We currently have a case with them, Raed was really nice and professional when we met him years ago. Then we met Johnny Rosado and there was a big issue going on when he didn t present himself to my husband s immigration court, but Joaquin Quero stepped up and answered everything that we had questions for. Fast forward to today, we started a new case with them and it s really hard to get in touch with them. They never answer the phone and when they do for some reason I can never get an actual update about our case, they only forward calls and no one ever answers.

Lawyer Raed only has fame for being on TV and one thinks he is a good lawyer. I went to him and explained my VAWA case to him. He said that if you dont have a police report you cant apply. I looked for another lawyer who was prepared for VAWA cases. Fortunately, she was able to file my case and it was approved. Unfortunately one wastes time and money with lawyers like this

I recommend the lawyer Raed, although you only see him in the interview in the paperwork process, he and his assistants do the procedure as it is without any problem of doing the paperwork wrong, the lawyers fees are high, he gives you payment options But it is worth it, I am very satisfied with the process. Uscis received my I130 and I485 paperwork on May 2, 2022 and in June I was receiving a fingerprint appointment. Thank you, Attorney, I will recommend you to my friends!!!

I only give it one star because there are no less. My partner and I filed a U visa case for 6 years so that we could receive it and it turned out that to my amazement, only my partner received his permit. When I asked the lady about my permit, she had no idea what I was saying. was talking, he asked me for time to look for the file. They had no idea that immigration was asking for my proof of the permit with which I entered the country. I had to bring what was missing, that was three months ago and Im still waiting. By the way, the assistant who I think only has a cell phone around me has no idea about immigration cases. Just like the owner. Not to mention names and give it greater publicity.

I highly recommend this immigration attorney because of how fast my process was. My husband petitioned for me to become a permanent resident and it only took me 8 months to become one!! The paperwork was sent out on April 2019, I received notification of my biometrics appointment in May 2019, I received an advanced parole/work permit on September 2019, and on December 2019, I received a letter with my scheduled interview day, We went to the interview on January 24, 2020 and I became a resident that day. I felt it was worth it. The paperwork was sent out in a timely manner and in 8 months, my wife was able to obtain her permanent residency. It didn t cost as much as other places, who want to charge you an arm and leg. We were nervous it wasn t going to go well but the attorney and assistants did a wonderful job.
