstanding in your performances and over- exceedingly well in your knowledge and representation in handling my disability case. I applied for my Social Security disability and hired attorney Victor Makris Law Firm to represent me. I never heard back from the attorney office by phone, text,or email after speaking to him when I first acquired him. So after a year had passed and I still had heard anything from him or anyone from his office. I decided to contact Maria Perez with the Texas Disability Advocates. 2 years ago, I fell ill and needed help and I did not understand a thing about disability. During the early stages of Covid, it was impossible to go visit a disability advocate office. I didn t know what to do and my stress level was overwhelming so I looked on the Internet and seen numerous Disability Advocate online. I looked at about 19 to 20 different advocates in the Greater Houston area and my heart lead me to one particular company and that was Texas Disability Advocate. I called the company and spoke with Ms. Maria Perez and she took the time to listen to all my needs and she explained the process thoroughly about disability and how it works. She did explain that it is a process and that we needed to be patient and trust the process. She gave us the knowledge to have a successful disability case. We are writing this because we want to say Thank You to Ms. Perez and her team for helping us to get approved with disability on the first try without having to go through any appeals. If you want things done in a timely and proficient manner, call Ms. Maria Perez and she will advocate for you.

I am incredibly pleased with Texas Disability Advocates and their dedication to helping my mom get her disability benefits. From day one, Maria and her staff were helpful and treated my moms case with utmost importance. They visited my mom at home and personally helped her file her paperwork with SSA. When we received follow up requests for documents from SSA, Maria continued to stay on top of her case and made sure that all documentation was submitted on time with the highest priority. Everyone in Texas should use this service. I applaud Maria and her staff. They are best advocates in the state of Texas and nobody else comes close. Call them if you need help right away.

Texas Disability Advocates helped us fix our social security benefits in a very efficient and timely manner. We were being bullied by a social security worker who was threatening to take my disabled sons benefits away. It was a nightmare being that my son uses life support equipment covered by his benefits. Things I know I cant afford. I didnt understand how to fix the problem. We contacted Mrs. Maria at Texas Disability Advocates and upon reviewing our case, immediately found a solution and gave us peace of mind. She handled the situation from there forward. She made sure my son didnt lose his benefits and calmed the bully down at the social security department. Texas Disability Advocates really helped us out and weve had no problems since then. Mrs. Maria followed up with us to make sure things keep moving forward and has committed to continue advocating for us. 100% recommendable. My fathers case (complications due to vision problems) had been denied twice in a period of 9 months and the case was not moving forward despite a large amount of evidence, however, we continued to appeal and the case continued to be denied. We went to this place because we were looking for a place where they would serve us in our language. In Dec 2013 I was injured in an accident, leaving me severely injured for life. In an attempt to find help for myself, I searched and did all I could, only to be turned down at every step of the way for several years. Then a friend recommended me to contact a disability advocate group where a very sharp court savvy Lady by the name of Maria Perez is employed. Ms. Perez took my case and in 2016 she represent me at a hearing and won my case. However about Year after, due to lifes unforseeable circumstances, I lost my benefits and ended up refiling in 2018. Last week we had another hearing and Ms. Perez was so effective that the judge wrote his opinion and granted a fully favorable decision within 48 hours. I want to thank Ms. Maria Perez from the Texas Disability Advocates for being there for me and helping me win my case for the 2nd time. Maria Perez is an excellent advocate ! She won my case hands down with significant back pay that changed our financial circumstances for the better ! I had lost my case with the previous law firm. The attorney before had almost let my appeal lapse. I hired Maria & she filed my appeal right then & there in her office. Almost 3 years ago I had a firm out of town that was representing me and they were horrible and last year because of how horrible they were I dropped them and a month later I received a hearing date. I almost did not go to the hearing but by the grace of God I found MARIA PEREZ!!!! Not only did she answer the phone when I called but she ALWAYS answered the phone and ALWAYS promptly communicated with me. Today SHE changed my life!! I will forever consider her my living angel!! She taught me more in 3 hours today than the other firm did not come close to in over 2 years!! Maria is the most compassionate, caring and smartest soul I have ever been blessed to meet!! For real I would like to thank Miss Perez for her services Ive been disabled for almost five years fighting to get on disability I have my first go-around in lost. 2nd around I found her after another dropped 3 weeks before court.i talked to 3 different lawyers and they would not help me. so i went before the judge with no representation. the judge gave another 75 days.i ms Perez a week after court and she said she would take my case. Ms Perez put together a case the blew me and my mother out of the water , she impressed me by her skills and knowledge of the law and the way she handled herself in Court. I was told in court that day by the judge I would be getting my disability. Ms Perez and her team are awesome I would recommend them to anybody Ive already made two or three personal references to other people who could use her help Im just glad that I found her when I did.
