Not recommend, My experience in dealing with this firm the sence 2019 is they have one managing partner that has become incapable of being upfront with basic cost and adds unnecessary charges. When I first hired this firm cost was upfront and fair. As of late when they say a dollar they charge 2 dollars. Dealing with this managing partner I have found him to be unprofessional and agrumentivite when asked about cost or copies of documents that have been paid for.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the services provided by Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Their communication and responsiveness to clients seemed lacking. I strongly advise against using their services. I suggest reading reviews from other clients to gain a better understanding of their short comings. As a client seeking legal guidance, my experience with this law firm fell significantly short of expectations. Despite the firms promising reputation, the level of service and attention to my case was disappointingly inadequate. Communication was sporadic and lacked clarity, leaving me feeling neglected and unsure about the status of my legal matters. The lack of proactive engagement and detailed advice from my lawyer not only hindered the progress of my case but also diminished my confidence in their ability to represent my interests effectively. This experience has unfortunately led me to reconsider my choice of legal representation. I DO NOT recommend !

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. They demonstrated a lack of knowledge and their communication lacked clarity and purpose. Moreover, they consistently increased their hourly rate without justification. To make matters worse, they frequently added additional lawyers to my case, resulting in unnecessary expenses. This dynamic between the client and two lawyers felt unproductive, ultimately leading to the loss of my case while the firm profited. I strongly advise against engaging their services. BE VERY CAREFUL.

I was highly disappointed when they let me know an 1 hour before my call that they were no longer part of the MetLife program. They told me that my call would be out of pocket, so I decided to cancel the appointment as I pay a good amount of money for the MetLife program. This call was with other family members and they took the day off for this appointment. So I got frustrated at KMD s lack of consideration for not letting me know this information earlier. Letting a customer know an hour before a call is not acceptable. And on top of that they sent an email and I almost missed it. Give your customers ample notice!

No Stars for No Results When I hired the firm solely as myself, Aimée Kerschen, in February 2022, for a real estate transaction, I hired them to 1. Get Title to property transferred back into my name or 2. Get the current Title Holder to either transfer it into my name or sell the property and payoff the mortgage lien (as the mortgage lien note was still under my name as I found out in 2020 even though I had sold the property in 2011 and buyer had transferred the Title into her name). or 3. Get Lender to issue a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. The lawyer working with me who has since left because of his own issues with same firm told me that if we had to go to court for litigation against current Title holder then it would be no more than $5,000 from, start to finish. I terminated the firm for failure to perform on all 3 counts and paid my final invoice in full. The amount I had paid was $4,304.76 between February 2022 and June 2022 when I fired them, over 80 percent of what I was told it would cost if we had to enter a courtroom. We never entered a courtroom and I was no better off then before I hired them. I still dont have Title to the Property (and no rights to sell it), Current Title holder still holds Title with the property still on the foreclosure list to date and 3. No Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure was ever issued. Several months had gone by then I started receiving invoices dated long after I fired them in June 2022. In February 2023 they issued an unwarranted Demand Letter for work not authorized nor performed on my behalf. To add insult to injury after being unsuccessful on all 3 counts when I had retained KMD and before firing them in June 2022, they continued to invoice me for work not authorized nor performed several months after I fired them. I do NOT recommend this firm to anyone who wants results for fees paid in full!

I do not recommend this Law firm at all. I asked for assistance to start a Non-profit organization back on Feb 1 2022. I consistently had to ask questions about where things were with my paper work. I asked that they update my address with my LLC and had to remind them numerous times that I wanted this done. The last straw was when I asked about the status of my LLC address change only to be told the same story that the Secretary of State moves slow and they had no control. I took it upon myself to check online with the Secretary of State (May 19 2022) and found whatever documentation was submitted back in March 2022 had been rejected. I called the Secretary of State on May 19 2022 and was informed that the credit card on file did not go through from KM&Ds office. I emailed John Davis and his associates on May 19 2022 to inquire if the credit card had been updated only to be told that they had just found out the payment hadnt gone through on May 18 2022 and they updated their payment on May 19 2022. From my last email on May 4 2022 asking about the status of my address update with my LLC and the Nonprofit entity KM&D was working on, I was never told that the forms submitted to the Secretary of State had not gone through. Also, I dont understand why your company didnt realize your payment was declined. Today I received the most disrespectful email from John Davis because I asked for proof showing the documentation from the Secretary of State had gone through. I paid this company $1530.50. I have every right to question what is going on with any money that I paid. Here is a copy of the initial email that started the enter trail of events: Can you please submit the receipt showing the information to SOS has been resubmitted. I spoke with them last week and they hadnt received anything. It is still showing as rejected. I will attach the copy of the unprofessional email trail I received from John Davis (attorney at this firm). I called and attempted to explain why I was requesting information that was submitted to the Secretary of State but was rudely interrupted and spoken to as if I was a child which I am not. I have since been dropped as a client with this Law firm and I gladly accepted the resignation. Stay away from this Law firm if you are needing assistance with your Business. They are unprofessional; their favorite line is to constantly blame the Secretary of State for being slow and unresponsive. I beg to differ, I think they are overwhelmed with too many clients and money hungry. They took advantage of this United States Army Veteran, but trust and believe this is not the end.

I hired Kearney, McWilliams & Davis in September of 2019 to handle a probate case for my late fathers estate. I was informed that it would require $3500 to start and the balance would be paid once my fathers home was sold. Fast forward to May of 2022. Zero progress has been made. Yet I am receiving a monthly bill for services. At one point they claimed they were going to stop doing anything until payment was made in full. I contested and had to remind them of our agreement. The bills continue to come through PayPal. At least 5 different attorneys have been assigned to this with none addressing it with any type of urgency. I have repeatedly reached out and voiced my concerns. Always getting some excuse. New attorney (x5), wife pregnant, sick, vacation, Covid, other cases priority etc etc etc.... As it currently sits I am waiting for a response after two emails and one nasty phone call but no response thus far. I also want to point out that during the entire duration of our relationship they have NEVER reached out to me to give me a status update on my case. I only find out about any details when I repeatedly inquire about updates. Save yourself a huge headache and do not hire this firm.

I had reached out to several different attorneys in San Antonio, with no solution for my case. I hired This law group and a few months later, they and their wonderful team were on top of my case. EXCELLENT communication and processing!! This is probably the best trustworthy and determined to help team in this area!

I tried contacting them about Estate Planning work, and could never get anyone to call me back. Called the receptionist multiple times over a 3 month period and still no return call from an attorney. Seems like they have trouble reaching back to clients.
