Very bad service they handled my asylum case and I was never able to speak with a lawyer, only with a secretary I went to court and I didnt even have a lawyer, then they gave me a lawyer who didnt even know about my case, very bad service from this firm

Lawyer Joseph LaCome is very good. The bad thing is that the staff he has always call me for a consultation and they never answer and if by chance they answer they leave you on hold for more than an hour. It doesnt matter if Im going to get an amount of money that I already gave. But Im going to go with another lawyer. Mr. Joseph must change the staff he has in the offices. The truth is, they dont know how to advise, they say they call back and never do. Twice I asked for leave at work depending on why I had an appointment and It turns out that he didnt know how to give me any information and I lost the day of work.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They do not communicate, Joseph himself is irresponsible. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this poor and classless firm. EDIT - it shows Joseph s true class replying sourly to this comment. Everyone can have a look and see who Joseph really is. Choose a lawyer that can introspect. Stay far, far away from Lacomelaw!

Very bad attention when you finish paying, they do not communicate with the client, they are only interested in grabbing the money... what they did not do here in a year and a half, another professional did it in 1 month. Maybe the lawyer is good, unfortunately he has terrible and rude staff. And every time we comment on what happened they delete the comments, I dont recommend them, they are terrible.

Hands down the BEST immigration attorney that ever lived. Seriously, nothing short of amazing! You cant go wrong hiring Mr. Lacome Esq. Hes far under rated at the moment assumingly because how young he is compared to other similarly ranked attorneys in his field, but please, make no mistake. ETA, no one said you didn t file/complete something for us. My original comment said how you guys don t communicate at all and lie. Also tell Claudia Lacome to not message or attempt to call at night I didn t request a call when I did I never got it. They don t let you leave an honest review, they lie then when you expose them they delete what you post. Why do you think the only have good reviews Look elsewhere before doing business with them.
